"Hello, I'm Daniel Faltor. Today Congress passed an admendment to the Purification Act, stating that all non-christians are to be imprisoned, and held in the nation's extensive prison system. When questioned about the matter, our beloved leader Alexander Christos had this to say:

"It's the vile scum that pollute our nation, they take our jobs, they use up our resources, and most of all they're not christian. To imprison them would ensure the purity of our nation, we cannot let these scum inhabit our nation, for it will surely lead to our downfall. They should already of left, due to the Purification Act, which I personally signed. If their are non-believers in our nation, I will make sure they are hunted down, and treated like the animals they are. I must get going now. May the Lord bless us all."

And that was President Christos. Currently, military divisions are being mobilized to hunt down all non-believers. If you know, or have seen a non-believer in your neighborhood, do not panic. Contact your local police and the matter will be dealth with. This is Daniel Faltor, for your News Update."

President Christos had assembled his five man council for a brief talk. Each member arrived individually with a personal bodyguad. Once everyone had arrived Alex began to speak.

"It seems that the non-believers did not take the purification act very seriously, that is the reason why I was forced to make this amendment. Has the preparation been made Glenn?"

Glenn Hogart, the General of the Xavarian Secret Police looked up.

"Yes sir. We have over 12 prison complexes ready for all the non-believers. Each one has a garrison of around 500. I have already told them that every afternoon they are to kill 200 non-believers to make room for new ones coming in."

Christos nodded.

"Excellent. Will they go soft on the women and children? I cannot allow them to go away easy. Living in our prison systems are bad, but death is far worse."

Hogart shook his head.

"No sir. My men are as tough as rocks. If they don't do what they're suppose to do, they'll be shot by the officers."

"Good, very good. General Ternen, What of the Divisions that have been mobilized?"

"The 6th Infantry, and 13th Infantry Divisions have made positions outside the cities of Jolie, Folgrad, Washburn, and Nuroten. We believe these specific areas to have high concentrations of non-believers, if there is, the non-believers will be dealt with on the spot."

"Excellent. That is all I wished to discuss at this meeting. Next meeting shall be in 48 hours. You may leave."

The five council members walked outside the door in the President's Chambers, and made way to their limos waiting in the parking lot.

We will take any and all of the people that you arrest in this... "Crusade"

In the "communities" everyone family has a living room sized cell, with a television, couch, and other comfort items. They receive more than enough exerices, and have quite excellent food. We are merely massing them so that they will stay away from the Christians. We just want to have a pure Christian nation where God can protect us from evil. Not to mention that the occupants of our communities have had over 2 weeks time to leave our nation. Since they did not they are violating the Purification Act."

They wold attack Tanuio as an act of retribution for crimes against humanity. The big fleet assembling to attack Hataria in Macabea harbor would also instead be on call to complete military operations around Tanuio. If there had to be a change in government, so be it.

This Toledos would complete the treck to Tanuio in about six days (role play time), at about a stead rate of 26 knots. Their anachoic coating could absorb heavy active pinging from enemies, meaning that the enemies would not receive sonar readings, and their MCT-1 anti-cavitation units could absorb the popping sounds of the hull - or cavitation.

Each Toledo was armed with four MT-1 torpedoes, and twenty-six Principe III anti-ship missiles. This extremely powerful arsenal would work to destroy Tanuio's fleet, allowing the Macabee navy to subjugate Tanuio's coastline and land troops at will, and thereby topple the evil regime. Of course, there was no way Tanuio would know about the SSNs until they actually did their jobs.

"Roger, preparing to land." The C-130 pulled downwards and began to land on the runway with more following close behind. As the aircraft came to a stop the ramps opened and waited for the Zoroastrians to come aboard.

OOC:Ok, fair enough. I was just saying that since I usually never let my Seawolf's go faster than 13 knots unless it's needed. At 13 knots it's very difficult to pick up a Seawolf, or so I've read.

"Thank you, We are headed out." The airplanes began to build up speed before shooting off into the air. As the aircraft turned for home various crew walked around the cabin passing out drinks and food. Many looked exausted and hungry. Announcements came onto the loudspeaker, "Welcome my brothers, this is a message from Shah Khosru of Parthia, your new Zoroastrian lord and soverign. You will land in Parthia as full Parthian citizens. However much money was taken from you or value of property left in Taniuo will be refunded in full along with 500,000 extra dollars to start up a buisness. We look forward to you arriving."

