Comments are to be backed up with reasons, questions with information so that I would know what to answer.

Army
50 Spetsnaz
10 Elite Snipers

Navy
5 Aurora Class Submarines (with underdeck HSSSM installation)
1 Skyplatform Class (10 fighters) Carrier
Up to 200 merchantmen (normally on peaceful duty)

Airforce (yes, the airforce controls anti-air defense as well)
3 gruppen (one gruppen: 500 men including officers) Paratroopers
50 Hercules Troop Carriers (modified Hercules for carrying paratroopers)
5 Stealth Gnomish Flying Machines
50 Skytroll Bombers
100 Falkon Fighters
5 LRSAM installations
50 SAM installations
All weather station DOPPLER installations

Gnomes get no special advantages other than being fairly short (av. hight: 4 yards). This means they can't use big weapons (assault rifles, M82...) without a stand.

A gnomish nation should have lots of highly advanced but very unstable tech, seeing as they love to experiment and tinker :D So make up some own, new stuff instead of just using existing, I'd say...

So you have a total of 60 men in your army?

You're going to get squished rather quickly... :)

Also, where are your actual army systems? Logistical Systems? Medical Corps? Administration Staff? General Command Staff? Unit Organisation? What weapons do your troops carry? (pointy sticks?)

Defense is handled mostly by the militia, kind of like Switzerland in World War 2. That, however, is part of law enforcement and not part of the proffessional army.

Paratroopers
Organization
Paratroopers (1500, General)
Gruppen (500, Lieutenant)
Century (100, Centurion)
Decade (10, Decadion)
Decadions are selected by their decade and fight alongside their subordinates.
Centurions are selected from Tactical School.
The General is selected from Command School.

There is one gruppen with the general as its lieutenant. Gruppen have four normal centuries and one Lieutenant's Century, which has the lieutenant as its centurion. Centuries consist of seven 10 gnome decades, one 10 gnome sapper decade, one grenadier decade, one 9 gnome machine gun decade, and the centurion.

Weapons
Machine gun decades use the NSV-12,7. Standard decades use PC-9 carabines. The PC-9 is a 9x72mm semi-automatic rifle, 1 meter full length, 20 bullet magazine, and attachable infrared sight. Effective range- 1000 meters.
When the kicksoftener works, it gives .1 pounds of kick but when it doesn't, gives 5. Sappers are airdropped with shovels and other tools of the trade. The also get one fully loaded MP3 and five pounds of dynamite each. Grenadiers are airdropped with one ballistic grenade launcher per unit, twenty heavy grenades (safeguards have to be removed before the grenades can explode), and one MP3 each. All soldiers come with a bullet proof vest and helmet. Helmet has clear eye shields but there is also a dark layer for overly bright areas (such as the snowy mountains in the Commonwealth). Two units are kept on ready-to-go status at the two biggest airports- Airport of the Revolutionary Heroes in Cragslef (the capital), and Airport of Falsifia in Cobustug (a city on the coastal plain).

Logistics
Paratroopers have one day's worth of rations dropped with them. The unit is for short missions only.

Medical
As above, paratroopers rely on fast action, and as such do not need their own serious medical corp.
