Conflict with Pschycotic Pschycos
OOC
Hey, all. This is a practice RP for my friend, who is just getting into RPing. I would greatly appriciate it if you stay out of this completely ICly, and please keep OOC comments to a minimum. Thanks.

Kremlin Palace, Rekjyavich Andropov Military City
The Czar looked over the intelligence reports given by Yuri Golovko, the Minister of State Security, and the assessments of them given to him by Chancellor of the Reichkongress and Commander in Chief of the Dersconi Military, Otto von Bismarck.
"So, we are positive that the attacks in the Wastelands were done by Pschycotic Pschyco aircraft?" the Czar asked.
"Absolutely," Golovko responded.
"Yes," Bismarck responded. "I apologize for the insecurity, but the air defences there were on standby due to upgrades. They are fully operational now."
"I see," the Czar said. "Bismarck, call in the General Staff."
"Yes, you’re Majesty." Five minutes later, the entire General Staff walked into the Council Room.
"Okay," the Czar started at his large seat at the end of the table. "We know have sufficient evidence that it was PP aircraft doing air strikes. They had this capability due to the lack of operational air defence systems because of upgrades. I will be issuing a declaration of war very soon. Meanwhile, Sir Arthur Wellesy?" the Czar said, turning to the Field Marschall in charge of the First Corps.
"Yes, Your Majesty?" the Duke of Wellington asked.
"You are to mobilize your entire Corps immediately. Tactical exercises are to be the cover, and you are to actually do that. A last minute practice before the game, lets say. Meanwhile," he said, turning to General Hugue de Payen, commander of the Knights Templar, the First Division of the Legio Dei.
"Payen, you are to send a team of soldiers into PP for recon purposes. Select a good landing site for Marines; maybe take out a few air defence systems, and leave."
"Understood."
"Marko," the Czar stated, turning to Supreme Admiral Marko Herkjayvich. "You are to mobilize Superfleet REV-13:1 and First Fleet – tactical exercises in International Waters. With that, send a few submarines to recon the PP waters. Make sure they are not seen. Send a boomer, too, to launch some SLBM's with White Phosphorus warheads. Don't let the boomers enter his territorial waters until the declaration of war is officially made. I don't want to incinerate his beaches until I'm ready to use them."
"Yes sir."
"Also, Aerostalvich."
"Yes," Aeromarschall Ramius Aerostalvich, CINC of the Reich Luftewaffe, responded.
"When the declaration of war is given, you are to take stealth bombers armed with White Phosphorous bombs and two thousand pound bombs and flatten ports, airports, and economic centres."
"Yes sir."
"Also, don't touch his capital yet. Attack his economic centres, such as ports, oil fields, etc, first. We want to cripple him -- see if he backs down. And most of all....
"Rumour in the Intelligence Community says he has some kind of secret weapon code-named 'Libra.' No one knows what it is, looks like, does, or anything. We know it is airborne, so watch out. Although unlikely, it might possibly be a space weapon. I have no idea, and neither does anyone else. All we know is that it is there and defence will be under your jurisdiction."
"I shall keep my eyes open, Your Majesty."
"Good," the Czar said. "This meeting is adjourned.
Pschycotic Pschycos
23-10-2004, 17:50
The Top Officers of The Rouge Nation of Pschycotic Pschycos sat around a small, but effective briefing table.
"Does someone mind telling me what is going on out there?," Asked the leader, Shogun Kamikaze.
"It's quite simple," started General Minamoto IV of the air force. "A couple of our new pilots crashed a perfectly good B-52 into a Dersconi outpost. Unfortunatly, we expect them to declare war any day now."
"Brilliant." replied the Shogun. "Here's what we do. General Nobunga, evacuate the beaches, and put shore defenses on full alert. If it's on the beach, I want it shot. Admiral Yamamoto, I want the 8th fleet to meet up with the 9th and 10th fleets about 100 miles off our coast. If it floats, I want it made into swiss cheese. General Minamoto, put air defenses on full alert. And finally, General Yamato. Put IT on full alert. Prepare it for defnesive and offensive manuveres, as well as Operation Meteor. I want to be on the next trip out there. Everyone clear? Good, DISSMISED!"
As everyone filed out, the Shogun thought to himself, "Good, they'll never win, not while I hold the ace of spades."
International Waters
The Dersconi Superfleet, codenamed R-13:1, was commencing tactical excersises with Fleet One when the order was given.
Move one hundred miles out from the border of target's territorial waters.
Commence tactical excersises once there
Admiral Ernst Lindemann of the R13:1 Flagship, HMS Apollyon recieved the orders from the CIC in the main carrier. He forwarded them to First Fleet and made his way to the Bridge.
Upon entry, the Marine saluted sharply, and the Admiral returned it. Lindemann walked to the crewman manning the "wheel." He gave the bearings he picked up form the CIC.
"Aye, sir."
The Admiral just nodded. It was going to be an eventful week.

National Reconnaissance Office Headquarters
Yuri Golovko, the Minister of State Security, was currently en route to the basements to redirect the satellites. He went up to the retinal scan, and when the green light indicated that his eyes were really his, the gigantic vault doors opened, and he walked in to the anteroom. From there, he took the elevator underground even further than he already was. When the doors opened, he was in a white room with many doors, but they were all unmarked. A computerized voice came from a loud speaker.
State your name and occupation.[code]
He shook his head. "Yuri Golovko. Minister of State Security."
The voice went on again. [code]Access Granted.
All of a sudden, the entire room had features. Each of the doors had maps of the world, with specific parts lit up. As he had access to all of them, all of the doors lit up. He walked over to the door where Pschycotic Pschycos would be and went up to the passcode button. He typed the six didget code and the retinal scanner popped out of the wall. He repeated the procces he did with the vault doors, and then the massive revolving door opened. He had ten seconds to walk all the way through, or the revolving door would either shut him out or slice him in half.
On the other side, there was a room just like the one he was just in, only there was no identification check -- it was all already there. The maps, of course, were just of the locale for this section. The room in the center, though, was for the offices of the executives in charge of this locale. Not many knew, but it was also for the main terminal room. He turned to the door containing the Region of the Social Outcasts and slid his ID card in the slot. The revolving door opened, and Yuri walked through. He went over to the section responsible for routing the satellites.
"Who here is in charge?" Golovko asked. A civilian walked up to him.
"I am. What might you need?"
"I need to redirect a few satellites."
"I can do that." The civilian walked to the main computer and turned on the monitor. "What, where, and how many?"
"I need the whole country of PP watched. Specifically these areas," Golovko said, handing over coordinates. "But the whole place."
"Right. I'll get right on it."
"Good," Yuri said. "I would like images of those coordinate areas forwarded to this Computer Identification Address on the hour." He handed the CIA of the Recon Computer at the Kremlin. The civilian nodded, not knowing it was for the Kremlin.
"Yessir. I shall also keep you updated on any unusual happenings throughout the nation, too."
"Wonderful. Thank you." Yuri left and twenty minutes later, getting back to the vault door, sighed. He shook his head, opened the vault doors, and headed back to the Kremlin.

Kremlin Palace
The Drive back to Rekjyavich Andropov Military City was long, and took about two hours. Yuri Golovko got out and went down to the computer in the basement that he ordered the photos be sent to. When he saw the images, he just shook his head. "They are mobilizing." He gathered up the photos and went to the Marine, who was also the programmer. He saluted Golovko.
"Please forward the images to my office when they arrive. Do not copy them. Send a guard to do it."
"Yessir."
"Thank you." Golovko then made his way to the desk.
Once at his office, he studied them some more. [i]Okay, they are moving out, but to where?" He stood up, gathered the photos, and left. He turned to his secretary. "Please tell the courier when he arrives to go to Admiral Herkjyavich's office."
"Okay, Yuri," she said, and he was off. He walked through the bridge to the Military Complex of the Kremlin. It was a giant elipse, and it was connected via underground tunnel. He went up to the Admiral's office and walked through the door. Marko looked up.
"Hello, there, my friend. What can I do for you?" Golovko placed the photos on Admiral Herkjyavich's desk. "Track these. I need to find their course. I know they are mobilizing their navy, I just don't know where yet."
"Will do."
Pschycotic Pschycos

P.P.S Arkhangle--50 miles east of Pschycotic Pschycos
"Admiral, our satallites have identified the main Dersconi fleet. They appear to be moving to a location just outside our waters," a young ensign said to Admiral Yamamoto.
"Really? No, I would have never guessed," replied the Admiral. "Have the boys in the CIC keep tracking them. I want to know every movement, even when and where they dump their trash."
"Yes, Sir!"
The Admiral picked up the intercom. "Attention all flight crews and pilots, maintain full battle readiness. All crew level 2 battle stations, level 2 battle stations!"
Instantly, sirens began going off, and sailors began racing to their stations.
"Leiutinent Hanson, I want an E-2C Hawkeye in the air and patroling at all times, understand? Major Smith, tell the P.P.S. Herald to go to level 2 battle stations. Major William, tell the 9th and 10th fleets to form a foward battle screen. Well...MOVE IT!," ordered the Admiral.
"This'll be too easy, too easy indeed."
600 miles away...
"Welome aboard your Honor. We are fully manned and ready for battle," said General Yamato.
"Good. Right now, I want the main Dersconi fleet targeted at all times. If we are detected, I want you to down anything that belongs to Derscon," replied Shogun Kamikaze.
"Yes, Sir!," came the quick reply. "You heard him, MOVE!"
"Just like shooting ducks in a pond. Rather large ducks in a rather large pond," laughed the Shogun...
HMS Appolyon
The Admiral looked at the recent satellite imagry in the CIC and laughed. "They think they can stop the Superfleet? They think they can stop the Beast of the Sea?" He put them on the desk "I think not. Let us taunt them, shall we?" He got on the intercom to the Bridge.
"Due West, my friend. We are going to engage the enemy head on."
"Sir!" an ensign said.
"Yes?" the Admiral asked him.
"A chopper comming from the mainland just took off and landed at these coordinates. We are getting live satellite feed if you want it."
"Okay, show it." On the large screen, the feed from the satellite and the chopper were showing. He put a tracker on it, and the signal went to the satellite. He then sent the data on a secure line to Stratiegic Air Command back in Saarbrueken.
==========================
STRATCOM: SAARBRUEKEN, DERSCON
"Holy hell," the Air Force Captain said. He zoomed in on the helocoptor on the ship. "An imperial vessel." He turned to the Major. "Sir, look at this!" The major came over and saw it, and gave a sly smile. "Bomb it. Send the Black Knights." (OOC: I'll tell you what they are at lunch)
"Understood." He got on the radio and the message was sent, along with the recon data.
========================
IN A MOUNTAIN SOMEWHERE
The Colonel in charge looked at the info. He smiled and evil smile and walked off to give his orders.
(OOC: more later, but I'm tired.)

