LEAKED REPORT FROM SOURCES WITHIN CAPITOL
Inside sources say that High Elder Ryan WIlson XIV, infuriated by what he's seen liberals say on the internet, has begun to pass legislation against liberals in Ryanania. He was reported as claiming that liberals say some of the most hateful, ignorant things he's ever read.
Since he believes that most of the idiocy is coming from young teenagers who think they're smart, he is enacting draconian legislation against anyone under the age of 20 using the internet. Everyone 19 years and younger will have to obtain an internet license, and then will be closely monitored. Their licenses can be revoked for any reason whatsoever, as deemed necessary by the Ministry of the Internet, and they can also be fined, and will have a permanent mark put on their government record. Also, extreme liberal websites will now be blocked. Extreme liberal will be defined under a new article in the doctrine of the MOI.

The Navy will recieve a large budget increase next fiscal year (because the military is a force of Good)
