Is there any nation out there that controls all of the Carribbean, I mean as in all of the smaller islands included? If you have any claims in the Carribbean please let me know and post them here, thanks.

My allie of Neo-Soviet Russia controls Cuba, Puerto Rico and a few of the other islands in the region. He does kinda claim Jamaca, when he took it over 2 or 3 months ago. I dont know the entire situation though.

Dude, this isn't going to happen anytime soon. I just need to know what I can acquire without any trouble before I go for bigger and better things. As for someone claiming Jamaica, I guess we can RP it as being in two different, "dimensions" or whatever.

Actually, there's a colonization RP going on a few pages foward. Look for it. I'm sure you can get a spot.

Meh, I might check that out later. But for now The Virgin Islands, The Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Haiti and the Dominican Republic are completely open unless someone comes in and claims them.

The NationStates world is (a) the size of Jupiter and/or (b) made up of interconnected dimensions and/or (c) is completely flexible beyond belief.

So, Jamaica, you can claim whatever you want, and if someone has a problem with your claim - whoopie! Makes no difference in the world.

I don't think theres any real estate that hasn't been claimed hundreds of times. And all such claims are only as "real" as other people allow them to be - you don't have to accept or acknowledge anyones claims if you don't want to. The "real world claim" threads are nothing more then suggestions, they aren't official in any way, shape, or form.

In point of fact, the moderators have stated repeatedly that any attempt to limit anyones RP is not legal.

Nice statement, I think I'll take your advice and claim any part of the Caribbean I like when I begin my expansion campaign. After all, those who already say they claim those areas don't have to acknowledge it, and even if they do, we could make decent RP out of it.

I just read up on "rude boys" and I really don't like the way they sound, so I'll have to turn that offer of yours down.

You do know that the Jamaican government once had a law legalising the murder of people labeled "rude boys" simply because they listened to Ska. At any rate, there's a room for you in the NRE if you'd like. We don't descriminate, right Rose?

Well, idiotic laws like that never got passed in my Jamaica. But I guess you learn something new everday, I don't understand why'd you want to kill a group of people just because they listen to a certain type of music, maybe the law was misinterpreted? Anyways, if you accept me I'll join, I don't see why I shouldn't, seeing that I'm now allies with Rose.
