IC: In order to better the communist position within the NS world, and to provide less fortunate states with aid, we have decided to create the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance, or COMECON. The only requirements for entry are that your government is communist, pro-communist, socialist, or pro-socialist. This group is designed to promote economic cooperation and development among the communist states of the world.
