Hello International Community, Rycon has been a nation that has been non-active more or less neutral to all nations. We desided to wait before getting more active in international affairs. We now waited long enough and would like to set up Foreign Affairs with other countries. We would be very grateful if any country would like to concider helping our country in setting up diplomatic meeting and getting more active in the community.
