Following a series of unexplained nuclear detonations within the borders of Ankhmet, the Ankhmeti Colonial Directive revealed a new plan: The ACD had been building a large fleet of long-haul starships, with which Ankhmet's people will fly to the stars, and a distant solar system, dubbed New Ankhmet. The people of Ankhmet wish to start friendly relations with any nation which may be along the route to the Colony, so we may trade ideas and goods, or just avoid hostilities! These ships are the future of Ankhmet, so we are willing to do anything to protect them.
