"Good evening, I'm Steven Ferdinand coming to you live from ANN's news center in Torcairn with breaking news. No more than five minutes ago, the Most Supreme Dictator of Majesto, Daniel Flaherty, finished addressing the nation about his much talked about Revitalization Acts. Let's go over to our senior political correspondent, Sonya Higgins, who is outside of the MSD's townhouse in downtown Torcairn. Sonya?"
The camera shifts over to Sonya Higgins in Torcairn. "Yes Steven, thank you very much. The Revitalization Acts are a striking series of orders implemented moments ago by the MSD 'in hopes of moving Majesto forward and making sure that our nation is more than a spot on a map." Let's go over to the videotape where the MSD talks about the first part of the order" The picture changes to an earlier clip of the MSD's speech.
In an attempt to better serve the people of Majesto and to better provide essential daily services, by my order, I am dividing the Great Autocracy into fifteen "Collectives." Each collective, which will be run by a "Lesser Dictator," and will be responsible for providing health services, education, administering public transportation, upgrading, maintaining, and building roadways, running social support programs, and providing fire protection to the people living inside of the collective. However, all law enforcement, defense initiatives, and taxation will come directly from my desk from now on. Each Lesser Dictator will be selected by and will report to myself. It is my hope that the new Collectives will be able to better meet the needs of the people of Majesto. It will also allow me to better manage my time so I can more adequately deal with issues effecting the nation as a whole."

As we speak, the nation's top engineers and architects are surveying the city of Glyn. By my order, the Autocracy's capital will be moving from Torcairn to Glyn. Glyn's centralized location and small population will be better suited to the new government system as it will involve constructing new facilities. Also with the move, it is in my hope that we will soon be able to open our national borders to embassies of foreign nations within the next ten years.

As I said before, it is in my hope that I will be able to make this nation a worldwide name and not just a dot on the world map. In order for this progressive nation to continue to reach its goals, it must be able to more than adequately defend itself from hostilities. As such, I am authorizing an increase in the size of the nation's Defense Command so it will reach eight to ten million men at full strength and highest level of readiness.
"Lastly Steven, the MSD wrapped up his press conference by officially changing the nation's name from "The Great Autocracy of Majesto" to "The Autocratic Collective of Majesto". The change will immediately take effect and will be used on all further correspondence from the Most Supreme Dictator."
