To the members of the international community, it has come to the attention of our command that the Kirari "governement" has launched and activated the first of it's Sentinel Orbital Platforms (SOP).

The SOP is designed theoretically to blast down any incoming ballastic missiles from rogue nations, but is more then capable of being used as an orbital bombardment system with no alterations to anything but it's command-control OS. [See Diagram 4.03.19]

The system itself is incredibally simple in design, thus relatively cheap and easy to manufacture, are totall automated and require minimal maintenance. Weapons consist of a dozen harpoons, launched via an electromagnetic accelerator. When these are depleted, the satellite itself can be used as a weapon as it has been hardened against re-entry, and could be devastating on soft targets such as cities and/or industrial zones.

This makes the Kirari armed forces tenfold more dangerous, for they could theoretically strike at any point within sight of these geosynch stations, in other words across half the world. We feel it is thus in your best interests as well as the people of Kirari that the menace of the corrupt Kirari government and it's corporate owners once and for all.

To whom it may concern, the message from the KRM regarding the deployment of the so-called Sentinel Orbital Platform is a series of utter fabrications intended to harden international opinion to what is a purely internal issue between the central government and a group of disgruntled minorities following outrageous demands of the government on their behalf. We ask that all parties please ignore the document and leave the sovereignity of Kirari alone.

Any nations found to be aiding the rebels will be met with force within our borders, and sharp reprimands will be requested of the offending parties.

Thank you for your time and hopeful co-operation in this matter, and we are saddened that other members of the international community had to be dragged into this petty affair.
