WE can loan you weapons, training ...etc. Our Coutry has mandatory ID cards for each citizen. Failure to have one on you results in a fine. 3 times without proper ID card well result in 2 year prison time. It's helps deter crime organizations and of course terrorists. We are quite, genuinely , safe in our Region and havnt had much problems at all here with our current system. WE have not had much experience in a turbulent enviroments (war torn regions) since we ourselves are relativly peaceful. Our inexperience in such enviroments may make our security system possibly not work in your Nation.
