The International Fleet has an orbital fighter/bomber in mass production for 72 million - but you'd have to be a member of the International Space Exploration Conference to purchase defense systems.

We have efficient single stage-to-orbit space planes for personell and precision orbital cargo insertions. We also have a Zeta serries of rockets utilaizing the same technology which are cheaper initially but costlier to maintain. The Space Plane is the workhorse of the International Fleet and cost a tenth of the above combat plane - about the same as an airliner.

The Project 7 bomber carries such an expense because of liscencing fees due to the new technology that is used on it. Once the patents come through, the price will go down dramatically.

The International Fleet conceders the selling of such craft a direct, clear and present threat to its peaceful charter of international cooperation in space exploration and the security of its citizens in space. We plainly advise you not to sell these weapons systems and will protest the nations aquiring them.

I understand the slight concern it may cause nations that such a powerful piece of equipment might see use, but the sale was given unanimous support by the Siapian business coalition. If an aid package of $700 billion (or 400 tons of aluminum, or 100 tons of tungsten, 50 tons tantalum, or 200 tons of Nickel (Our aircraft can pick up at your leisure)) is sent to the Siapian business coalition within a reasonable timespan, I will veto the unanimous vote.

I will lay out the issue before the International Space Exploration Conference for a vote on the Aid Package maybe a combination of financial reembursment and the transfer of alluminum stocks - but I can promise nothing. In the meantime if you could suspend all sales and recall all deals we will provide immediate financial aid to cover the loss up to this point including that of your marketing campaign.

We would also be more obligued to be pursuasive at the conference if you'd conceder declassifying your spaceborne technologies with the International Fleet and conceder joining the International Fleet - please review the minimal requirments and let me know.

The Democratic Union of Asia and Exetonia Minor are prepared to grant the immediate relief package of 700 billion - with an extension of up to 1 trillion if you can disclose all technology of Project 7 to the International Fleet.

Suspension of sales will begin as soon as half of the money/ metals delivered. As for divulsion of the technology, well, that can wait until after we negotiate the end of the sale.
