*** Official Diplomatic Communique ***

Fellow nationleaders, it is with great joy that I, Leon Vladimirovich Covski, Leader of the FC-Democratic Party announce the official founding of the Federation of FCD.

The glorious Federation of FCD, ruled by the FC-Democratic Party, follows the ideology of FC-Democratism, which strives to combine the best and most functional elements of both left- and right-wing politics.

For example, the Party will strive to limit corporate power, while maintaining a sound economical foundation, to let our nation thrive. Also, the Party shall do everything in its might to protect the hard-working people of the Federation from criminals and dissidents bent on destroying our order and way of life. This may, of course, force us to limit civil as well as political rights, but rest assured, the Federation of the FCD is as open and free as any nation in the world.

The Party reaches out to you in friendship, and humbly requests our fellow nations aid in rooting out some of the more militant subversive elements in our society, which treaten to upset order within the Federation, most notably the outlawed DCM (the Democratic Communist Movement), which strives to incite rebellion among our people. Any aid in defending us from these scourges would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the Party would be interested in finding a region with similarily oriented nations.

If you have any questions about the Federation or the policies of the Party, do nor hesitate to ask us. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Leon Vladimirovich Covski, Leader of the FCD

*** Meanwhile, in the outskirts of the capitol city of the Federation ***

Captain Jeremy Parker looked at his men, a group of twenty of the Federation's best trained and equipped troopers. The men were currently positioned surrounding a two-story residential building in a quiet suburb west of the city. As usual, they he had only recieved orders to surround the building and make sure no one got in or out, while awaiting further orders. He sighed.

"So, what do you think this is about, Jeremy?", Sergeant Jacob Swenson, the squads second-in-command, asked. Parker looked at the unusually blond man for a moment before responding.
"Ah, probably some more communist riff-raff again, I reckon the Party will..." He was interrupted by a crackling in his headset.

"Nightwolfpack seven-two-four-one A, this is HQ, do you copy?"
"NW-7241A here, we copy. The building is surrounded, no sign of movement."
"Your orders are as follows: Breach and clear. Take no prisoners."
"Roger that. Nightwolves, moving in. Over and out."

Parker nodded to Swenson, and then spoke. "Men, our orders are to storm the building and eliminate any threats. Take no prisoners. First group, you clear upstairs, second, downstairs. Any questions? No? Allright then, let's give 'em hell. Go go go!"

One of the men forced the door open, and about half of the squad rushed in. After a few moments, fire from the squads assault rifles was heard, followed by a few seconds of silence, after which a few shots from some sort of handgun rang out. Another burst of automatic fire, then silence.

Parker cracked his knuckles, waiting for something to happen. After maybe a minute, he heard the shouts of his men. "Clear up!". "Clear down!". "Captain! Captain, we've got a live one!"

Parker calmly walked in through the doorway, stepping over a man with most of his head blown away just a few meters from the door. Swenson came to meet him.
"Three dead all in all, one wounded, are we supposed..."
"Our orders were to take no prisoners."
"I know, but this man claims to be a high ranking member of the DCM. Maybe we could check with command?"

Parker had now walked over to the wounded man, a man perhaps in his early fifties, with his left kneecap totally blown to pieces, who was sitting with his back to one of the walls. He called up HQ.

"We got a live one, he claims to be a leader in the DCM. Should we..."
"You have your orders, captain. Eliminate him."
"Yes, sir.

Without a word, Parker drew his gun, and pointed it to the mans forehead. He pulled the trigger. The mans brains splattered over the wall behind him, the sight made Parkers stomach turn. He turned around to face his men.

"Our work is finished. Extraction as planned. Good job. Nightwolves, move out!" As his men walked away, he turned to Swenson, who was standing beside him.

"That's the end of that. Call up the Cleaners, willya'?"
"A leader in the DCM." Swenson chuckled. "I wonder why they'd call in the Nightwolves rather than letting the EP handle it?"
"Jacob, never mention the Executive Platoon, remember? They don't exist."
"Sure thing, Jeremy. You wanna' go get a beer after this?"

Parker couldn't help but to smile.

*** Official Diplomatic Communique ***

The Party is pleased to announce that an important figure in the outlawed DCM, George Wilkinsson, was killed during an attempted terrorist attack by the communist.