[Waters outside Tanuio]
The sixty Type IIs dispersed along the waters of Tanuio, however, they kept their distance. The SSNs kept a space of four hundred kilometers between them and Tanuio's naval ports and coastal installations. At that point the SSNs rose to one hundred and fifty feet under the surface of the water and froze, turning off their engines. Sonar was kept on passive, and everyone on board was quiet, no noise.

The SSNs were listening for possible sonar screens and trying to triangulate enemy positions. Soon enough an EMP would be sent giving them detailed information on enemy locations in the port areas of Tanuio.

Out in the waters beyond Tanuio's borders, a submarine blockade waited patiently for the first sign of a slip-up. The first sign of somebody doing something wrong or overt hostility.

Beneath the submarine lines, a single mechanical squid ambled along in its own cumbersome version of silent drive, crawling along like an octopus climbing its way along a coral reef. It took a moment to look at the dark shapes above it, seeing only their grainy countenance in its matter sensitive ocular lenses. Confident that the vessels above it suspected nothing, it proceeded further towards the shoreline.

At approximately the point in the water when it was just barely beneath the surface of the water, it stopped once more. Looking back again, the submarine lines were nothing but a group of dots in the distance. Returning to its mission, its flattened itself against the beach so that all ten of its tentacles held an iron grip on whatever surface was beneath it, then began an internal countdown.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

It unleashed a single torpedo, firing it so that it got just enough speed to clear the water entirely before popping open. In the same move, it released its grip and burst into the distance, disappearing into the murk before the submarines could even notice what had transpired.

"The hell was that, johnson?"

"Dunno. Had a torpedo warning for about half a second, and then there was just this rhythmic woosh sound for a few minutes, then nothing."

"Probably just some sea-lions fucking, wouldn't worry about it."

"Whatever you say, sir."

The torpedo blossomed into a flock of what appeared to be 10 mechanical birds, painted and feathered to look like seagulls, as soon as it breached the surface. All of the birds flew to random spots along the beach and settled into whatever tree they could find first, at which point their bellies opened up to reveal a set of still smaller robots... flies, as a matter of fact.

The flies burst into activity, buzzing away from their carriers with nothing short of single-minded drive. Flying into the distance, the flies didn't even bother to notice that the seagull robots had self-destructed behind them, leaving nothing but a few smoking servos and singed feathers.

The flies continued on, heading straight for the closest of Tanuio's prisons reputed to be holding the so-called "Non-Believers."

After a couple days passed, the little flies managed to make their way to the nearest prison reported to be holding the non-christian populations.

Holy! I've heard of tight security, but what would warrant THIS?!

The prison stood in the center of what could only be considered a fortress of tanks and soldiers. Small squadrons of infantry hut-hut-hutted about, jeeps whizzed along between one part of the veritable bastion and the other, but none of this mattered to the one collecting data from the flies.

Why are the tanks facing outward? Hell, the machine gun nests are too! And what use would anti-aircraft batteries be towards putting down a prison riot?

He directed the flies to split up, one group would flitter around the military installation, collecting general information, while the other hunted down some ventilation shafts and made their way into the prison complex, with instructions to gravitate toward the greatest heat sources.

As the second group muddled their way towards the first ventilation grating they could find, the others dispersed into the embattlements around the prison and settled down on whatever inocuous spots they could find, shifting position to more crowded areas if their chosen spot grew too empty.

It wasn't long before a little ping lit up on the observer's computer.

Keyword: Kill?

A few keystrokes later, the computer screen shifted to that of a fly hanging on to the ceiling of a certain tent with what appeared to be a medium ranking officer giving a loud yet surprisingly curse-less ass chewing to a shaking private. What transpired on the observers screen had happened only 30 seconds before.

"A TRANSFER?!"

"I can't stand being here sir! I just don't... think its right."

"YOU WILL FOLLOW ORDERS, SOLDIER!"

"I can't! The lord said thou shalt not kill! I can understand killing in war sir, but this is mur--"

The officer whipped out his pistol and shot the private dead where he stood all in one fluid motion. A Point black shot to the chest, then the gun went back into its holster and the officer's hand to his side. Professional. It was like the world's deadliest twitch.

"Get this garbage out of here," the officer called to the guards outside his tent. "Burn him like the others."

A seized opportunity and a few more keystrokes and a pair of flies settled down on the private's corpse as he was hauled off into the prison complex.

'Need Provides'... heh.

It was a slightly tense moment when one of the soldiers hauling the late-private's corpse noted the flies' presence.

"Heh, Satan wants this one bad, there's already flies all over him."

"Its a sign, if ever there was one, alright."