P.P.S. Arkhangle, 8th fleet, 50 miles off the coast...
"Admiral-sama! They took the bait!," shouted a sailor in the CIC.
"The fools bought it? Good, they deserve it. Order the seakings to drop radar bouys in front of the fleet to detect any thing incoming."
"Yes, Sir!"
"Captain! Turn us and the HERALD broadside when we are in range. I want us to be able to use our full phalanx capabilities. The moment they fire, I want a full salvo fired from both vessels."
"Yes, your Honor."
"Major, Contact the 10th fleet. Tell them to advance to their maximum effective range."
"AYE-AYE!"
Picking up the intercom, "All hands, level 1 battle stations! All hands, level 1 battle stations!"
Turning to the comm. officer, "Contact the fleet, put us at general quarters, red alert."
"Let's go get em'! Full steam ahead!"
A loud chorus of cheers went up amid the klaxons and sirens.
Somewhere Out There...
"Your honor, Derscon has taken the bait, and the 8th fleet is at general quarters."
"Perfect, move to these coordinates, prepare a firing solution on them, and await my command."
"They'll never know what hit em,!..."
HMS Appolyon
The Admiral looked at the new recon photos from NRO. "Ha! They set a trap for us." He walked up to the bridge.
"Divert your course away from the PP ships," he said. "They think they have us trapped. Ha! We'll show them. Leave a couple boomers and fast-attack subs and be done with it."
"Yessir!" In ten minutes, the fleet was gone, preparing to flank the undefended borders of PP.
==============================
Somewhere in International Waters
The nine stealth bombers and eleven stealth fighters were moving high in the srtatosphere. A large Hawkeye was travelling with them, but would eventually brake off as it neared the ship with Shogun Kamikaze.
On board the Hawkeye, strange signals were being picked up. "That's wierd," the seargent said. "I'm getting huge radar detections from above us!" The Captain on board looked over in confusion. "Huh."
"It is heading from where we came from," the Seargent continued.
"Okay," the Captian said. "Well, we need to break off now, anyways. Tell the Knights we are leaving, and track the blip."
"Yessir."
In the sky, the Black Knights split apart, and the Hawkeye turned around, following the strange blip in the sky. THe Black Knights switched off all non-essential electronic gear and prepared for their mission.
Pschycotic Pschycos
30-10-2004, 01:31
P.P.S. Arkhangle...
BANG! "Do you people know how to set a trap?!" Admiral Yamamoto shouted, shaking with rage. "They're changing course, and the engagment will occur later than planned. Oh!, and by the way, their fleet has changed course, thought you'd like to know....
"Sir, this mightn't be to bad after all, 7th fleet is sitting in the middle of their course. They have the capabilities of slowing the Dersconi fleet until we catch up."
"Fine. Change course and follow the fleet. Have 9th fleet lead us, and 10th fleet protect our sea-board flank..."
"Admiral-sama! The E-2C Hawkeye has just picked up a blip, probably just a seagull, wait, it's gone, never mind."
"Fool, there are no gulls out here... . . .No!" Picking up the intercom, "All hands, prepare for arial attack!"
"What now?"
"Scramble squadrons 1 and 2 from both battle-carriers. Tell the destroyers to form a shield around us. GO,GO,GO!
Arkhangle flight decks...
The noise of jet engines began filling the soundless void as F-14's, carrying the deadly Pheonix Missile, started their engines and began moving towards the catapults. Squadron 1, code-named blitz, was on the port-side deck, while squadron 2, code-named duel, was on the Starbord-side deck.
All of a sudden, any silence left was shattered as eight Tomcats maxed their throttles, and roared off the flight decks.
"Blitz, these are your coordinates. If it flies, destroy it!"
"Duel, if Blitz fails, you're our only hope. If you should fail, don't bother returning..."
Coastal Air Base, Pschycotic Pschycos...
"Captain," asked General Minamoto. "How do B-52s handle at 25 feet?"
"They'll fly a straight line. That's about it."
"That'll do. Arm the boys with Harpoons. We'll show those floating hunks of metal what a real air force can do!"
Above the sea...
A fireball appeared off of Blitz Leader's port wing.
"We lost Blitz 2! We lost Blitz 2!"
"Blitz Leader, find what hit it, and destroy the mo..." Static interrupted the rest of the transmition.
Somwhere out there...
"Shogun-sama, we've lost a plane to unidentified aircraft belived to be Dersconi in origin."
"Unacceptable! Have them shoot down all of the perpetratours! General Yamato! Get us at an angle to hit the Derscon capitol!" Over the intercom now, "All hands, prepare to fire LIBRA's main cannon! 100% power! Tell Derscon to surrender, or face complete and utter destruction!"
"Their capitol will be nothing more than a smere on the side of the planet by the time I'm done with it!"....
OOC: Rping me attacking you is a Godmod. Don't do that. That is a bad thing. I'll let it slide this time, though.
==================================
A Space Station....Somewhere out there....
The Major in charge of monitoring Space travel was looking at the detection screen. Using radiation as a form of detection, it detects just about everything. He noticed a Hawkeye trailing something, and we switched one of the telescopes moddled of the old Hubble and moved it to the direction of the Hawkeye. He zoomed in and saw the most massive thing he's ever seen. He didn't know what it was, but he knew it was bad. He knew what to do.
"Captain," he said, turning to a soldier at a computer.
"Yessir?"
"Move Icarus. That big metal thing? That is bad. Destroy it. Now."
"Right away."
===============================
Somewhere else in space, but nearby
The Satellite Icarus moved towards the target. Upon reaching it, just around the space station it angled its targeting range to Libra. The giant mirrors opened up and angled it to the sun. Thankfully, this was being done over a place with daylight, otherwise everything would light up on Earth.
As the sun's light was being collected, the mirrors started to close in a little. Diamonds and mirrors kept moving around, concentrating the light into what would be a beam about thirty metres wide. Upon aiming at Libra, it concentrated the light even more to a beam twenty metres wide. The light would not be as hot as the surface of the sun.
The tip of the rod in the centre lit up, and the beam fired directly at Libra's main cannon.
=============================
International Airspace
The Black Angels were flying towards their target, and were very close. The lead bomber turned on his RADAR for about three seconds to get a reading, and turned it off.
(OOC: Which would be the only way you could have seen me when 100% stealth was occuring. Your radar is not that good.)
About five minutes later, he did the same thing, only seeing PP aircraft on the screen. He quickly switched it off and got on the comm, knowing that it would blow stealth more than the RADAR did.
Incoming PP aircraft. Strict stealth required.
Formation was broke as they went in twos. Each bomber was with a fighter, and two other fighters were there for an advanced squad. The pairs of Knights flew higher up in the air than any Tomcat could reach, while the fighters stayed at bay. Two Tomcats were detected on close range RADAR. Both opened their missile bays, temporarily showing them on a RADAR, if it was strong enough. Two Sidewinder missiles and two Phoenix missiles, all armed with either high explosive or White Phosphorus warheads, were launched at the oncoming Tomcats. The two stealth fighters closed their missile bays and went down and to the right, hoping to lead the Tomcats away from the rest of the Knights.

OOC: If you are reading this, pay no attention to Libra or Icharus, they have been removed. and sorry Derscon, after the war, investigations will reveal bad fuel to be the cause.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Over the open ocean...
"Incoming missiles! Break formation!" Shouted Blitz Leader to his wingmen.
Blitz Squadron immedeately broke, each of the 3 remaining planes in a different direction. The missiles were not fooled. Blitz Leader escaped unharmed. Blitz 3 had a missile explode over him, the shrappnel effectivly killed the electronics officer, and turned most of the fusalage into flying swiss cheese.
A missile exploded to the left of Blitz 4, chewing his left stabalizer, elevator, and rudder. Both planes, however, stayed in the air.
"Blitz Leader, live sattilite feed is giving us the coordinates of the bandits. We are feeding the data directly to your missiles."
"Thanx. Blitz Squadron, fire all weapons. Do not wait for a lock, the missiles will take care of that themselves."
All three planes fired their six pheonix missiles toward the Derscon aircraft...
"Oh crap! This is Blitz 4, missile one has jammed...OH CRAP! The saftey has turned off! AHHHHHH!!!......" -static-
The solid rocket on missile one ignited, ripping the entire weakened left side off the Tomcat, sending it tumbling in flames toward the sea.
The pressure changes from Blitz 3 fireing his missiles caused the fuselage to weaken further, and allow it to be crumpled in much the same way as you would a soda can against your head.
Thus, 17 missiles flew through the air toward the Derscon air craft...
"This is Blitz Leader...I am alone. I am going after 2 nearest aircraft with only my cannon...I doubt I will return...tell my wife and kids... I love them...." -static-
And after them he went, lining up one with his cannon, he squeezed the trigger...
The missiles continued to fly, picking out targets with their advanced radar...
Duel Squadron was joined by Buster and Aegis Squadrons, just in case...
---------------------------------------------------
8th fleet.....
"All missile cruisers, prepare to fire anti-air missiles!"
-----------------------------------------------------
10th fleet.... (attack subs...for the record)
"We are currently 30 miles away from the Derscon fleet, codenamed LeCrusite. Will engage when in range."
-----------------------------------------------------
Pschycotic Pschycos's Port Vista...
It was the dark of night. Two lovers were sitting at the edge of the famous Moon Rise Breakwater watching the moon rise. Slowly, silently, a large shadow passed in front of the moon, freezing the lovers with fear. It was massive. They could make out a streamlined bow, followed by three large turrets, a superstructure with an unlit bridge and St. Elmos fire playing on the rigging, followed by three more turrets and a broad stern. In less than 30 seconds, the "Ghost Ship" was gone, heading in the direction of the locks to reach the ocean, leaving the lovers to watch the moon rise in utter silence. Not a single ripple hit the breakwater. Needless to say, Moon Rise Breakwater was now Ghost Ship Point...
-------------------------------------------------
7th Fleet's Flagship... (Unbeknownst to any Derscon intellegence source)
"Captain-sama, we have new orders...park in front of LeCrusite and submerge, suprise them when we have the chance, no noise whatsoever."
"Alright then. Let's get them...

(ooc: nobody react to this post, this is just to get me into the combat)
...Captain Minaith sat around a large oak table in the heart of the Dersconi governmental palace. Behind him were three figures carrying ornate greatswords, infront of him- arrayed for a diplomatic meeting, were the top leaders of the Dersconi governing body. "Men," he began, placing stress on the word MEN, "I wish to discuss an alliance.
"It would appear that four of your human days ago, a fleet of our Pirates engaged and destroyed an unarmed merchant fleet that dared defy our 300mile embargo. As per the normal reaction, captain Y'Vriel of the Starhunters engaged them. He returned one live prisoner, and these." Minaith widthdrew three human skulls from a satchel at his side, and sat them on the table. The men across from him looked disgusted at this form of barbarism.
Minaith continued, "Either way, we began questioning our prisoner as to WHY he was plying our waters. He claimed to be taking a shipment of food and munitions to a nation known as the Phsycodic Psychos. One of Pheonix-King Sython's mages informed him that you were currently at war with this nation, and sent me to aid you. We wish to show these fools the error of thier ways."
The men around the table nodded, still somewhat sickened at the sight of the skulls lying in their midst. Minaith smiled inwardly at their human beliefs and ideals of justice. They'd never understand. He took a sip of his wine, "Well men. I assume that now we have only to speak of terms, no?"...

OOC: Ethereal, i believe that they said that this RP was just for them and no one else. He stated that in his first post. People are only to make OCCly comments but to keep them to a minimum.
Pschycotic Phchycos and Derscon. Great RP so far. I haven't seen anythin indicating battleship gunfights or what not, but if you like air to air better then more power to you.
OOC: Don't worry, Ethereal is to be incorporated in it, also. We are al RL friends. I'm getting PP into RPing, and Ethereal has RPed before, but not in Nationstates. Thanks for caring, though. :)

Dersconi Strategic Naval Command: Stuttgart, Derscon
The Admiral that was CINCSTRATNAVCOM was staring at his computer screen -- in shock.
Orders from the Czar. Activate ATLANTIS.
He ran down to the ATLANTIS Control Center and gave the orders for activation. Upon the security codes being typed in, the entire room lit up. Monitors turned on everywhere, live satellite feed and live underwater feed was being transmitted into the Control Center.
Over at the right of the Control Center, the massive data screens and monitors showed live video feed and sonar feed from the International Sonar Array in international waters. Not a single naval movement anywhere in non-territorial waters could evade the ATLANTIS Program, and even some things in Territorial Waters could be detected.
The Main Monitor was moved to show the area around Pschycotic Pschycos. Different blips were on the display map, and satellite feed had them turn different colors depending on if they were Dersconi or PP ships.
The ATLANTIS Project workers now had a front-seat view to the action.
=======================================
Somewhere in the middle of the Ocean
ATLANTIS BASE 001452
On the ocean floor, one had to take many precautions to counter the massive pressure the water exerts on objects. When the Commodore overseeing it got his orders, he printed them out and took the tunnels to the launch bays. Normally, one would have to crawl to keep noise level down, but all ATLANTIS bases are made with a very thick layer of a special insulation, whose ingredients are denied by the government, to block out much sound and reduce the impact of water pressure on the underwater base.
Upon entry to Launch Bay 5 Control Center, he walked up to the main terminal. He ordered the Lieutenant to type in the coordinates and activate the missiles. In three minutes, they were targeted and activated, waiting to be launched. He did the same thing in Launch Bay's 6 and 7, avoiding 1-4, as they were the nuclear launch bays.
He recited a short prayer when returning to his office. Upon returning, he opened the black box with the fingerprint scan. He verified his ID, pressed the buttons of the Launch Bays to fire, and fired the missiles.
Within two minutes, ten Intercontinential Ballistic Missiles were launched high into the air, targeting Port Vista, P.P.S. Arkhangle, and major military and economic centers in PP. Meanwhile, he prepared Launch Bay 8, just in case.
While 1-4 were nuclear, 5-8 were a combination of High-Explosive and White Phosphorus. One thing the Dersconi military did that not many other nations did was that there were no dummy warheads in the missiles.

