Brief History: the nation of Gul Dar was formed by the desert dwelling mercenaries and assasins of the region known as teh Desert Wastelands grouping together to better their main trade. The result was a bloody war for power over the nation. the war lasted two weeks and was later named: the War of Assasins. The nation has asserted its power as a leading information technology leader and military strength this is reinforced by the mercenary tendencies of the nation, and as such are the reason the country is a leading source of military technology. The nation is located in a region taht is mostly considered uninhabited and barren, the nation has no national police force. Law is simple and enforced by each of the "mesa cities" governers. Crime is organized and often is more or less accepted due to the nature of these crimes the country has few freedoms in an attempt to focus such crimes out ward in a productive way to its main source of trade, Mercenary jobs. the country is often reffered to as a nation for hire since it often supplies warring nations with military technology and assistance in return of something.