The soldiers dragged the corpse formerly known as a private through several doorways, checkpoints, corridors, stairwells, antechambers, and several other architectural keywords, being joined by three more flies along the way. Oddly enough, the presence of the flies landing on the corpse spurred the soldiers on to moving even faster ("Hey look! The closer we get, the more flies land on it! It IS a sign!"), which allowed the corpse to pick up still more flies.

Eventually, the soldiers reached some sort of... preparation room, where heaps of bloodstained clothing lay in the various corners of the room, and a couple wardens sat in another corner burning a pile of clothes, every now and then fueling the fire with more soiled clothing.

"Smells like burning shit," one of the wardens said, as the two soldiers stripped the private's body down. The flies scattered at the first sharp tug of clothing and spread out. "At least y'all get to stand around in fresh air. I think I lost my sense of smell half an hour ago."

"Only got to do this until there's no more left."

"There's too damn many."

"That's a fact."

"Wouldn't 'a said it if it weren't."

The speaking soldier chuckled at the slightly snappy comeback. "I like that... that's funny."

Joking around while they burn bloody britches... things that make you say whaaaaaa?

When the private's stripping was complete, the flies settled down on the corpse once again, this time plus two more that had flittered in through a nearby ventilation grating.

"Its weird... this guy's collecting flies like I've never seen!" said one of the soldiers.

"You ain't seen much then," replied the other. "Come on, lets get this over with. This place stinks, and our passenger is starting to congeal."

Passing through another checkpoint and a VERY large metal door led them to a giant furnace room. At this point all of the flies scattered and took up positions that would enable the best viewing of the room. It was only at the point where the two soldiers flopped the body onto a loading conveyor belt and said Good Riddance that the observer noticed the other tenants in the room.

The observer hit the Save Current Image >ALL< button about 300 times in quick succession, catching in still-frame the sequence of the two soldiers dumping the private's corpse onto the loading belt, then being called over to help with putting a few more corpses into feeding the giant furnace. Those that didn't have some form of gunshot wound were broken and battered, or cut to ribbons. Men, women... mostly men, but the observer had the feeling that it was only because the soldiers were taking their time with the women.

Leaving the flies to collect more images, the observer checked to see if any more flies had found their way to the clothing room, and was happy to find that 3 had. He programmed in a small protocol for one of the flies to hover around one of the piles of soiled clothes, hoping to see something of interest, saving images along the way.

Something glittered in the firelight. The observer made the fly get closer to see it better.

A Star of David. Saving that image...

The fly flittered away again, and the observer took stock of the images he'd archived. Saving all to permanent storage, and printing a small selection, he grabbed a manila folder and shuffled in the choicest images. He programmed the flies to divebomb the fires in their respective rooms and self-destruct, nothing more than a simple pop, and left the ones still hovering about in the air ducts to fend for themselves, alerting the mainframe for the any key situations or keywords if necessary. The soldiers and the wardens would be amused at the pop-corn sound, likely.

The observer shuffled out of his room and down the hall, purpose and urgency showing in his step.

We are almos self-sufficient, not relying on foreign products for ones we can make in our own nation. That's partly why my economy is Frightening. We only accept military cargo, after it's been thoroughly scanned by our Coast Guard.

In responce to Belem allying with a nation Muru is currently at war with, all the Belemian logistics bases in the country were surrownded by Muruian tanks and troops.

Their not attacking, we arn't stupid enough to fight Belem again. Their just there in case Belem strikes first.

We will try to bring in enough that you will not need to supply any of your own.)

3. (OOC Provision) In order to aid in roleplay, Tanuio is to communicate via private telegram to the Sultanate of Inshallah the outcome of the inspections.

4. Tanuio is to post in this thread a list of all the separation facilities, however large or small, the number of people in each, the number of times capital punishment has been carried out in the last 5 years in Tanuio and the reason for each case, and the number of "nonbelievers" not in the separation facilities.

5. The inspection team is to be allowed to interview any person within any separation facility.

6. (OOC Provision) Tanuio is to post a verbatim copy of this treaty in this thread to show their agreement to the treaty and to preserve a second copy of the treaty.

We are willing to avoid your military units as long as their activities are not relevant to the separation camps. If you do not want the inspectors to see your military units, do not put them near separation camps.