OOC: End Part One. ;)
Part Two Coming Right up!
Kremlin Palace Council Room
While the mage was ranting on, some of the Admirals looked in slight horror at the skulls, while the Generals and Field Marschalls just stared. Genuine discust was seen in the Foreign Minister's face, and thankfully Alyanov was not present, for although the Finance minister and extremely intelligent, he was old and feeble. The Czar, on the other hand, looked intrigued.
"I wish you would not generalize and stereotype, my friend," the Czar said. "The Andropovs were once great sorcerers. And my father has done worse than collect skulls, and I know I have done worse, God forgive me. On a lighter note, terms are not an issue. You don't like the Shogun, and neither do I. Frankly, there is enough common ground right there to keep us together. It worked for Roosevelt and Stalin, after all. If you wish, more detailed terms can be drawn together, but it is not necessary.
"After all, as the proverb goes, 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'," the Czar ended on a serious, solemn tone.

R13:1; HMS Appolyon
The Admiral looked at the data coming to him.
First Fleet reporting for backup.
R13:1 Troop carriers and Fleet One troop carriers with them.
The Admiral nodded. "Looks like we are going to land."
"Sir!" a navy enlisted man said.
"Yes?"
"We have sonar readings of PP submarines!"
"Fire at them!," the Admiral said.
"Yessir!" Within seconds, all Dersconi ships got the message from the second-in-command of the Imperial Navy -- Fire on all targets.
. . . . . .
Underwater, the fastattack submarines went on the move -- full speed towards the location of the submarines. They were the advanced squad.
Upon target distance, they fired.
Two boombers then fired their SLBM's at PP's ports and naval fleets. The SLBMs, totalling 40 missiles, armed with high-explosive and WP warheads, targeted costal defenses and naval fleets of PP.

OOC: Very good, almost made me wish I wasn't such a junkie for squad actions...oh well..Perhaps some day I'll get back into fleet action..until then..I'll keep using my :mp5: and :sniper:
OOC: On behalf of both of us, thank you, Witzgall.
Also, Wolfchester, I HATE naval battles, due to the fact I know nothing about it, and I don't find RPing naval battles fun. I'm a land person. Unfortunately, my opponent is to the sea like I am to the land. I have more numbers and better technology, though. I'm hoping that works! :)

OOC: Well, Naval Battles are so drastically different..you literally fire some rockets, pray they hit, and keep moving..
WW2 Era Naval Combat was by far more fun of course..and Space Naval battles..well...I'm a dirty lil bastage in them...a friend here can attest, my persona's fighter is literally close to ripping it self apart when in combat..:P enemy fire is the least concern when the hull is moaning from the intensity of the movements..ahh..I'll shut up

The mage offered his assistance to Andropov, so that he could perhaps aid in decrypting messages and use his power to help the man. It seemed that he was now not so cold towards the Human, now that he heard that he once was able to work the Arts, even if the mages of mankind had been slightly lesser. The other men left the palace.
Soon the fleets had been dispatched. They cut stealthily through the mist, on the alert for anymore foolish merchants. The pirates would have already picked the bones clean by now though, but there was always information to be had. Y'vriel himself had volunteered his own personal pirate fleet, and was leading the way towards the PP's continent. More pirates also flocked to the banner, adding ferocity, if not only numbers. Y'Vriel stood perched on the deck of his flagship, the Eagle's Claw, and stared out to sea with his dark eyes. "This should be a profitable adventure" he mused, to no-one in particular.

Arkhangel...
"Sir! SATCOM has detected multiple ICBM launches...50 in total!"
"Darn them! Move the 8th fleet...NOW! Have costal defences launch WEB missiles (OOC: instead of a warhead, they have steel nets to catch warheads, yes they exist Derscon) to intercept them! 8th fleet, prepare phalanx cannons!"
-cue blaring alarms-
-------------------------------------------------------
10th Fleet...........
"Skipper, multiple fish in the water!"
"Tell the other boats to break formation, empty their tubes, and fullspeed ahead!"
80 torpedos in all were fired, 40 toward the super-fleet, 40 toward the Derscon sub...
Multiple muffled explosions could be heard outside the hull. 10 Derscon torpedos found their marks, no survivors reported.
"Load the tubes and prepare to fire again!"....
--------------------------------------------
7th fleet....
The small, eight ship fleet had finally reached open water.
Over the inter-ship intercom, the Commodore ordered, "All ships submerge and head to these coordinates."
Several hours later they were there, and they were silent. Not a soul with Derscon contacts knew of them, even with the superfleet baring down on them...
(OOC: Derscon, let me know when you are 10 miles from my shores.)
-------------------------------------------------
Above Pschycotic Pschycos...
It was like a dance. A hundred missiles were streaking up toward each other. As the two groups of 50 met, the WEB missiles opened revealing their huge, steel nets. Most found their targets, but 5 came through, streaking toward the unsuspecting Pschycotic Pschycos populace.
-----------------------------------------------
Port Vista...
It was an ordinary day for Tom the fisherman. Not a good haul, not a bad one. What could he complain about? With the war, fish prices were up.
"Hey Tom, you hear that?"
"Here what, Butch?" Then, he heard it. A high pitch scream. He looked up just in time to see the warhead fall on him...
A commercial fishing port, with no military ties had just been leveled, along with other parts of the capitol city...
--------------------------------------------
Pschycotic Pschycos beachfront...
Troops had already been warned, so the only thing left to be burned by the 3 remaining WP warheads were anti-tank barriers, the other defences to far under ground. The warheads exploded, instantly turning the sands into glass, and accidentaly boosting the fake jewlary market...
(OOC: had to get this in before the dogfight.)
OOC: Warheads are 6 to 13 per ICBM. I doubt you would havev stopped all of them, but whatever.
Too tired to post an IC post now, I'm just keeping this close.

I didn't stop them all, you leveled half of the Port Vista section of my capital. that was the nice section! :(
OOC: Only half? Shame, I should launch more next time. ;)
I hope that is not the ONLY place I hit....

of course not, would you like the death toll?
Yes? fine!
Port Vista deaths: 52,746 and 36 pets
Pschycotic Pschycos Beaches: 268 illegal surfers that I would have shot anyway.
PPS Edo: 258 Sailors
Lock 4: 2055, plus critical damage to lock system.

52nd Airforce Headquarters...
"Chief, have your men get the planes ready. If 10th and 7th Fleets fail, we're up. Load all 20 with 10 harpoons."
"Yes, Sir!"
---------------------------------------------
P.P.S.Arkhangel...
"Admiral-sama, it looks like we might need more air support."
"More? Fine, have all carriers launch their two best squadrons."
"Yes, Sir!"
"Oh! One more thing. Launch Strike Squadron."
"S-S-Strike S-S-Squadron Sir?"
"Is there an echo in here?"
"I'll get right on in, Sir!"
Strike Squadron was the best squadron in the entire country, Army, Air Force, Marines, and Navy. Each member had recorded at least 100 kills each. They were so terrible, their own flight crews were afraid of them. They had a license to shoot down anyone at will.
"Their orders will be to shoot down all Derscon aircraft and missiles."...
OOC: Okay, good enough.

Kremlin Palace
"Sir, we have gotten word from Killer X. He says we may use his land as a front into PP."
"Good," the Czar responded to Papen. "Tell him we will be right over."
"Yessir."
======
Within one hour, First Corps was mobilized. Consisting of a total of five million soldiers (including medical support, etc), it was the largest Corps of the Army. Most of the equipment was going via air. Some of the heavier things were going by sea. Those were being escorted by Second Fleet, and they were taking a round-about way to Killer X, so as to avoid running into PP territorial waters by a good hundred plus miles.
On board the X-33 jet, Field Marschall Sir Arthur Wellesey, the Duke of Wellington and commander of First Corps, was on the phone with the Czar and Otto von Bismarck.
Wellington: I'm almost there. It will be impossible to shoot down the X-33's in the air. Going Mach 10+? I don't think so.
Czar: Good. What all is on the X-33's? It better be important. THose things are damn expensive to run.
Wellington: Me, obviously. Also, the Legio Dei troops you sent to tag along are on the X-33's. Special Forces are on it, as well as all commanding officers.
Bismarck: Good. Now, just when do you expect a BoO can be set up?
Wellington: Within a few days.
Czar: Good. Upon arrival, I'll be sending some mission specifics. Make sure you send the muffin basket to Killer X's leader. He will appriciate it.
Wellington: Ha! Those muffins are good.
Bismarck: You didn't eat them, did you?!?
Wellington: No. I have my own basket.
Czar: Heh. Good. I'll send some more over upon your establishing residence.
Wellington: Okay. Good day.
Czar: God be with you, my friend.
Bismarck: Kick some ass.

Y'vriel was was still standing at his morning post, up hogh on the prow of his frigate. Through the morning haze he could see the dim outlines of some coastal city. One of his cabin-boys said that it was a simple fishing community, no military ties. Y'vriel got onto communications and prepared to tell Minaith, the FEDERAL fleet commander what was going on. Not suprisingly the phone rang in Y'vriel's hand, and Minaith was already telling him of plans for a blockade.
Encrypted: Y'vreil, head-out to the east and west, circle, avoid detection. Be prepared to attack on signal. Use submarines-unrestricted-to kill anything that doesn't have pointy ears. I'll hold the center.
Back aboard his carrier, Minaith had just recieved news of the Derscon military advance, and sent another coded message back to the Pheonix King, who no-doubt knew already. Minaith was unprepared to help with a land battle, but he could use air support. Looking over the pristine deck of his carrier, he could see two 399 Hawk fighter/bombers raising along the elevators. They taxied to the center of the deck, and launched with a roar that shook the glass of the bridge. His intentions were top-secret. He had briefed the men himself.
OOC: Highly ungifted waywos, do NOT insult my friend by calling him a n00b. He is a newbie -- there's a difference. If you want, I'll link you to the Godmod Institute for the Advanced N00bular Studies for further reference.

