We of Random Kingdom are a peace-loving country and have realised the grave mistake we made when we started war. In light of this, the Ministry of Diplomacy have given you a deadline of 7 HOURS to make your decision public, or we will treat it as declining the offer and will step up security and propoganda in our nation.

IC: The Republic of Sethesh(sethesia is just a colony) would like a full explanation to the reason that this war has broken out. The war seems incredibly one sided, and as Sethesh is Marginally Left wing, we are inclined to support Random Kingdom and there liberal society should USN not respond/refuse these terms of peace.

We will quite happily get militarily involved in this conflict if we have to.

A special military aid fund totalling 8.7 Billion has been set up for Random kingdom to help bolster its economy and military. Though it will not be paid untill we have recieved a response.

IC: This war began because RK objected strongly to the USN massacring 300 Communists. This was apparently done because they had committed acts of terror. Regardless of the veracity of this, I will not stand by and let a fellow Left nation get whacked by the Right yet again.

We pledge military support to Random Kingdom. We shall begin shipping two motor-rifle divisions to RK within 28 hours. The time fo their movement will be approximately 4 days. The 30th Airborne Division will arrive to boster RK defences within 20 hours.

Also, a fleet is being sent to hold the USN and its' allies at by in Naval matters, comprising:

These are proceeding at ~20 knots, and will be on-station around the RK within 2-3 days.

"The war against USN, of which Random Kingdom would prefer to end, broke out because of the United States of Nick's response to the left-wing terrorist attacks in the nation. Whilst terrorism is and always will be a bad thing, these people were attacking because they were fed up of being oppressed by the USN's right-wing government. Why they didn't emigrate to places like Random Kingdom is anyone's guess. The USN's decision to take communist prisoners and execute them is an inhumane thing to do and the world would be a better place if the USN exiled them instead. Propaganda is being spread and will be cancelled as part of the treaty, if the USN accept. I hope that the USN accepts our offer and if it does, I will only re-declare war on the nation if it breaches the terms."

Neverless, you are assured the Protection of Sethesh, and her Allies in DPUO should you come under attack when you have offered peace. We can only commit 1 Mechanised Infantry division at this time however, since up untill recently the goverment had squandered its military rescources.

The waters outside RK waters are currently being patrolled by me, and my allies. Any ship not considered friendly will be sunk.

This is a flat decline of my peace treaty, and I strongly urge everybody supporting the Left-Wing side of this war to advance. The United States of Nick WILL regret their decision. The Ministry of Science and Technology, hearing this, has shifted full resources to the Stealth project. Anything we learn will be applied to newly-created ships and will also be shared seamlessly with anybody supporting Random Kingdom.

The Random Kingdom Territorial Army has been mobilised for war and is boarding stealth carriers and chinook (OOC: pardon my bad spelling) helicopters. The capital of Random Kingdom, Confusion City, has turned into a large military base and an armed platform has been constructed for any aid to be lowered onto. The RKAS Harmony, a small ship containing 120 volunteers and a handful of SAMs, has raised anchor and is sailing en route to the United States of Nick. The
Golden Hills is currently oblivious to the war and knows nothing of the tyranny that is happening overseas.

Thanks for the offer. Aircraft will take all the women , children, the Royal Family and some men of Random Kingdom to your capital's international airport. They are still classed as Random Kingdom citizens, however, and therefore are still part of the working democracy.

RK, I suggest that initially we focus on smashing the enemy before the gates. Offense is the best defense, and if we destroy their offensive forces then defense will be minimal.

I agree. All forces (including those kindly donated) are now half-way to USN, and a rescue mission for those imprisoned is being drawn up as we speak. Said forces have split into 4 squadrons - Earth Squadron, which will seek out bases hidden in USN's countryside, and attempt to destroy them, Fire Squadron, which is heading to the capital to attempt to dissolve the goverment, Water Squadron, which will fight on the seas of USN for naval supremacy, and Air Squadron, which will, strangely enough, head to the remote island the prisoners are being kept in, and keep the guards busy. Hopefully these will distract the USN's armed forces long enough for the rescue mission to attempt to liberate the prisoners trapped on the remote island.

As it stands I cannot commit forces towards this rescue mission. I long ago came to the conclusion that a country is best suited to govern it's own populance. As heart breaking as it may be, war can be even more destructive.

hum. whats your population again? 40 million? evacuating 20 million of those with flights will take about 100'000 planeloads. Say every 2 minutes one plane starts from, say, 5 of your airports, thats 3600 planes a day(150 planes an hour). Evacuating all you people will take about a month then. During which they are not in shelters and heavy civil traffic takes place in the air. Also assuming non of the airports are damaged in the process.

OOC: Sorry. Getting carried away. IC: New information provided by the Ministry of Public Relations now states that the 4 squadrons are held up at the USN blockade, and that trains and ships are also being used to transport the evacuees. The person who provided the misleading information has just been sacked and arrested for misleading the nation. That is all.

You might want to keep your citizens out of Remshak there is more crime there ever day sadly... If you stay in Area 5 it will be much more safe there.

The Queen is also curious over the similarity of your nation's name and wonders if you are descended from Prince Random, the Duke of Stuffe who disappeared several centuries ago, and whose sister Randome founded the country of Randomea.
