The Year Long Plan
Parliament has issued a plan it has named the year long plan, to begin to rebuild Psov's economic and military power.
1. Workers will begin public work programs, to rebuild infrastructure, and defensive structures. All privatizing granted by the previous government will be stopped.
2. The Government will begin to Appropriate the Businesses that were allowed to run under the previous government, all sectors will be privatized.
3. The Land held by former state officials, and other prominent figures in State offices, will be taken and used by the state, or distributed equally to the populace.
4. The Government will open schools for Children between the ages of 5-18 to learn reading, writing, and arithmetic.
5. 3 international military academies will be opened for the training of Psovian Troops by international teachers.
6. The Capitol is to be moved from devastated Krakilopiograd, to Muntz, now the countries most populated city.
7. The Media will become privatized, opened once more to companies, and not to the state.
8. The Country will begin to incorporate art, music, and theatre, in to society, to support education, and cultural enrichment.
9. The Parliament will be subject to elections every 10 years.
10. The Country will write a constitution, which will be voted on in Parliament.