NRO, Saarbrueken, Derscon
"Sir, we have enemy aircraft inbound to the escort fleet."
"Righto. Uplink the data to STRATCOM."
"Yessir."
==============
REV-13:1, HMS Appolyon
"Well, damn," the Admiral said. He just got word of the transport heading to Killer X, and he just saw the Early Warning Radar on the Hawkeyes showing PP aircraft.
"Huh. Well, then." He got on the comm system to HMS Babylon, the second largest carrier in the Superfleet.
All Tomcat and Raptor aircraft are to launch immediately to counter PP threat.
Within five minutes, seventy-five aircraft were moving into position.
"Isn't this just great!" the Admiral said. He got on the comm system to HMS Rome, the third carrier.
Launch a decent amount of interceptors to help in the escort of the army planes.
The Admiral walked up to the flight deck and saw thirty F-15 Eagles, ten F/A-22 Raptors and twenty F/A-14 Tomcats fly off.
"Sir!" The Admiral turned around to see a CIC officer.
"Yes?"
"I just got word from MSS. These fighters are what is called "Strike Team." They are the best of the best, sir.
"Oh?" The Admiral had a distant look on his face, and then an evil grin. "Head back to CIC."
"Yes, sir." The CIC officer went in and the Admiral went to the Bridge. He got online with the hangars below deck.
Okay, they mean business. Let us show them we do, too.
Bring out the F-35 JSF's, the YF-23 Black Widow II's,
F/A-37 Talon's, and the FB-22's. We're gonna kill them hard!
On the flight deck, the elevators were busy. Planes that looked like things you'd see on Sci-Fi movies were coming out of the Appolyon. The planes on the deck were being moved around to hold the massive amounts of top secret planes.
Over one hundred and thirty aircraft launched from the HMS Appolyon, and all of them were the best technology the Dersconi Fleet had to offer.
Along with some of the best pilots.
====================
STRATCOM
"Hmm," the General said. He had just recieved orders to go on a bombing spree of PP.
Use the best you have.
"I know just what he wants. If PP thinks the Black Knights are bad, wait 'till he sees this."
MOBILIZE SCIKNIGHTS
The SCIKNIGHTS were not only the best pilots in the entire Imperial Military, the SCIKNIGHTS did not officially exist -- and neither did the pilots. THe SCIKNIGHTS consisted of entirely top-of-the-line technology, being the Hypersoar, the B-3, and for added punch, B1-B Lancers.

At Night, Somewhere in a Mountain Range
A ruckus was heard in the mountain range along the Tundra regions of Derscon. The Northern Lights were currently in process. If you looked up at them, you'd see they were blocked out in small sections for a little while, and it kept occuring for about five minutes, and it stopped. You'd think nothing of it, though. Unless you knew what was going on.....

"Admiral, the Hawkeye is showing a massive attack force being launched from the Derscon fleet." shouted a young ensign from the CIC.
"Oh, boy. They must have detected Strike's launch. Send our guided missile cruisers to Strike's location, we'll use their anti-air missiles for defense. Also, wire the 52nd, tell them to launch immediatly, use heavy code, don't let them find out."
"Yes, Sir!"

"Captain, tell the other carriers to launch all aircraft for fleet defense."
"Aye, Aye Admiral!"
And so, the ten remaining carriers launched all their aircraft, now a total of nearly 200 were airborne, waiting for the Dersconi assault force...

Honimishu Castle, Pschycotic Pschycos...
"Shogun-sama." began a young ensign.
"What?" was the growled response.
"Uh-uh..."
"Out with it, boy!"
"Yes, Sir! A few minutes ago, SatCom detected multiple, fast moving aircraft heading toward Killer X."
"They must be preparing for a land invasion. Call up 1st through 10th Battilons, and shut down the border." came the order.
"That's not all. Two Ethereal Dragon planes are heading toward our airspace."
"What are those fools thinking? Put out the order to launch two F-15 squadrons in defense."
"Yes, Sir! And one more thing. SatCom also says that they belive to have detected the launch of multiple bombers from Derscon. It was night, so they couldn't tell."

7th Fleet Flagship, P.P.S. Ghost...
The 7th Fleet battlesubs sat approximatly 500 feet underwater. There was absolute silence, no whispers, no footsteps, no nothing. In fact, the captain swore that he would shoot the first person to fart. They only communicated using intership IM and silent keyboards. Their target, the Dersconi Superfleet...
To Bridge: CIC here, Dersconi fleet approaching, no subs in area.
Bridge: Alert at time to surface.
Bridge to main cannons: Rotate to these bearings.
Ghost to fleet: Prepare for surface.
CIC to Bridge: Surface in 3...2...1...Mark!
Ghost to Fleet: Surface!
Ghost to Phantom: You take the Appolyon.
The hissing of escaping air sounded just like the surf overhead to SONAR...
------------------------------------------------
Dersconi Fleet...
It was a calm, quiet night. The crescent moon shone dimly upon the fleet. In the ocean, shadows appeared. What at first appeared to be periscopes broke the surface. However, they climbed higher, until they were revealed to be rigging. As the rigging rose, the ghostly green flame of St. Elmos fire ignited on the spars and lines of the mast. Superstructure and turrets were revealed, with glowing green slime dripping from the superstructure and decks. The ship nearest the Appolyon had faint green lettering on it, saying "Phantom". The ghost fleet had surfaced. In one giant blast, each of the 8 ships let its 6 turrets open at near point blank range to the Derscon carriers. Then, they submerged again. As it sank, it moved beneath the carrier so close that its rigging scrapped the bottom of the hull. The safteys on the verticle torpedos turned off, "Phantom" shot 18 torpedos straight up, not caring what would happen to the superstructure so close to a blast...
"Now, let's get below the thermal layer before the subs get a lock." said the Captain, stealth no longer a concern. In his heart, he knew they hadn't done enough damage to Appolyon, and he knew the subs would probably leave their engagement with 10th Fleet to give chase to them...

Remote Pschycotic Pschycos village, 2 miles east of PPAFB, 0200 local time...
"Honey, what the heck is going on?" said Bruce. "Thunder ain't supposed to last this long!
It was true. The thunder had been happening for a couple of minutes now, and it was continuous.
"I don't know, go back to sleep, Dear." said his wife.
And they did as the mysterious thunder faded toward the east, and the sea, in a way that normal thunder doesn't fade.

Hawk-1 got onto the radio, and hailed hawk-2. "We've been spotted. The enemy just spotted us and scrambled a few F-15s."
"So, they can't reach us up here. They'd stall just a bit over half-way."
Hawk-1 replied coolly, "Yes, but we can't hit jack-squat with our bombs up this high either.
So, I say we swoop down, hit the secondary target, and then get the hell out of here before the F-15s come knocking. Put your stealth on, they catch us on radar during the dive, and I don't want any anti-air guns."
Both Hawk-1 and 2 pu ton their stealth, then began the dive. At about 27,000 feet they selected a large cluster of fields, which had already been visible from their previous altitude, and released their payloads. The eight incindiary bombs went streaking down towards the ground.
Hawk-1 heard beeps and whistles all through his helmet and cockpit. Anti-air defences had picked them up in the dive, and the 15s were closing fast.
There was no time to pull-up, and no time to see if the rockets hit.
Engines screaming, the Hawks both had to pray and run as their craft jetted back towards the fleet. Being caught was inevitable...
HMS STARRIDER: BRIDGE: FLAGSHIP OF ADM. MINIATH::
Minaith already knew the fate of the two Hawks, they would be cut down. Still though, he had to maintain his iron grasp on the shipping, otherwise his plan would fail. Days ago, he had decided that with a majority of his crops burning, his shipping locked-off, and Dersconi forces closing in, the Shogun would be forced to capitulate. He ordered the fleet to pull out to the waters further from the locks, he had no intent to be flushed out to see should the Shogun decide to open them.
Back aboard his own flagship, Y'vriel ordered all pirates to do the same. Only Sariour would stay, since his subs would be invulnerable to the current from the locks. He planned to maintain his part of the blockade, but sent a few of his lesser-ships to see where SuperFleet was positioned.

Eagle Flight, over Pschycotic Pschycos...
"Eagle Leader, picking up bandits. Eagle Flight, engage at will."
"Roger!" was the chorus coming back.
All 5 F-15's openned up with sidewinder ata missiles. AAA batteries not hit by enemy fire also opened up. A couple of kills was pretty much assured.
"Why the heck were they that stupid?"....
Killer X
"Okay," the intelligence officer started.
"Sir, Pschycotic Pschycos has mobilized divisions one through ten and they are currently stationed across the border."
"Okay then," responded Sir Arthur Wellington. Currently, they were deep inside a bunker at the command post for the army. "Colonel, how are we doing with air support?"
"Well," the Colonel in charge of First Corps aerial division started. "We have plenty of it. Plus, SCIKNIGHTS are on their way. One of them could split from the mission and attack the troops."
"No, no bother. Do we have any bombers?"
"Yes. We have some Lancers that made their way into the convoy."
"Good. Solignac?"
"Yes, sir?" General Jean-Baptiste Solignac, commander of First Division, responded.
"How are the defenses?"
"They are setup completely. Old Stonewall would be proud."
"Excellent. General Baird, your report?"
"Yes," General Sir David Baird, commander of Second Division, responded.
"The left flank is covered. An ant won't get through without being shot at least a hundred times."
"Excellent. Vauban?"
"Yessir," General Sebastien LePrestre de Vauban, commander of Third Division, responded. "Peachy clean."
"Good." Sir Arthur Wellesy trusted his Generals to the fullest. He knew they wouldn't let him down.
"Prepare for a strike from them. I know they are going to retaliate when we bomb them."
"Yessir," was the unanioumus response. "Colonel. You are to commence bombing PP troops at any time, using any bomb type you wish, short of nuclear weapons."
"Absolutely, sir."
"Good, dismissed."
* * * *
From the makeshift runways, twenty B1-B Lancers took off from the airport, accompanied by ten F-15 Eagles and ten F-22 Raptors (OOC: The F-22 is the land based one, the F/A-22 is the carrier based), set off to ravage the PP troops.
==================
HMS Alexandria
"Sir, we've been hit!" THe Admiral looked at the damage of the superstructure and knew the ship would never survive. Two of the catapults were destroyed, while the other one was missed but instead took out the Bridge.
"Okay. Send the pilots out. Get the Raptors off first, then the Tomcats. Once they're off, abandon ship."
"I don't know if we have enough time."
"DO IT!"
"Yessir!"
* * *
On the flight deck, things were moving fast. Unfortunately, not fast enough. Once all of the F/A-22 Raptors were loaded up, they were launched off the surviving catapult. After about fifteen minutes, all twenty Raptors were in the air. Figuring not to waste time, they went and joined the main air attack group.
Back on the flight deck, things were even more hectic. Twenty Tomcats made it off the deck.
* * *
In the engine room, the crewman pressed the button to shut the watertight doors, but they wouldn't work. When he looked at the gaping hole, he realized that it blew the controls. He whispered a small prayer and when he was about to shut the reactors down, the plutonium went unstable, and a white hot flash erupted inside the reactor. The crewman stared in horror, but he knew what to do.
He directed the ships course to go straight towards the canals at full throttle. He wasn't sure if PP ships followed him, but he didn't care. He sent a mayday message to the rest of the Dersconi Fleet.
Get the hell away from ALEXANDRIA! Nuclear reactor went unstable.
REPEAT, NUCLEAR REACTOR UNSTABLE.
He knew he was far enough away so he wouldn't do any damage to the superfleet.
He didn't know how close he was to the canals, or to the PP fleet when it happened, but he knew he was far enough away from the Dersconi fleet, so he died peacefully.
======================
NRO
"Holy hell! Sir! Nuclear explosion reported near PP waters! I can't get a good look, but a nuclear device was detonated wither near or in PP waters!"
The major just stared at the footage as the mushroom cloud erupted.
==================
HMS Appolyon
"Damage report!" the Admiral said in the CIC after being hit. He hoped the crew fired the decoys fast enough.
"Sir! Six torpedoes hit, but we've sealed them off."
"Where did they hit?!?"
"They hit mostly storage areas. Thankfully, they completely missed the engine room. One hit a missile storage room, but none of the warheads were loaded in them."
"What was in the storage rooms?"
"Mostly foodstuffs. They also hit the sub bay."
"Shit," the Admiral said. "Well, that's too bad. So the subs won't have a quick refill station. Anything else?"
"Well, yes, actually. In the engine room. A torpedo hit the engine room, but it did not go off. Saftey failure. The warhead has been safely deactivated, though. Currently, the room has been pressurised so that the torpedo can be removed and the water will not flood the engines. The crew members are wearing pressure suits so as to not be affected by the pressure."
"Okay, what about the rooms that were hit?"
"The watertight doors closed, and the rooms were automatically pressurized. The situation was isolated. We are currently getting the water out. When it is dry, the patchwork will start."
"Okay. Have any submarines locked on to the perpetrator?"
"Yes. Currently, Three Rekjyavich class Fast Attack Submarines and Five Los Angeles Class Fast Attacks are on their ass.
"Good. Can we spare that from PP Tenth Fleet engagement?"
"They never were there. You can't miss something you don't have."
"Okay. Send the following orders to DD(X) 04 and 05."
"Yessir." All of a sudden, the ship shook.
"What the heck was that?!?"
"Sir! We got a message from the Alexandria!
Get the hell away from ALEXANDRIA! Nuclear reactor went unstable.
REPEAT, NUCLEAR REACTOR UNSTABLE.
"Oh my Lord," the Admiral said. He turned and looked at the satellite feed from NRO. A mushroom cloud was forming.
"Alexandria just was vaporized by a nuclear explosion from its own reactors."
===============
DD(X) 04
Engage enemy fleet
"Oh?" the Commodore on board said. "Okay boys, fire up that railgun!"
"Yessir!" In thirty seconds, the railgun was unmasked. Once the Arkhangel was targeted the Commodore gave the orders.
"Fire like hell!"
==============
DD(X) 05
Eliminate Lock systems
"Okay, then." The Commodore also ordered the railguns unmasked. Vollies of rounds were fired so that each lock would be virtually obliterated upon the impact of the thousands of kenetic missiles.
"Good luck on the AAAs hitting that."
=====================
Rekjyavich class Sub 023
"Sir! Contact!"
"Okay! Flood torpedo bays!"
"Aye!"
"Torpedo bays flodded!"
"Open bays!"
"Aye, open bays."
"BAYS OPEN!"
"GO CAT!" The Jet mobility system was immediately turned on. Although this made the sub slower than usual, the noise of the submarine was reduced to virtually nothing. Any SONAR operator would filter it out as background noise.
"FIRE AT THE GHOST SHIPS!"
"Fire, eye!" Within seconds, eight torpedos launched at the Pices ship. The two Los Angeles classes got the hint and fired their six torpedo's, too.
This process was repeated for all of the Pices ships.
First Fleet Flagship, HMS Andropov