We are also willing to take the risks of visiting your country. The nature of suprise inspections is inherently dangerous, although the fact that no one outside the inspectors will know their itinerary will prevent them from becoming targets of a planned attack. Therefore we recommend that you concentrate the battalion providing security around areas they frequent--their hotel, the airport, the immediate area of the hotel--and have a quicker mobile unit follow them to the inspections. I recommend two or three aircraft and helicopters at the airport and vehicles at the hotel, that will trail the inspectors while loaded with security troops. For some inspections the inspectors may give you a planned destination, but most of the time they will simply leave the hotel and travel by car, aircraft, or helicopter to their destination. Didora Prison Complex

A large herd of men, and women were being directed by the prison's staff to a new unknown location. Guards on the overhead overpasses kept watch, rifles at the ready. It took some time to re-direct the first batch of 125, but the guards completed it in only an hour and a half. Now all the men, and women stood, tightly packed in a large dark room, six doors line up the walls. Men from the Army Battalion enter the room. They enterrred staring down at the ground, not looking into their eyes. Once all 20 or so men had enterred inside, they let loose their weapons. Half of the soldiers carried heavy 200 round machine guns. The intense rifle fire ripped into the men and women, nearly cutting them into two. Once the sounds of gunfire had slowly died away the men saw the carnage before them. The leading Colonel stepped in, and looked around the room.

"Clean this up. I'll give you an hour, then we start moving the next group."

The Prison guards now enterred, wearing masks, and gloves. They open the six doors lining the walls, revealing the loading area of six trucks. The men quickly fill up the trucks, using shovels, their hands, carts anything. Once the bodies had been loaded into the trucks, the men brought in high powered backpack hoses. They sprayed the walls, and mopped up the remaining blood and water. After making sure everything was decently clean, they left. The next group would be coming in a few minutes.

The prisons are being filled up with anyone found in the Tribal Areas that aren't Army soldiers. Since the Tribal Area's populations is around 2 Million I won't have a problem doing this. The prisoners remaining in the prisons do not know of the killings, and they have also been, for the most part, decently treated.

We do plan to travel by air simply because it allows us to make surprise inspections with more surprise-- an aircraft can change routes suddenly and get to a new location rapidly, ensuring that the Separation Camps are not given time to "prepare" for the arrival of inspectors.

1e. They are not allowed to bring explosives or incendiary devices, here defined as a device or substance which is designed to combust, and combust in such a fashion that could cause bodily harm.
1f. They are to be provided with one cigarette lighter each if they request, or if the hosts prefer not to provide a cigarette lighter, smokeless tobacco. (A few members of the planned team who smoke requested this because they realized a cigarette lighter falls into this category. Again, if you do not wish them to have cigarette lighters, the team has agreed to smokeless tobacco as an alternative. We will try to bring in enough that you will not need to supply any of your own.)
1g. They are each to be allowed to bring with them one digital still camera, one 35 mm film camera, one digital video camera, ten rolls of 35 mm film, and 60 mb of digital storage cards for the digital cameras.
1h. None of the items mentioned above may be touched, confiscated, or altered (both in external appearance and internal content) by the host nation or any persons not members of the inspection team.
1i. No person who is not a member of the inspection team is to physically touch any member of the inspection team or to cause an object to touch any member of the inspection team.

2. The inspection team, including all of the items mentioned in Section 1, is to be allowed free travel within the country. This travel can come at any time during the day or night, to any location, by any means of transport.
2a. The inspection team is to be granted full access to all buildings, government and nongovernment.
2b. To allow for top-secret documents to be kept secure, Tanuio is to be allowed to use three general use (dry cargo) containers, external dimensions 40ft length, 8 ft width, 9.5 ft height. The inspection team may be denied access to these containers. However, to ensure they are not being used to hide evidence, they are to be sealed by the host nation and then sealed again by the inspection team upon their arrival, with the inspection team removing their seal upon departure. The containers are to be kept outside the hotel in which the inspection team is staying, and they must be kept in plain view although the Tanen government may guard them as they see fit. (I know this is restrictive, but it ensures that we don't have access to your state secrets, and you don't misuse the containers)

3. (OOC Provision) In order to aid in roleplay, Tanuio is to communicate via private telegram to the Sultanate of Inshallah the outcome of the inspections.

4. Tanuio is to post in this thread a list of all the separation facilities, however large or small, the number of people in each, the number of times capital punishment has been carried out in the last 5 years in Tanuio and the reason for each case, and the number of "nonbelievers" not in the separation facilities.

5. The inspection team is to be allowed to interview any person within any separation facility.

6. (OOC Provision) Tanuio is to post a verbatim copy of this treaty in this thread to show their agreement to the treaty and to preserve a second copy of the treaty.

7. The inspectors are to be in Tanuio no longer than two weeks from the time they arrive.
7a. If the inspectors remain in Tanuio for more than two weeks, they are not allowed to continue their inspections.
7b. Regardless of the duration of their stay, the inspectors are allowed to take everything they brought in with them under Section 1 out of the country.
