OOC: This is in relation top this earlier post of the Jarridian Mobilization (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=363785), they will go hand in hand. Also, despite being semi-closed, you may post a comment, just not military action...we are looking for world responses.

WWA Governmental Center: Westwood, Jarridia

Today, a full three weeks after the inauguration of WWA President Harold Woodwire, the government has made a startling announcement.

"Jarridia has regained control over the WWA, and as such shall implement the following plans to insure the safety and continuance of the alliance. As of today, Westwood Alliance officials and key military personnel will seize control over the government of Utcheer. This is nothing more than a safety precaution in response to the attacks made by Angelic Freedom. We have credible reason to believe that Utcheer may be harboring terrorists, or may fall under attack by terrorists. Once the threat is annihilated, we will return Utcheer to its previous state, but we must proceed with our governmental take over."

At this time, by WWA accord, Queen Shelby of Utcheer no longer has the authority over her nation. Although she will still be considered the figure head, and will have full control over her military, unless the WWA is attacked. Should Queen Shelby have an issue with this decision, she will need to appeal the decision before the WWA Courts and contact the current President of the WWA. WWA Military Personnel and key parts of the Jarridian Military are arriving as we speak to insure the safety of Utcheer.

WWA Accord:

"In the event of threat, or percieved threat to an alliance nation, or the agreed need for mutual protection, the WWA Government and President reserve the right to seize control over the nation in question in the name of the protection that is desired."

Also.....

"Should widespread chaos and war ensue upon the WWA, the government and President hold the right to proclaim a full use of the 'Aggression Deterance Agreement.' This document states that if the WWA should fall under massive attack, the government has the power to utilize the full scope of the alliance military to deter any and all attacks."

"We humbly thank the WWA for its actions in trying to protect Utcheer. However, I do question the existence of Jarridian troops within our borders. We have been allies for a long time, but we feel offended with their presence. I ask that only WWA forces be entering into Utcheer's sovereign territory and that Jarridian forces withdraw at once."

In correspondence with WWA terms we will comply with your requests in order to prove that we have nothing to hide. We will only tolerate WWA Coalition Forces within or borders to protect our safety. If sovereign Jarridian forces do not withdraw, we will be forced to remove them from our territory with military action. Heed our warning Jarridia, do not press us to decisive removal.

"Jarridia will not remove its troops from within the borders of Utcheer. We have placed them there for the common good of the nation, the government, and the citizens. We will defend Utcheer at all costs from those that wish it harm."

Josh Harkinson and his advisors sat quietly in the Presidential Office. The serious looks on their faces explained everything. Suddently Josh spoke up.

"We must begin the final preparations."

"Most certainly agreed oh mighty leader." replied Harold Caoghy, military advisor.

"We must take all precautions, and insure Queen Shelby that we are there to protect, then we shall make our assault. Utcheer and the others will fall before us. Our allies in Canada and Lord-General Drache have offered their full support and alliance. We must set up quickly and decisively. If we do so, the Utcheeri military will be no match for us." said Josh

"But sir? Do you think this wise?" asked Sarah Jacobson, Secretary of the Interior.

"DO I THINK IT WISE? YES!!! In order to protect the sanctity of the WWA for the future we must wage war against those that wish to put Jarridia and its greatest allies into danger. The war will begin" yelled Josh.

All over Utcheer, Jarridian forces have fortified themselves into trenches, mountains, beachheads and cities. Anti-aircraft artillery have been set up, and Utcheeri bases and airports including those for the air force, have been surrounded for the 'common good' of Utcheer.