Honimishu Castle...
"Shogun, SatCom has detected large Ethereal Dragon fleets off our coast."
"What!?" roared the Shogun. "Mobilize the entire Navy! Once the Dragon fleet is destroyed, send them to help 8th Fleet, it appeares REV:131 is going to rendevous with their 1st Fleet."
"Yes, your Honor!"
-------------------------------------------
52nd Airforce, codenamed: Fisher, 250 miles from superfleet, 20 ft, altitude...
"Fisher Leader to flight, approaching launch point, open bay doors."
"Roger."
In unison, the flight of 20 modified B-52 bombers opened their bomb-bay doors.
"Increase altitude to 75 feet."
Still in unison, the bombers did so.
"On my mark...3...2...1...MARK!!!"
As one, the 20 bombers released 10 HARPOON anti-ship missiles, totalling 200, straight toward the Derscon fleet.
"Shoot the Duckies, shoot the Duckies!" said Fisher Leader's co-pilot as the flight pulled around and headed back toward Pschycotic Pschycos.
The missiles flew, just the way the techie engineers had designed them too.

P.P.S. Arkhangle, 50 miles from REV:131...
*Chatter on the bridge*...BOOM!!!!!!! The glass windscreens shook like notebook paper...
"What the..." "Who..." "Ahhh, my leg..." were common phrases now being uttered.
"What in the...Oh, my, Savior..." the Admiral said, as he looked to the north.
There, on the horizon was a massive mushroom cloud, glowing in the night sky.
"Sir! We have contact with the 9th Fleet, or, what's left of it."
"???"
"About 30 minutes ago, 9th Fleet detected a Dersconi ship approaching, and went to intercept it. 3/4 of the fleet has just been destroyed. The Dersconi ship apparently had a nuclear device on board."
"I WILL NOT HAVE THIS!!" roared the Admiral. "Take this fleet straight toward them! Keep moving. Tell our boys in the air to take care of business, get back here, and rearm for an anti-ship mission."
"Yes, Sir! The 52nd has just fired toward the fleet. We are expecting impact at any moment now, unless they intercept, of course."
--------------------------------------------------------
P.P.S. Ghost, 7th Fleet...
"Captain, incoming fish."
"Aye. Helmsman, dodge those fish, and take us straight for the subs."
"Aye, aye!"
BOOM!!
"Sir, torpedos have just damaged our right side. The other ships are reporting similar damage, but are still afloat. The Phantom has lost her superstructure while firing on the Appolyon."
"A shame. Just keep heading toward the enemy. Tell the rest of the fleet to get below the thermal layer, they can't be detected, the density there doesn't allow for sound projection."
"Aye, aye!"
The Ghost kept heading toward the enemy. At 600 yards, she opened with her foward 8 torpedo tubes, a hundred yards beyond the minimum saftey distance.
"Tell the torpedo rooms to deactivate the safteys and fire again."
Ghost kept steaming for the subs, and at 400 yards, she fired again.
"One more time, just for good measure!" belowed the captain, knowing that in the ensuing blasts, he, his crew, and his ship would probably be obliterated, though, of course, there was the slight chance that they could survive, slim as it may be....
The rest of 7th Fleet slipped beneath the thermal layer, and into the abyss...
------------------------------------------------
Honimishu Castle...
"WHAT?!" screamed the Shogun. "This is an outrage! I want us to hit their fleet with our own ICBMs. Tell the mountain boys code:784hdf2."

Koala Mountain, Western Province, Pschycotic Pschycos...
"Here's the code boys. 784hdf2. Hmmm, no dummy warheads, hold off on the nukes. Damn, I wish we could carry out our motto. Oh, well. This'll do for now. Hit it!"
Silos in the side of the mountain opened, and in succesion, 200 ICBMs were launched at the REV:131 fleet.

In succesion, locks 1, 2, 4, and 5 were hit, hard. Lock 3 escaped critical damage, and was minamaly operational, just a lot slower.

Northern Province...
"All F-35 squadrons, take off!" ordered the General, after discovering the incoming flights.
And it was so.
---------------------------------
PPAFB...
"All F-15 defense squadrons, get off the ground! We got a lot of incoming bombers that are just begging to be shot down!"
And it was so.

OOC: Nice plot twist Derscon! :)
OOC: The nuclear reactor explosion? I thought you'd like that. :) That was spur of the moment. I like going out with a BANG. :D
By the way, I like my Superfleet. I'm pulling out the big guns, now.

NRO
"Holy hell! Two hundred ICBM's heading towards the superfleet!"
"Those idiots! At that range, that many missiles would obliterate some of their coastline, also! Activate Dersconi Missile Defense. We are taking down PP!"
"Yessir!"
================
Somewhere in Space
DAF-3921 recieved the signal from STRATCOM, and moved toward the battle location. Targeting the missiles, it heated up its laser.
*BEEP*
*BEEP*
*BEEP!*
A massive pulse of laser shot out, and then it turned into a continuous beam. Gradually, the laser obliterated the ICBMS -- usually two at a time. When there is that many, so close together, you are bound to get two, sometimes three in one locale.
to catch some of the slack, DAF-2951 was called into action. Again, it heated up. Three beeps, a pulse, and a beam. A majority of the ICBM's were eliminated before releasing their warheads, but....
========================
HMS Appolyon
"Sweet Jesus!" the Admiral yelled. He was watching the radar and saw the ICBMs. When they were being plucked off the map, he has assurance of saftey.
Then he saw the HARPOONs from the B-52's.
"Shit. LAUNCH THE RIM-162's AT THE BOMBERS! SEE IF WE CAN GET SOME BEFORE THEY LAUNCH THEM ALL!"
"Yessir!"
==============
DD(X)-01
Upon detection, the PHALANX missile defense systems turned towards their targets. THere was no waiting for orders. The computer just fired.
* * * *
DD(X)-02
The ten PHALANX missile defense systems immediately fired at the incoming HARPOONS.
The Captain in the CIC had another idea.
"Launch the RIM-162's at the B-52's. If we are going down, we're taking them down with us."
"Sir! Orders from the Kremlin!"
Honimishu Castle is your target. Coordinates below. Empty railgun.
"Well, then. You heard him. Take him out. NOW!"
On deck, the railgun was uncovered and fired. After about ten thousand rounds were fired, the crew got a bit bored. One looked up to strech, and saw the incoming doom.
"Dear Lord, have mercy on us." At that time, the warheads from an ICBM that escaped the DAF's incinerated the ship.
But Honimishu Castle still has 10,000 railgun ammunition to worry about.
=================
Kremlin Palace
"Your Majesty, they have launched ICBM's," Bismarck said.
"Okay," the Czar said calmly. "Return fire."
"Yessir."
===================
OOC: I'm skipping the security sequence. Too damn long.
* * * *
Upon the entry, a total of two hundred and fifty ICBMs were in the air, headed to major cities and PP fleets.
==================
SCIKNIGHTS
The massive array of stealth aircraft was currently over Killer X airspace when they got their new orders.
New targets.
1) Eliminate PP mud slingers on Killer X border.
2) Honimishu Castle
3) Two largest cities
4) Naval fleets[code]
"Well, then," the SCIKNIGHTS commander said to himself. He reported the information to the rest of the SCIKNIGHTS and went ahead.
============================
HMS Vatican
"Launch the Tomcats and Raptors. Intercept the missiles and take down the B-52's."
Upon his orders, five minutes later, thirty Raptors and thirty Tomcats were in the air. As ten more Raptors made it off, though, twenty HARPOONS and ten warheads landed on the carrier.
The planes had nowhere to go. THey were now officially KIA.
"Okay," the group leader said. "We have nowhere to go. We will die. Might as well take them down with us, shall we?"
The sixty aircraft charged head on at the missiles and B-52's. Some of the missiles were destroyed, and two Tomcats were downed, but no one cared.
The B-52's were history, as far as they were concerned.
[code]TARGETS ENGAGED!
FIRE!
At that word, forty Pheonix missiles were headed toward the B-52's. The Raptors split off from the group, but the Tomcats kept going.
Where to?
Head to the huge dog fight out yonder.
==========================
Kremlin Palace
"It is a big fight out there," Supreme Admiral Marko Herkjyavich said to the Czar.
"Well, mobilize some more. Send Second and Third Fleet out."
"That is some two hundred ships!" The Czar just shrugged and smiled.
"Oh well. Just keep them supplied."
"We can do that. We have some ATLANTIS bases out there we can ship supplies via bullet train and send it to the fleets via supply subs."
"Then do so."
"Yessir."

In four hours, second and third fleet rondezvoued some ways out in international waters. They were preparing for an all-out strike.
=====================
R13:1, CG(X)-04
"Okay," the commodore said. He walked over to the CIC just in time to see the big blip on the radar encompass the whole screen.
He had just enough time to say "Lord Have Mercy" before the ship was destroyed by the HARPOONS fired at it.
CG(X) -02, -03, and DD(X) -08 suffered the same fate.

