In light of your withdrawal from the WP, it might be incumbent upon to negotiate of withdrawal of our troops from each other's nations. The proposal would entail a timeline for a pull out of Whittier and other WP troops from IDF and of IDF troops from Whittier and all other WP nations.
The agreement would also state that the current treaty of peace and friendship, and free trade continues in force and that only the ties of alliance are dissolved.
The agreement would also entail an end to economic aid exchanged by the two nations and that all debts owed by the two nations to each other are null and void.

OOC: I did, but this sets up the rp. Since the two nations were intertwined due to their being members in the WP and having troops on each other's territories, mutual debts, and connected economies.

I agree to that and counter with a troop withdrawal of my own.
I agree on continuing trade.
Whittier has no plans to attack or engage in any other offensive actions against IDF at this time. Nor do we see any possibility of such plans being entertained in the foreseeable future.