It was thanks to an anonymous tip that elements of the FCD Armed forces were able to surround Wilkinsson together with an handful of henchmen as the attemped to place charges outside a communal hospital in the outskirts of the capitol. Despite efforts to take him alive, Wilkinsson was killed in the ensuing gunfight.

Even though this is a step ahead in our battle against the rebellious communist insurgency, this also works to prove how dire the situation really is. Retaliations by the communists are expected.

We once again call upon fellow nations to aid us in our struggle against these rebels.

Sincerely,
Leon Vladimirovich Covski, Leader of the FCD

Leon Vladimirovich Covski smiled as Richard Fredricson, Vice Party Leader and Minister of Defence entered the spacious lounge. Covski was seated in a comfortable red couch, and Fredricson sat down beside him, placing a small glass, probably containing some kind of alchoholic beverage, on the table in front of him.

"So, Leon, how are our diplomatic ambitions faring?", the muscular man asked.
"Better than expected, my friend." Covski smiled again. "We have recieved a fair bit of interest from our fellow nations, and even mentions of an alliance. Now, where are merely waiting for some aid against the communist insurgents."
"We don't need any aid, and the Federation shouldn't have to beg for other nations 'support'. We are more than capable of..."
"Richard, surely you understand that this isn't about needing help. What we need is to make the international community understand that we are the good guys here. Make them see that this is not about exterminating dissidents, but create a world safe from these rebels."
"Very well then." Fredricson took a sip from his glass. "How is your other project proceeding, then?"
"We are soon ready to take this nation into the next phase of FC-Democratism, Comrade. I've just a few more bits to clear with the Department of Security. In fact, I'll get to doing it right now. Keep the troops ready. Long live the FCD!"

Covski stood up and walked away, leaving Fredricson to ponder the contents of his glass.

Ab-shalom and humble greetings,

His Magnificence, The Sultan of Vastiva, has directed that one acre of land be put aside in Sisu Vaari, our capital city, for your usage in building an embassy.

We would forewarn you that our land is known for its bitterly cold winters. If our local experts can be of assistance in design or building, they will be made available to you with haste. Local materials will also be made available to you.

For the protection of your delegates, a Weyker dome is being constructed over the land set aside. Using its hydrogen-fueled heaters and other integral technologies, the land under the dome can be kept at any climatic level you wish, up to that of the temperate zone.

We make no promises for the land outside the dome.

It is our sincere desire that this be the beginning of a long and mutually advantageous relationship between our nations.

Imperator Meatloaf, first among many, salutes your brave stance against major corporations. THAT is the true essence of capitalism, and what nation does not want a strong economy? However, if we are to become better allied/aquainted, I must sound you out on your anti-communism mistakes. What is better than the people owning all? What is better than their leader being answerble to them? What is better than that?

Being a "communist based" state, I hope we can manouver around your unfortunate prejudices, and come to some accord.

The Party greatly appreciates your considerable efforts to make the creating of our embassy as smooth as possible, and happily accepts any form of assistance regarding the construction.

Arrangements for an Vastivian embassy to be set up in the diplomatic sector of the Capital City, if this is to your liking. You will be provided with a newly constructed building equipped with basic furnishings, to use in any way you desire.

Regarding trade, The Federation has a thriving weapons manufactoring industry specialising in infantry weapons and equipment. If you should ever wish to arrange an arms deal, we can offer you special prices, as a token of our gratitude for your support.

*** To BOttaH ***

Even though the Party wishes to expand its diplomatic connections, it must hold firm on our policies regarding communists. It is the staunch belief that absolute power shouldn't be given to the people. NOT, mind you, because we feel that their decision and judgement can't be trusted, but because we feel that the burden of leadership shouldn't have to fall upon the shoulders of our beloved people, which doesn't, in most cases, possess all the necessary iformation and insight to make the decisions. It would simply be unfair of us to force the people to do this.
We have nothing against communism as an ideology, but we believe that a nation is best cared for by a combination of elements from both the left and right parts of the scale. As for the communist insurgency, they began their unjustified fight against us shortly after the Party coming to power, and had to be outlawed because of the methods the used to combat our efforts tio run the Federation.

Despite our differences, we wish you the best of fortunes.

Sincerely,
Leon Vladimirovich Covski, Leader of the FCD