Fisher Flight, 300 miles from R-13:1...
"This is Fisher Leader, we are now moving out of range of Derscon aircraft."
"Hey Joe!" called his radar operator. "We got a bunch of fighters on our tails."
"They probably won't be able to reach us, but we'll get ready, just in case they're something new. Hey Bill!" he called back to his OSO. "Get the AMRAMMS ready."
"Roger." he replied as he flicked a couple of switches. Outside, the AMRAMMS on the wing pylons growled to life, they were hunting.
"Jim!" called Joe to his DSO. "Get the air mines in the aft turret ready."
"Roger."
"This is Fisher Leader to Fisher Flight, prepare for air-to-air engagement."
"Joe! We got fast-movers! SAMs!"
"Roger! Jim, take em' out!"
"Roger!"
The air mine turret out back began to automatically track the incoming missiles. As they approached, the giant plane began acclerating, giving them more time. It also began a descent and a right turn with the rest of the flight, and began ejecting chaff. A quarter of the missiles were fooled by such a large amount of chaff being ejected. The air mine turret picked up the rest of them, and began firing. Shells slightly larger than a 50-calibur were ejected at the missiles. Instead of trying to hit them, the shells exploded in front of the missiles, spraying them with shrapnel. Most of the missiles were destroyed. Some made it through the counter measures, and began going off, taking out a wing here, or a stabilizer there, but only one was shot down, and ejections were confirmed...
---------------------------------------------------
Over Pschycotic Pschycos skies...
The F-15s had just gotten a bearing on the bombers, and were preparing to engage. They got in a little closer, and fired all of their sidewinders, at least 200 missiles were in the air...
-----------------------------------------
Elsewhere in the skies...
The F-35s had also detected their quarry, and were similarily proceeding to engage....
--------------------------------
Koala Mountain....
"Boys, more orders, 250 this time. Same as before, replace dummy war heads."
Once again, holes in the mountain opened, and 250 ICBMs were launched at the Dersconi fleet....
-------------------------------------------------
Many places in Pschycotic Pschycos...
WEB missiles were now going up in scores to intercept the Derscon missiles.
-------------------------------------------------
Above the atmosphere...
Once again the WEB missiles worked well, but several missiles got through the screen, and began screaming for the 8th Fleet...
----------------------------------------------
8th Fleet, moving to engage R-13:1...
The ships were hard to hit, now that they were each moving independently, and not in a formation. That didn't stop the missiles, however, and several frigates, destroyers, and supply ships were instantly obleterated.
"Admiral-sama, we are now in range of our HARPOON missiles." said the Captain.
"Good, go ahead and launch!"
And it was so, close to 200 more harpoons were launched at 100 miles of distance...
--------------------------------------------
1st Fleet, near the Ethereal Dragon fleets...
"Fire at will!"
Instantly, the five Iowa Class battleships began firing upon the the Ethereal Dragon fleets with their 16-inch cannons...
------------------------------------------
Honimishu Castle... (OOC:I'm now helping a friend get into the action.)
Emperor Fujiwara sat at a very nice coffee table with Shogun Kamikaze.
"Very nice set up you have going here." commented the Emperor.
"Let's cu to the chase." said the Shogun, a very curt man. "Killer X has allowed Derscon to use it as a staging point for an invasion, we of Pschycotic Pschycos would like to ask you for your help. We will request that you destroy, not the Derscon forces, but those of the smaller Killer X."
"Hmm...I take it the Derscon boys'll be tied up with you...It depends, what's in it for me..I mean my people?"
One of the Shoguns bodyguards slammed two very large, very heave suitcases down on the table, opened them, and turned them so that the Emperor could see them...
"Okay, now we're talking."
-----------------------------------------
Skies above the ocean....
All planes got the same order,
Destroy Dersconi Aircraft. Start with two missiles.
Andthey did just that, letting lose 400 Phoenix missiles at the Derscon aircraft...
OOC: Okay....
1) Sorry, you'll have to excuse my ignorance for the railguns. Lower it to five hundred.
2) You were too vauge in your post. I have no idea what the hell is going on.

Y'Vriel looked out over the bow and could see the ominous flashes and hear the distant rumble of the naval battle going on between the Derscon and PP fleet. A mage walked up to him, startling him a little. "Sir, we have recieved communications from the pickets. The subs say that there is a large fleet moving to meet us. They also have requested permission to fall-back to a safer location, away from the rail-gun rounds."
Y'vriel nodded. He orderd a return message to be sent in code: All subs fall back to international waters and cover fleet retreat.
He then sent a radio communication to Minaith. "Admiral, this is captain Y'vriel, my pickets have just confirmed sightings of a massive fleet moving in our direction. I believe the safest course of action would be to fall back. I shall have the subs cover our retreat."
Minaith had been watching the land movements since the previous dawn. He replied,
"That is fine. I was considering a widthdraw from this battle anyway. The Killer X has just stepped in, and this shall not be an honorable victory. Who can trust such a young race to understand the Rites of Combat. This was our fight, and Derscon's fight, we were pulled into it. Killer X is simply out to grab more land.
We will widthdraw Y'vriel, I am disheartened and growing weary of this conflict. You are now in charge of the fleets, I do not wish to stain my hands with the blood of a dishonest war."
Y'vriel consented, and ordered the general widthdraw of the fleet. They began heading towards the Superfleet, to regroup and aid there. The blockade had been compromised, but Y'vriel had been consoled by the fact that he now controlled the ENTIRE fleet. He did not fear bloodying his hands- not at all.
Back in Kremlin palace, the mage's eyes snapped open. "We are in the hands of a Pirate" he whispered...

OOC: Alright, here's the low down--you got one of my 52's, your bomber force must now contend with 200 missiles, similarly, my F-35s are engaging, your fleet has a rain of 250 ICBMs heading for it, 8th fleet took damage from your missiles, 8th fleet opened up with 200 more HARPOONs, Ethereal Dragon's fleet is under fire, and CV is about to come in on Killer X, and your massive air force has 400 phoenix missiles coming for it.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Fisher Flight...
"This is Fisher Leader to Fisher Flight, enemy is now in range of AMRAMMs, fire at will."
The attack startled the Derscon pilots. The AMRAMMs on the wing pylons fired straight ahead, but then loopped over the 52's shoulders toward them...
-----------------------------------------
1st Fleet...
"Commodore, their fleet is moving away."
"Well, looks like the 16-inchers won't work, let e'm have the HARPOONs!"
And in a short time, 200 were airborne...
-----------------------------------------------
Honimishu Castle...
As the meeting adjorned, the grounds began to shake, and explosions filled the air.
"What the hell is going on?" screamed the Shogun.
"Sir, we are under attack by railgun rounds!" shouted an officer, clearly on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
"Well then get the defenses up!"
Moments later, a huge, taut net encircled the castle, letting the shells bounce to the sides. And it was working for a little while, untill the stress became to much and the net started getting holes. In all, 250 shells hit the ground. Miraculously, the castle was pretty much untouched, but the grounds were a different story...
OOC: More later when derscon gets his act together.
Kremlin Palace
"They continue to use ICBM's on us," Yuri Golovko told the Czar.
"Do we have any more conventional-tipped ICBM's?"
"No, sir." The Czar just shook his head.
"We will teach him a lesson, then. fire The ICBM's at his capital and his three largest cities. Glass them entirely."
"You want us to use nuclear weapons?"
"What option do we have?"
"Point taken. I will fire immediately."
"One more thing," the Czar said to Yuri.
"Yes?"
"Don't use land based launch pads. He'll intercept them too easily."
"NIGHTFIRE?"
"Yup."
"Yessir."
========================
OOC: Sorry, I'm bored of this (I get bored easily), so I'm ending it with a bang.
========================
HMS Appolyon
"Sir, we have recieved word from the Kremlin. We are to retreat immmediately."
"Well I know he aint surrendering," the Admiral said. "Let's go." The orders went to the fleet, and they turned around in the stall of the fighting.
========================
OOC: You did not launch anything in that section. I'll get to it.
========================
Naval Air Fleet
"Okay boys," the commander said on the radio channels. "Word from the Appolyon. We're to report back to the carriers."
Upon orders given, they all retreated back to the carriers.
========================
Submarines in PP Waters
The boombers near the locks, though, did not catch word of the retreat. Currently, they were undetectable to SONAR, as not only were they below the thermal layer, but they were on the CAT propulsion system, making the sound of a fish swimming in the water.
"Flood missile tubes," the Captain ordered.
"Open bay doors."
"FIRE!"
On that order, the five boombers launched an array of White Phosphorus and high explosive warheads from the SLBM missiles. At total of fifty missiles were launched at the Castle. The Boombers then loaded up, and five minutes later, they fired again.
They then hitailed it out of there, still on CAT propulsion.
========================
First Fleet
Upon recieving orders, the ten DD(X) Destroyers uncovered their railguns and fired at the Castle and the Fleet that was attacking the Superfleet.
thankfully, First Fleet was out of range of the PP guns at the moment.
=========================
Second Fleet
"Sir!" someone in the CIC said to the Admiral. "We are to rondezvous with First Fleet and wait for their evac!"
"Will do, then."
========================
HMS Appolyon
"Sir," an ensign said to the Admiral. "The HARPOONs were eliminated, but Babylon took a hard hit to the flight deck, and two DD(X) destroyers were killed off.
"Okay."
"WE HAVE ICBM'S INBOUND!" the shout was heard.
"Damnit, again? FULL SPEED TO THE RONDEZVOUS POINT!" THe entire Superfleet spead towards First Fleet, temporarily outrunning the ICBMs. Thankfully, PPSTRATCOM did not know of the retreat, so most of the ICBMs fell short of the Superfleet. Unfortunately, ten supply ships and ten CG(X) Cruisers did not make it.
====================
Rondezvous Point
The Admiral of the HMS Appolyon looked out in the sea and saw the approaching First and Second Fleet. "About time." He headed back to the Bridge. "Slow speed to five knots."
"Aye."
The Admiral sent a comm to First Fleet.
We're here. Wait for us, and then we head back.
Not right now was the response. It then continued.
Orders from the Kremlin. PP is being glassed. We are to stay here and railgun them.
The Admiral just stared at the comm as he approached First Fleet.
========================
Above PP
THe Three NIGHTFIRE Misslile Defense Platforms positioned themselves above PP.
*beep*
*beep*
*BEEP*
Upon the third beep, two hundred thermonuclear ICBMs rained upon PP from Space.
======================
OOC: I told you, I'm bored, and I want to end it.

