Some of them are joking around in there posts, but everyone on that thread is pledging support, you can attack, but you would waste lives.

Nianacio recommends that no nations intentionally kill civilians of another (or even itself); failure to comply with this recommendation may lead to quick and painless deaths of their governments. Nianacio also recommends that no nation's land is taken or its sovereignty infringed, as these actions will provide Nianacio with the right to enter the war, according to its Constitution. These warnings come with no guarantee. If any intercontinental missiles are launched, our ABM system will automatically attempt to destroy them, starting in their boost phase.
We will deploy five carrier groups to the nation of Klington; don't let trivial details such as their names or those of their constituents bother you, as they are of the best in the nation and equally capable of winning any battles they enter. If Klington provides them with permission to enter its territorial waters, that would be nice, but if not, they will halt in international waters. They will be organized in two rows of two each with an empty expanse between, permitting merchant ships to enter and leave Klington at will in case of a blockade, with the final carrier group at one end to control entrance to the enclosure. We reserve the right to open fire if any ships or aircraft approach too closely or in an apparently aggressive matter.
If Klington wishes to receive any support, it may ask, but will not necessarily receive.
OOC: I hope this is the right thread for this...

I would like to know whether you have counted Pacitalia in the "Holy Paradise Allies" group, despite the fact we remained neutral.

A new treaty has been propsed:

I. Kahta and their allies will allow this issue to drop if Holy Paradise and their allies do the same thing.
II. Kahta will stop paying for the killing of anyone

Holy Paradise agrees with this, and believes this is the best course of action. Therefore, I will sign it:

Nianacio appreciates Kahta's revision of the treaty. Will the Bible permit law stay in effect?
Kahta

Yes, however, all other holy books must also have a permit. It was decided that it would be more fair that way.

We agree with this idea Kahta, please forgive us for not abiding by the previous terms. We just feel it was unfair that we must suffer from one of our allies moves.
However, if you do anything like this again, we will strike. And by we I mean a coalition of nations that I choose to keep secret for now. Thank you for reconsidering.

Oh well, at least you are being unjust more evenly now.

Klington, shall I cancel the deployment orders of the carrier groups?
