I would like to put money in to a rebuilding program to rebuild the 9000 homes that were lost in the recent Random Kingdom and USN war. I hope other members of the UN can help me do this.

We'd like to add in 20.000.000$ for this and another 3.000.000$ worth of medical and emergency supplies.
Consider the money wired as soon as the two nations agree to the international aid program.