Honimishu Castle...
"Shit! Holy ^%$@!!! Come on! We got to get the hell out of here." shouted the Shogun's advisors.
"Not until I issue a few more orders! Get this code to Koala Mountain! nh896t7!" Tell all WEB missiles to fire! Let all AAA, SAM, and Patriot missiles open up! Get X Fleet on the line! Tell them to clear their bays!" shouted the Shogun. "Now, let's get the hell out of here! Loud klaxons and flashing red lights began going off as the Shogun and his advisoors made a dash for the waiting choppers.
------------------------------------------
2 score miles above Pschycotic Pschycos...
The Detonation devices on the missiles had been reprogrammed so they would deploy prematurely to catch the incoming missiles. The SLBMs were caught easily at the appex of their flights. However, the rest were not as easily stopped. 150 were arrested on their descent. Another 25 were stopped by the Patriot missiles. The AAA and SAMs had no chance of scoring a hit, leaving 25 to hit the country below.
-----------------------------------------
Over Pschycotic Pschycos's Inland Sea...
The Shogun's V-22 was approximatily 15 miles out at sea when the first missiles rained down. It did make for some spectacular fireworks as some 20 ICBMs rained down on the capitol.
"Holy hell." was all anyone could mutter as they watched the destruction of their home.
"We will not back down from this fight." swore the Shogun. "Each of you has taken a vow to serve this country loyaly to your death, and now I shall call upon that oath. We still have more than enough resources to continue fighting! Join me, brothers! To glorious victory, we march!"
The remaining 5 ICBMs took out major mailitary communities.
--------------------------------------------
Koala Mountain...
"HOLY!!" said the base commander. "Joe, you want to confirm what I'm seeing?"
"What could it possibly...HOLY HELL!"
"I told you, I told you!"
"Well, just do as it says!"
"Allright."
The silos in the side of the mountain opened one last time, and the country's remaining 750 ICBMs were launched off. Targets, the Derscon capitol, and major military communities.
-------------------------------------
X Fleet, location- unknown...
"Skipper, we got new orders."
"What, Mansely?"
"The Brass wants us to empty all of our bays."
"You sure 'bout that?"
"Yes sir."
"So it shall be."
The fleet began emptying their bays till a couple hundred SLBMs were in the air.
(OOC: Couple means 2, as in 200)
---------------------------------------
P.P.S. Arkhangel...
This is control to all flights, control to all flights, return to motherships immedeatly, return to motherships immedeatly.
"When those planes return, rearm them for anti-ship missions and relaunch them immedeatly." said the Admiral. "We will destroy their fleets."
"Aye, aye, Sir!"
"May the Lord have mercy on all of our souls....
--------------------------------------------
Dead in Dersconi attacks...6 million, and counting....... . . . .
OOC: Launching seven hundred and fifty missiles at a time -- even I don't have that capacity. Oh well, I'll go with it.
=========================
STRATCOM
"We have missiles in the air."
"All missile defense systems active?"
"Yessir."
"Use them."
===================
In the Sea
It was relatively calm about five miles out to sea. One could see dolphins carrying on and having a good time, if you were allowed on the beaches.
Suddenly, the dolphins swam away. The area started to shake, and in spots in Dersconi Waters, large domed devices with cannons coming out of them emerged from the sea. This was one of the major parts of ATLANTIS -- the Missile Defense System. The massive ground-based laser systems worked with specific satellites to pinpoint and eliminate ICBM's with lasers.
And it worked.
===================
Above the Earth
The DAF Missile Defense satellites were already picking off random missiles. So far, the count was at five hundred for the DAFs, and four hundred for ATLANTIS GBMDLs.
===================
Islands in Dersconi Waters
The massive AAA guns -- the largest Derscon has -- had pre-set coordinates, were ready to open fire incase one passed the ATLANTIS defense system. This has never happened before, but the most that was ever fired at Derscon was seven hundred and fifty.
=====================
HMS Appolyon
"Sir, we got orders from the Kremlin. We are all to hightail it out of here."
"Then do so."
In five minutes, the railguns stopped, and R13:1, First, and Second Fleet were at top speed heading for Dersconi Waters. Raptors and Tomcats were on patrol, and a few Hawkeyes were scanning the skies in case PP ships decided to follow.
=======================
SPACE STATION 04
The Gigantic Space Station started to move in orbit towards its target. In one hour, it was hovering over Pschycotic Pschycos, waiting for its orders.
=====================
Kremlin Palace
"Sir," the Praesillei Dei soldier said. "We need to get the hell out of here."
"Absolutely not," the Czar said. "I will not run away when my people need me most. I shall stay right here." THe Soldier knew there was nothing he could do.
"So be it. Air Defense Systems are online."
"Good. Aerostalvich, what is the status of the ICBM systems?"
"Well, sir," Aeromarschall Ramius Aerostalvich, CinC of the Dersconi Air Military. "So far, only two got passed the whole of the sea and space based defense systems."
"Good. I'm glad we had the money to upgrade them. What of those other two?"
Aerostalvich's phone then rang. He picked it up, nodded, and hung up.
"A jamming device was implemented, and the missiles fell somewhere in the desert. You now have a sea of glass about five square miles large. We don't know who lived there, but loss of life was miniscule."
"Good. Franz, get me a link with the Shogun."
"Yessir." In a bit, the link was up.
Good day, Shogun. What the hell are you thinking?
========================
OOC: I don't know where your X-fleet is, so I'm temporarily ignoring it. Just give me the locale and I'll edit this post to include my response on it.

Y'vriel was startled awake by the sounds of hundreds of distant explosions. His ship was still rocking slowly under him, so he was safe. Minaith had obviously retired himself to command of his own ship, leaving Y'vriel incharge of the fleet. That had been good. The Dersconi fleets had disengaged, and left behind their Atlantis project. That was bad. Y'vriel was now pinned between the guns of his allies, and the guns of his enemies. He hoped that perhaps mages could help him, or he could get the codes to pass through the defenses. Probably not.
An aid entered the room, and showed Y'vriel a video clip of the ground war. He frowned. The battle was there now. He was going to recieve little from his victory or his involvement. If that was to be the case, and if he could not escape through that damnable wall of guns, he'd die doing something productive, something heroic. Or he'd try to atleast.

And a pleasant how-do-you-do to you too Czar. What was I thinking? Well, I was just being a patriot, and upholding our national motto. But, I sense that you have contacted me for other purposes, yes? Might I also congragulate my adversary on stoping my attack.
"Shogun-sama! Etereal Dragon is attempting to move into range of our shores!" shouted a leiutenent.
"Tell The nearest fleet to form a blockade, but do not fire. I belive the remanents of 7th Fleet are nearest. The ghost ships should scare them rather nicely."
I apologize, now, where were we?
(OOC: The only people who know the actual position of X Fleet are the crew members currently on the subs, why don't you ask them? LOL ;)
You seem to be very full of yourself. This is not going to go well.
I'm going to make this clear. I do not want this war to go on, but let me clarify my position.
I am in the position to glass your entire nation. I could do it right now. You cannot lay a finger on my soil no matter how hard you try.
I want no more loss of my boys -- I was a soldier myself, I know what the field is like.
I'm sure you would not like to lose any of your boys, either.
It is up to you. I can continue this -- I have the supplies, the technology, and the people. You do not. I clearly have the upper hand.
But you fought bravely and gallantly -- you do not yet deserve to lose.

Y'vriel got on the radio quickly, and didn't even bother to code, "Do not, say again do NOT fire, this war is over! Widthdraw immediately!"
He was interupted by one of the more intellectual men of the Federal Fleet, "Sir, shouldn't we perhaps send in some delegation or attempt to form a treaty? Sir, they could pursue this fight further. Our allies have accepted terms, but we have not." Y'rviel pondered this. He was already outraged by the fact that he had achieved nothing in this war save for killing of a merchant fleet, and firebombing a few crops. Oh well, the Fed' had a point.
"Where's the prisoner? The merchant, where is he? Bring him to me." Y'vriel's aids hurried off to get the prisoner from his cell below the deck. They dragged the individual up to the captain. The man was well fed, and well cared for, save for a large bruise on one side of his face. The man was still trembling though, no doubt remembering the harsh treatmen his men had recieved. Y'rvriel looked at the man. "Can you write in English? I cannot." The man nodded passively. Y'vriel grinned and sent away the aids. He spent the remainder of the night dictating a letter to the Merchant.
Early the next morning he sent the merchant and the letter out on a raft. The merchant was told to give the letter to the first man that he came across on the PP ships. Meanwhile all Elven presence left the area.
A day or so later the man was found drifting in the water. Pulled aboard a ship, he did as told and gave the letter to a cabin boy, who then took it to the captain, the letter read as follows:
We do not regret our actions in the seas and over the skies of your country, but we must insist that what we did was to serve a lesson to your kind. You broke the King's orders that no foreigner is to come within the mists around our Isle. We have returned you our prisoner, and forgive you for the deaths of our pilots. We hope to live in peaceful co-existence, but any further encroachements from you will be treated more harshly. Farewell humans, you made worthy opponents.
No-one could make out the flowing rune at the bottom of the page, but it was most likely the captains signature.

People of Pschycotic Pschycos, I would like to congradulate you.
We have been in the midst of the Derscon War, and you have valently cooperated.
I know that there has been some loss of life, and it has been tough.
These though times are over, however, and a peace treaty is in the works. Among other things, a tchnology swap
will take place so that we will be better able to defend ourselves in the future...

Pschycotic Pschycos...
After the Shoguns death, the nation found itsself in a very bad situation. They had no head, and were venerauble to attack. As a quick solution, Shogun Kamikaze's four sons were pitted against each other in a duel. But unlike other duels, theirs did not involve swords. Instead, new age weapons called "mobile suits" were used. These were giant, huminoid robots, which were controlled by a human pilot. They fought against each other in a viscious four-way... 4 suits were used: The Strike, The Aegis, The Duel, and The Blitz...

The Duel
(Please note that all 4 have shields, beam sabers, and a beam rifle. Click on the links, and maximize for good pics of the suits.)
At a lightning fast pace, these titans clashed, destroying much of the surrounding landscape, and upsetting air travel with their beam rifles, and slashing with their beam sabers. The Blitz, which could turn invisible for short periods, had an upper hand, and silently defeated the Duel, but once visible, it was hit by a stray shot from The Strike. Only Strike and Aegis were left...
"Kira, YOU'RE MINE!!' yelled the Aegis's pilot, Athrun. He quickly charged foward, saber upraised to slash down.
"You're first!" yelled Kira, the Strike's pilot. Strike and Aegis struck each other on the shields at the same time. Separating, the two flew away, and, drawing their beam rifles, began what was like a dance. Bolts of energy flew between the two like lightning as the circled. Igniting their thrusters, the two flew at each other with sabers again, clashing in saber on saber. They continued slashing, hanging in the air like feathers. Each blow was parryed.
"Die, Kira!!!" shouted Athrun, as Aegis shot foward, intent on a kill shot.
"What're you doing?!" returned Kira. Rather than trying to parry, Strike dodged right while drawing the beam saber again. As Aegis shot past, Strike put a bolt throught the thrusters.
"You'll pay, Kira!" said Athrun, now struggling at the controls to keep the Aegis from crashing, as well as trying to fight Strike, who had renewed the fight with stabs of the saber. Aegis, while desending, could only hide behind its shield. Once on the ground, the two began stamping the landscape in a mad frenzy of fighting. They charged, bounced back, charged again, and slashed. They parried and blocked, they attacked, and countered, but a whole could not be found. With little warning, the batteries of both suits hit low power, and the anti-projectile armour was turned off. At the same time, beam weapons stopped working. Both suits threw down their shields and prepared for hand-to-hand combat. Yamato was deep into a blood trance, and was out for blood. Aegis made a charge, its arm back for a punch. The Strike dropped to a knee, and out of a slot on the lower leg, a knife was ejected into the Strike's hand. It brought the knife up, and drove it into the Aegis's mid section.
"What, what's going on..." stuttered Athrun as the Aegis was sent reeling backward.
"I'm sorry, my brother." said Kira, a tear now running down his face. He watched as the Aegis erupted in a giant fireball. As the smoke cleared, all that was left was the burning skeleton.
"Damn it!" shouted Kira, slamming his fist on the console. "It didn't have to end like this....ATHRUN!!!"
Fifteen year-old Kira Yamato would be crowned the next Shogun. The task of ending a war, and bringing in an age of peace, would be placed on his shoulders. Unfortunatly, with 3 destroyed mobile suits, the program would be brought to a standstill untill the year A.C. 150.

Press Release from the Czar
Good morning, citizens of Derscon, and of the world. As you know, Our Glorious Nation has been involved in a war with Pschycotic Pschycos. Loss of life was thankfully kept to a minimum due to The Shogun's willingness to end this war along with me.
God has watched over this, and did not want it. He has destined Our People and the people of Pschycotic Pschycos to be allies, and Thy Will shall be done.
Also, I would like to have a moment of silence to honour all those that died in this war, including Shogun Kamikaze.
*everyone bows head in silence*
*pause*
*pause some more*
*more pausing*
*end of pausement*
*Czar raises head, crowd follows*
I hereby congratulate Shogun Yamato with his coronation, and would like to invite him to the Kremlin for peace talks and a small get-to-know-you gathering.
God Bless all of you, and Good night.

"I would like to thank you for your advancement of hospitality, Czar. I will make my way over as soon as I can. Needless to say, I will not be using a V-22. I would also like to thank you for your condolences for my late father." replied Shogun Yamato, closing the link. "All right people, get me a fast transport, and we'll be on our way."
A half hour later, the Shogun was on a high speed transport, somewhere over the Ocean, en route for the nation of Derscon.
(OOC: Derscon, you can take over my arrival in your next post, and then we can go back and forth through the peace talks and tech. trade of. You propose something, and I'll express approval, or suggestions for revisement.)
OOC Righto.

