Angelonisia, if we understand you correctly, you wish to have a plane, that can also go underwater, and behave like a car? At MT level, this is pretty much impossible, however if you are PMT, or FT we may possibly be able elp you. We have been looking for ways to make aircraft to be able to go underwater, but as of yet have been unsuccessful.

well the design for the plane to go underwater is possible but the plane has got to have an internal compressed oxygen tank for the engine or we could use a machine to difuse salt water to oxygen. the intake for the craft has got to have some sort of gate that will close when the craft is about to go under water. the cockpit has got to have a new material that wiil allow a lot of stress and pressure to be applied, we also have found out that that the craft can only go dive for 300ft.

I know you are already busy, but I would like a custom aircraft designed. Ideally, it is unmanned and has stealth and VTOL capabilities, and should be EMP protected. If you already have something like this, could you tell me what it is? If not, I would like a custom design, please. We are willing to splurge on this.

It has limited VTOL abilities - due to the nature of UAV design limitations, but it has switchblade wings to allow for change in role mid-mission. I was wondering if you could make a map of my nation.
It should be shaped like a Coke bottle, as all of my nation is a reference to cola. It would also be good to have a volcano in the middle, like the circle in the middle of the bottle. Make sure you label the capital, Icecold, just about in the middle of the neck of the bottle, but on the coast. Towards to top, add some snowy mountains (reference to the foam of the bottle).
If you could, it would be nice to have some countries in my region shown on the outside (only outlines and names, no detail). My favourite choices would be: The United States of rolling Stone, The Thumping Rock Concert of OzzyOsbourne, and that's about it.

The Surge is a portable missile launcher, which fires an EMP missile. The missile itself uses IR to track its target, and then detonates when it gets within 3m of the target. This creates an EMP blast with a radius of approximately 30m. This effectively knocks out any electrical circitry within the blast radius, imoblising enemy vehicles, and bringing down enemy aircraft.

I would to buy a custom tank. I do not want it to be this super ober does everything tank. i want it semi-realistic. i want it about medium armor, very fast and make the main gun have nice whopping punch. i do want it to have like decent secondary weapon like a rail gun.

Klinglon, have you had a look at our tanks that we already have? One of those should suit you. We must also point out that railguns on a MT tank and highly unlikely because of the power requirements and rail degradation, so having it as a secondary weapon is even less likely.

If you still need us to design a tank after checking out the ones we do have, we shall attempt to create a tank for you.

I like the size of the Templar 1 Main Battle Tank. I also like The ETC 140mm main gun for it. But I also like the MTV- Chronos duel treads for the wheels. I also like the MTV- Chronos the two duel machine guns. The thing I am talking about it looks like it has about 8 barrels. But of course I still want it like semi realistic. I do not want it being total bullet proof or total detect stuff about mile away. Or complete do mission for you.
Is that enough information to start on the tank? Or you need money up front?

I can attempt to create a tank to those specifications. I'm not sure how long our engineers and scientists will take (OOC: I'm coming up to end-of-semester exams right now), but we should have a design ready.
