In an brutal and deadly attack by an unknown number of commandos on secret hardend aircraft storage facilities located in Lawson Air Force Base, 23 secuirty officers and 4 aerospace engineers were killed. Also 2 secure computers and the MAG-1 space manevuer vehicle were stolen out protected storage. Using a magnetic levitation track for launch, and featuring a state-of-the art combined cycle rocket engine, the MAG-1 revolutionized the manned space flight program of TPM. Phoenix Dynamix does not know who has taken it or why but they have launched a full investigation. The other 2 MAG-1's have been locked down and are now under heavy 24/hour security

Having carefully considered our options, the Republic of Ancient Terra will now throw our support behind the Phoenix Militia. It is clear that what has transpired is a clear violation of the spirit of innovation, and a blow to Capitalism. OOC: Blacktower I had the same problem at the beginning. Its a device on the Jolt forums that allows people who have 56K connection not have to curse tohse of use who use pictures, as it leaves a link instead of the picture. To rectify this, enter your profile and in there somewhere will be foum preferances. About halfway down I think is a section on pictures, allowing you to choose to display the pics as pics or as url tags.

With incoming intelligence from various sources depicting Blacktower as the propigator of this outrageous crime, the Phoenixius Council has ordered the mobilisation of the entire 2nd Expeditionary Fleet. Depending on various conditions, the Fleet can reach either Phoenix Militia or Blacktower, depending on Phoenix Militia's preference. As of yet, the Phoenixius Council does not intend on military action against Blacktower unless it is of absolute necessary to retrieve the MAG-1 space ship.

Your mission is to infiltrate the airfiled facilties, and run a sweep of all hangars, the MAG-1 contains radioative materials, and the shileding doesn't work well unless its in space, so I'm issuing Gieger counters to each team leader, this will help the search go faster. Also i will be issuing simtranq weapon addons for all assault and sniper rifles, these will instanly incapacitate anyone for a minimum of 3 hours, don't shoot yourself in the foot with it.... Anyway lethal force is only authorized if you are in direct danger of losing life and limb, command wants to keep fatalites to a minimum, they aren't looking to start a war, just get our spaceplane back"

"What do we do if we find the MAG-1 and whats the 'neat shit' we got set up for extraction?"

"Heres the thing, if its not there you will all meet at the extraction point and get fuck out of there, if it is only, the second team and the support team will exfiltrate at the extraction point. The team that finds the MAG-1 will be extracted ON SITE. If you find it, place C-4 on any and all air defenses and then call in for pick up. A C-13 with heavy escort will land at the airfield, load the MAg-1 and your team, then high tail it out of the country. Its risky, but with u guys on the ground I think it can work. As for the extraction point for the other teams, or for all teams if we dont find it, PHX command has arrange a little show for us. We'll have the pride of Air Force and Naval Aviation swarming the extraction point within 5 minutes of your call, MH-1A1 Super Hueys escorted by Cobras and Sea Lions, will insert from the north. A-17's, A-36's and A-10's escorted by F-31X's will provide additonal close air support for the extraction, its likely none of us will ever see anything like this ever again. Now lets saddle up and move out!!"

The Proud battle groups of the BTNS has taken up defensive positions and are now patrolling Blacktower waters. They will not fire unless fired upon. each carrier is Currently sending out groups of 5 fighters at a time for quick response duties and to patrol the waters around the fleets.

A SAM site has detected an unknown aircraft heading towards a Blacktower military Airfield. Defensive actions enabled. 1st missile launched...

for the second part, the EMP resistance comes from the ShadowStealth material that all Fully upgraded SpecTechs come protected in. (picture miniature faraday cage wrapped in heat resistant material). not sure on how it works as SpecTech aquired the material from an unknown investor who to this day remains anonymous. Basically it has the numbing effects of rubber to electricity.

The Dominion Of Sarrowquand is hereby dispatching 5,000 yellow jacket peacekeepers to the nation of Blacktower.

The retreating planes are just now reaching the 7th fleet, helicopters landing on the main carriers. The fleet has moved within 12.1 miles of the coast, if enemy aircraft approach the fleet, they will be forced cross into blacktower territory and engage and destroy.

The main group of retreating planes refuels in-flight and regroups for a covered transit back to thier operating land base. Navy fighters execute a 3 level CAP to cover the continuing retreat. Also the F-27s are landing on the carriers for refuel and re arm and they will re-enter the fight soon.
The fleet defense protocals have been activated, fighters from all carriers have been launched, attack aircraft are standing by to engage enemy surface ships if the need arises. The great Battleships target thier main batteries in the direction of the blacktower armada and await to be challanged.........

Was all that was heard in the Nautilus verisoned sub. They kept below water. Over five-hundred feet down. Keeping a straight course toward that flagship. They were actually, guarding a CargoLiner that was moving inbound to BlackTower land. The Cargoliner joined by another Cargoliner and then a Sub. What was the cargo? Unknown. Though, each ship was marked by a Jurrik Nation mark.


Activity aboard the Cargoliners, several men, ran about the surface of the Cargoliner. Checking Ammo as they saw the Flagship. It was blocking their primary objective and to get in. The 90 aircraft fly towards the Blacktower aircraft, watching them close on the Phoenix Militia aircraft that were retreating. They were taking no chances, making sure the enemy had no real idea they were coming - their Archangel stealth systems cancelling their return signal, and Wraith system rendering them invisible to the naked eye. They were as ghosts, passing without being noticed.