Rekjyavich Andropov Military City
Upon the radar reading, twenty-five SAM batteries and thirty AAA guns were all aimed at the approaching aircraft. Upon identification, they backed off, and the plane was led safely down to the airport.
A Præsillei Dei colonel escorted the Shogun to the motorcade, consiting of five black Cadillac Escelades, three Apache Gunships in the air (obviously), and two Scorpion Quadritread Battle Tanks.
Ten minutes later, they arrived at the Kremlin Gates. The massive red walls surrounding the palace were there when Ivan the Great, founder of Derscon, built them. Obviously, they were refurnished and reinforced to included countless AAA, minigun, and Vulcan emplacements, but they are designed to pop out only when needed so as not to be an eyesore.
The entire motorcade broke off from the Escelade contaning the Shogun as it stopped at the first gate.
The first gate was made of titanium. The silver shine it gave was magificent, and you wouldn't think it was three inches thick and could stop a .50 round in its tracks.
Upon them opening, the Cadillac traveled through the short, one hundred metre tunnel to the Second Gate.
The gate was shaped like one, this time, and it was made of pure gold. The Rekjyavich-Andropov coat of arms was engraved in platinum and on the center of each of the two gates. The glimmered like the Gates of Heaven.
When they were opened, they traveled fifty metres and came to the main courtyard of the Kremlin. The SUV pulled up right to the Palace, where Count Franz von Papen, the Foreign Minister and retired General came and met him.
"God bless, Shogun Yamato. If you would follow me, the Czar awaits in the Grande Hall."
"Thank you," the Shogun responded. Franz led him up to the Gold Doors of the Kremlin. Granted, it was gold plated. Under the gold was a half an inch of concrete and two inches of titanium alloy. THe massive doors were opened, and they walked in to the magnificent Grande Hall. (OOC: I would describe it, but no time)
The Czar looked down from the balcony, nodded and Papen, and came down the stairs.
"Good evening, Shogun Yamato. I'm glad you could come. I always ask -- would you like a formal or informal meeting? I get variety of responses, so I have to ask every time," the Czar said with a small smile.

"I must say, Czar Andropov, you have quite a magnificent fortress. I especially like the way it is designed to hide the fact that it is indeed a fortress, much like my fath...I mean my own Honimishu Castle. I am also impressed by the show of force, though, the AAA had me a little worried for a moment. Down to the matter at hand, I suppose a formal meeting would be proper, I must learn how to conduct myself very quickly, if you don't mind, of course." replied Shogun Yamato. "And speaking of show of force, next time you come to our country, I will have the remaining mobile suit prototype escort you, they are quite impressive in person."
The Czar smirked. "It is the things you don't see that would impress you more." He continued to listen to the Shogun and raised an eyebrow and his request for formal.
"Formal, eh? You are one of the only people to pick that. Reasoning is obviously sound, though. In that case, the Præsillei Dei will escort you to the council room. I'll be right with you." The Czar was only in a polo shirt and kakhis at the time, and clearly needed something more formal for the time being.
* * * *
In the Confrence room, the huge, marble table was a sight to see, with the Dersconi Coat of Arms engraved in the centre. THe seat at the head of the table was empty, as was everything else. The Præsillei Dei ushered him to sit down. When he did, one of them walked to the other door. When it opened, Count Franz von Papen, the Foreign Minister, Reichschancellor Otto von Bismarck, the CinC of the Imperial Armed Forces and Chancellor of the Reichskongress, Yuri Golovko, head of the Ministry of State Security, and ten Præsillei Dei guards walked in and sat down.
Two minutes later, the Czar in full ceremonial dress walked in and sat down.
"Well, to start out, you were a formidable opponent."

"Ah, but it was my father who fought you, but I will thank you on his behalf. However, I do know that you were a fierce fighter yourself. If you knew the nights that my father stayed up, screaming at his Generals, myself included. Unfortunatly, his ideals of fighting till the last man ended up killing him as well." said the Shogun, a tear barely visible in the corner of his eye. "That is of the past, however, and it has been left up to us to usher in an era of peace, and hopefully unity, between our two nations. How are we to do it? Ah! I've been forgetting something. My father had something made that he wanted to present to you when you met. The task has fallen to me. It was made specifically for you."
Shogun Yamato stood up, and motioned to his retainer. The retainer strode foward, a large bundle of cloths in his arms. Kira took it, and in slow, purposeful motions, unwraped it. When the last cloth fell, a scabbard and hilt was exposed. The scabbard had a slight curve, and was made of redwood. The hilt was wrapped in black leather, and diamond patterns of ruby could seen. Kira strode to the Czar, and in meaningful motions, slowly drew the blade of the katana. The blade was of pure platnium, and the blood trough had diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and ruby gems inlaid. The hand guard was solid gold, and had the Czar's coat of arms ingraved. Kira held it out for the Czar to take. "It was my father's wish that you would have this blade."
THe Czar was awestruck at the beauty of the sword. The Czar took the sword and admired it. He then looked at the Shogun.
"This is beautiful. I've never seen something this brilliant since Andropov the Great's Dragon Sword. I now regret I have nothing to offer you in return." He reached to his sabre and removed it from his belt.
"I know it is not the most glamourous thing ever created, but I must give you something. This is the sword that Andropov the First used to assault the barbarians to form Derscon. This is the sabre Rekjyavich the First used in his Glorious Charge, attacking the Papal Armies of the Romanov House. This was also the sword that removed the head of Nicholas Romanov the Second. This has been in my family for thousands of years. Now," he said, presenting the sabre to the Shogun. "You are part of our family."
The sabre's blade was of an eeire silver glow. Heat was emmitted from the blade, unknown was the cause. It was clearly enchanted. The Handguard with the Andropov (OOC: NOT the Rekjyavich-Andropov) coat of arms was made of pure gold, with emeralds, diamonds, rubies, and saphirres decorating it.
A massive gem, who no collector has ever figured out what it was, made up the hilt.
"This is not a gem you have ever seen," the Czar said, addressing the large gem of the hilt.
"This is not anything known to modern man. There are four of them, one for each of the elements. The one you hold in your hand is that of Water. The centrepiece of the Crown is that of Wind. The Gem on the original Andropov Crest, seen in the Throne Room, is on the shield that Andropov the Great used in battle, and it is of Earth. The gem of the Dragon Sword is that of Fire.
"The item you possess allows you to harness the power of water. Granted, the power of this gem is weak, as it is the weakest gem. What it does I will not tell you, for so even I do not know. The secrets of the Gems are written in stone somewhere, hidden along with the Andropov Treasures, including the Dragon Sword. No one has ever found out the location of this treasure cove."

"Czar Andropov, this blade is magnificent!" exclaimed Shogun Yamato. "Even my father's blade could not match this beauty. I thank you profusely. As long as a bond between our nations, and now our families, last, these blades shall not break. Now, on to business." said the Shogun, retaking his seat, with a bow. (custom of the people)
The Czar smiled as he smacked the broadside of the blade on his palm. "Even if I tried, this thing wouldn't break!" He looked at the sword he just gave the Shogun. "Keep that with you at all times. Someday I will find the Treasure Cove, and I'll need that gem for reasons I don't know of, but I know if you combine the Elemental Stones in a certain place, something big happens. I want you to be there to see it. The sword is more than a family bond -- think of it as an invitation."
The Czar bowed back and followed the Shoguns lead.
"Well, first off, we both have something the other wants. You have technology I want, and I have some you want. I think you know where I'm going with this."

"Indeed I do. From sneaking through intellegence during the war, it appears that you have a great deal of advanced technology. What we have had an eye on the most is your anti-missile web, more specifically your spacebased system. As you might know, our nation is looking toward expanding its horizons to the final frontier. Also of keen intrest is the CAT mobility system you used on some of your subs." said Shogun Yamato. "And I have a strong hunch that our Arkhangle and Pices Class ships attracted your attention. If you approve, maybe we should trade off on these pieces of technology."
"Oh, and some of our naval architects have suggested combining the Pices ships and the CAT system for underwater travel. And, my best friend also thought shag carpeting would allow crew members to move silently. I propose that we work together on a joint project to develope this."
"And lastly. Our mobile suit project. The last of the "G" Weapons prototypes are being produced before work on mass production models begins. I want you to have Justice. And we'll give you a few regiments of the main suits, er, once they're developed, of course. that might not be for another 20 years, though."

The Czar smiled. "Well, you seem to have read my mind. I can also offer you my Hypersoar subatmospheric bomber, but I do have a fancy for your EB-52." He nodded to the Praesillei Dei officer and he produced a briefcase. Upon opening it, a keychain with multiple very odd yet small devices on it was taken out.
"Now, to do the technology trade, we must be present at the terminal for the 'ubercomputer' as the staff around here calls it. Do you have any documentation for your tech with you?"

"Of course I do, Joey, If you please." said the Shogun. The man named Joey produced a small laptop and a usb cable. "We don't use hard copies, too easily stolen, steal one of these, and we'll blow it up on you. And of course, I forgot the EB-52s, sure, we'll give you those."
OOC: I'm taking a few liberties, if you don't mind. I'm leaving for a week tomorrow, as you know, and I need to finish this up.
=========
The Czar looked at the laptop and nodded. "Good, follow me." He led the people back to the Grand Hall and then to an elevator down the East Hall. The retinal scan picked up the Czar and the doors opened.
===
OOC: I'm skipping the whole security process. It will take to long, and there is ten levels to go down.
===
Upon arriving at the terminal, the keychain devices were plugged into the terminal. At various holoimage stations in the room, the Hypersoar and the specs for the CAT propulsion system appeared.
"I can show you these right now. ATLANTIS, though, will wait. Upload your stuff into the computer." The USB cable was plugged in and a quick scan was done to ensure the laptop was clean. Upon the Czar entering the codes, the Arkangle, the EB-52, and the Pisces appeared on the holoimaging screens.
"Shall i start the file transfer?" the Czar asked.
"Yes," the Shogun said. Five minutes later, the green "File Done" appeared on the screen.
"Now, ATLANTIS," the Czar said. He unplugged the computer. "Sorry, but that will not hold the data for it. You'll have to get something better." THe Czar pressed a button and the whole room became a holoimage generator.
"Now, the Pride of Derscon. Well, one of them." With a few keys and codes, the entire room lit up. The nation of Derscon lit up, along with the surrounding two thousand miles of sea. Under it you could see the massive sonar arrays in the International Waters, along with the ATLANTIS underwater bases around the IW. More importantly, though, was the coastline.
"Now, the coast," the Czar said. He zoomed in on the coastal areas, showing the massive defensive systems there.
"As you can sea, various laser systems are set up around the territorial waters. Various meaning over twenty of them. Also, I don't know the official count, but missile platforms beyond your imagination scattered thickly across the ocean floor in our waters. They can act both as missile defense or their main perpose -- antifleet weaponry.
"the ATLANTIS Underwater Military Facilities serve as an early warning system, missile platforms, and sub launch bays. Every ATLANTIS base is connected via an under-the-sea-floor tunnel in order to ship submarines and supplies. Also, these bases are all carpeted, along with thuroughly insulated to emit virtually no sound whatsoever. If you heard them, you're probably already dead.
"Also, each AUMF is pressurized as to not collapse under the pressure of the sea. In between the base itself and the outer wall, a massive layer of pressured air keeps the sea from barging in on us. On the outer layer, a radar/sound-absorbing material -- black, of course -- is on in case they decide to screw around." The Czar turned to the Shogun.
"Only select few people know of this, and it is one of the most closely guarded secrets in Derscon. I cannot give all of this to you. Some? Yes. But a very miniscule amount."

"Any of it would be a help, of course." replied the Shogun. "You'll also find on that laptop a version of the M.O.S. (Mobile suit Operation System) for the Justice you'll be receiving. It includes a simulation, and we'll be sending a simulation cockpit. I suggest you use it before you try the actual thing, or a lot of people could get hurt. It will take you awhile to learn, but it's like riding a bike when you become good at it. I suggest you run over the version on the laptop a couple times before the simulator arrives."
"Yes, ATLANTIS components would help, specifically just those missile tubes for anti-missile and anti-ship, I know just where those'll go. I thank you, my friend." finished the Shogun.

"All right, I guess that's it. I'll be seeing you." finished the Shogun, and with a bow, left the room. A few hours later, he was back over open ocean.
THe Czar bowed back as the Præsillei Dei escorted him back to the airport.

A few hours later, the Czar was in the Kremlin.
"Sir Herkjyavich, Aerostalvich, you are to begin construction on these items immediately."
"Yessir."
