Also the dark yellow square is where I would recommend you try landing soldiers. It's close to a major harbour city, not close to a major military base, you'd just have to take out a small 46 ship fleet I have stationed by that island.

IC: In addition to the 5,000 Mercenary troops already deployed within Tanoiu serving as advisors and operatives for the round up the Imperial Empre is dispatching a battlefleet to the area to stand between Tanuio and anti Taniuo forces.

These requests have been denied. If we did not now act, it would be a blight on our honor as Callisdrunians. We must therefore, declare war on the nation of Tanuio. That nation and ours, as of this announcement, shall be considered at war."

The fleets were mobilized.

It is now time for the allies gathered here against Tanuio's acts to decide the fate of this rogue nation.
The Sultan believes that all involved in the genocides should be extradited by Tanuio for trial. This will probably remove most of their government and infrastructure---police, soldiers, etc. For the sake of the people of Tanuio who are not involved in this disgraceful act, an occupation will need to be established. If possible, we should make the majority of the occupiers neutral nations. We should guarantee the people of Tanuio that this is not an imperialist land grab and after an appropriate holding period they will be allowed to govern themselves with no foreign occupation.

The Sultan does not expect Tanuio's government will be agreeable to these terms, as they are intimately involved in the genocides and wrongful detainments. He proposes, however, that we offer this option before we attack so that Tanuio may have a fair chance to avert conflict and know we are not imperialist warmongers.

However, in the event of a conflict, it is important we offer the Tanen people some prospect of self-government. It is standard procedure that all nations conquered by Inshallah are given a "cooling off period" and then a plebiscite is held to determine whether they wish independance or to become a province of Inshallah. This worked quite well with the former Nazi nation of Atlantiopiea. The Defence Ministry has informed the Sultan that if this prospect of self-determination is offered, their projections indicate we will face greatly reduced popular resistance.

In the event you successfully capture the leaders of Taniuo, I offer my nation as a place to store the prisoners to save other nations the burden. I am impartial to this and can guarantee you the prisoners will not escape.

Citizens and soldiers of Tanuio be warned that Callisdrunians are brutal in war. Once a person or area has been captured, we are fairly easygoing, but the process is hellish. Turn all non-believers over now, and we will let Tanuio be. The issue of them reporting what's actually going on in those camps is moot at this point. We already believe that the worst scenario, genocide, is what takes place in those camps. If this is not the case, then releasing the non-believers to us would only prove your arguments. If it is the case, releasing the non-believers to us will do no harm, as they probably won't tell us anything we don't know or believe already. We hope that you will choose this course. If you don't, when the bombs are falling and your nation's children are being slaughtered, you can't complain that we did not give you an opportunity to avoid bloodshed.

The following is a communication to President Christo’s, delivered in the form of a letter found on his top general’s desk. There is no indication for which country this if from.
To President Christo and his ruling inner party,
My name is Solarez. I represent certain individuals in my home country who have been watching your situation very closely. You give a strong presence when in the media’s spot light, but even you must be aware of the growing improbability of a victory for your people in this conflict. If I may speak frankly, the world is mocking you; your enemies already plan for what they will do to you after the war.
Whatever you have been doing to your citizens within your own country is not my concern. I’m not an evil man, I’m just a middle man assigned by nobody to a task that no one wants to talk about. My home is a rising nation, growing out of extreme poverty, and there are those within my country that have been secretly building more modern forms of military weapons. We have recently finished construction of our first missile, but need a medium to both demonstrate and test this device. Your enemies could be such a target. Unlike the weapons in your arsenal already, watched by your foes, this would be a secret device. It would be unseen and unknown of by its targets until it is too late for them to react.

The Imperial Empire of Belem once again denouces these aggressors who seek to invade Taniuo just because they are removing insidious heathen elements within there nation.

Due to the heightened state of Hostilities an additional fleet is being deployed to Taniuo as well as 2 armored divisions.

In the event of hostilities breaking out, the Sultan urges Callisdrun to wage a war that does not amount to genocide in itself.

In response to Belem's comment, we believe a peaceful resolution to this situation would be more likely if both sides were to cease moving additional forces into the region.

Additionally, there has been no mention of why these "heathen elements" are being removed, beyond radical religious clamoring within Tanuio.

We remind Tanuio that offers for peace are on the table and are still open. The Sultan does not wish to see another war break out.

I wish to not insult anyone, but diplomacy is not something that one restates. It should be said once. Although this does not mean that after they fail once they lose there chance.
