We have conquered and annexed the nation of IDirect3DDevice9, which recently formed in the more northern regions of New New York. They will still appear as a seperate nation, but are actually a province under our strict control. Democracy has been abolished there, in favor of My rule.

Oppressed? Being conquered means being oppressed? HELL NO. Seeing as the Emperor wishes to give IDirect3DDevice9 a degree of autonomy, due to our economies being so different and all, He has appointed me, ID3DXMesh, the first Royal Governor of IDirect3DDevice9. The propoganda campaign has succeeded, and democracy and private enterprise are being restored in IDirect3DDevice9. The only requirement is that the regional government allow themselves to be overridden by the Emperor when he wishes. Elections for Parliament and Civil Governor shall be held in 3 days. Myself, I am solely responsible for overseeing that the regional government obeys Royal Order. Other than enforcing that, I have no power, but am on the ballot for Civil Governor. A currency exchange rate of one texel to one almighty dollar has been established.

A government bounty of 100 textures (a texture is 10,000 texels) has been placed on each revolutionary alive for standing trial. Our intelligence services inform us there are approximately 2,000 of them. We'd like to make a deal regarding them. If you fail to agree to some version of this deal, the revolutionaries will be given a choice, life in prison with no parole or release, or death. The deal is this, we send you the revolutionaries, who may do as they please after crossing the border out of New New York, except for come back and try to revolt again of course, and you send us about 500 workpeople to help replant our forests and rehabilitate Robot Devils into the wild. They will be treated as under the Emperor's protection. Do we have a deal?

The United States of Shalrirorchia begins to supply weapons, funding, intelligence, and training support to democratic rebel groups in IDirect3DDevice9. The U.S.S. will act to preserve democracy against Imperial forces.

Colonel Reading, also known to this group of Rangers as Ranger One, cried "attention!" at the top of his lungs. The elite Shalrirorchian special forces team immediately clicked their heels and quieted up.

Reading slowly walked in front of the long black line of soldiers. His composite-fiber armor clicked a little, but the noise was swallowed up by the roar of Blackhawk helicopters.

"We have been ordered by the President of Shalrirorchia to deliver arms to the Stong Bahian rebel forces, and to open further lines of communication with them to facilitate future covert actions." Ranger one barked, turning. His unsecured MP5 whacked against his armor. "The initial provisions will include camo tents, satellite phones and radios, M-16 battle rifles, P90 PDWs, grenades...." he called out, gesturing to each armament in turn. "And these." he said, hefting a muscular, durable-looking rocket launcher. "This is the AT-5 Javelin anti-vehicle rocket launcher. They'll love this one."

The Ranger dropped the weapon and continued walking. "The initial quantities will be low. But as we gain trust with the rebels, we'll be able to set drop sites and drop crateloads of weapons to them. Let's MOVE, Rangers! Stealth and speed, as usual."

While our nation may still be in the making, we will use political will to deter you, therefore we offer you the following. Remove your oppressing forces now, or we will be force to divert our funds towards the current established revolution.

Furthermore, I warn you not to take hostile actions towards our nation. Doing so will cause more trouble then perhaps you are able to handle. Attacking such a newly communist nation will only end in revolutions beyond your control.

Actually, its not the revolution that kills you, its the angry mobs of socailists with their huge militiaries. Trust me.

The Emperor of Fate and Honor, Vibius Augustus, supports a free and independant IDirect3DDevice9 - even if it means opposing a fellow Imperial government. He asks that Strong Bah leave the nation as it was. He does not wish for it to come to conflict, but if it were to come to that he would supply, arm, and assist the democratic revolutionaries. He even considers directly involving Imperial Forces in the matter.

My, you people are a bit too obsessed with democracy, aren't you? Just remember, before I found IDirect3DDevice9, those people were barbarians. They had just formed a nation and had abolished democracy themselves, using the "First Issue Edict". They were forming into a primitive, and feudal type nation. Now that they are conquered, there is trade between our two provinces. They recieve our matter/energy converters in exchange for books documenting their magical heritage.

And they do have a form of democracy, remember? The civil government has been elected, and to my dissappointment, ID3DXMesh lost to TMyForm. She is now the Civil Governor of IDirect3DDevice9, and seems to be doing just fine. Parliamentary elections also occured by Borda Count, with the Conservative Party winning 34%, the Green Party winning 54%, and the God's Country Party winning the remaining 12%

However, that doesn't mean I have no Imperial Orders for today. Hereafter, in all of New New York, worker cooperative corporations shall be legalized and given a tax break off the regular corporate tax rate of 50% of 8%, giving them a 42% tax rate. All cooperative bylaws are to be similar in form to those used in Mondragon, Spain. Also, every legal distinction among people based on age is hereby abolished. This also means that children are no longer required by law to go to school. They are being encouraged to apprentice at a job or attend classes at a public school or some sort of university, though. Based on this homework is also outlawed, and employers may not base an employment decision on any sort of record for any education below the college and university level. Public schools will continue to operate at their current taxation and spending levels.

Exasperated by a lack of progress with the rebellion, and sensing that the remaining rebel troopers are insufficient to the task of actually overthrowing the Stong Bah occupation, the United States is preparing Divisions 10 through 15 (1 Regular, 5 Reserves) for immediate deployment. Divisions 16 and 17 are also being mobilized, but with a different commander.

Shalrirorchian Divisions are 50,000 men strong, which means a full strike force of 400,000 soldiers is in the offing.

Lieutenant General John Sharana is being given command of this task force, called the 5th Army.

U.S.S. spy planes begin to conduct recon missions over Stong Bah, IDirect3DDevice9, and Shammone.

OOC: The economic data gathered by the web site that i use comes from the databases of NationStates. The web site URL is http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com
To find your Economy Info...do the following:
1: Look for where it says Find Nation in the upper left
2: Type your nations name into the box underneith it
3: Press your ENTER button
4: Read the data that comes up

Where it says "Defence" in the budget details is how much money you have for your military.

The only way you can change the ammount of money (or at least get it started) is through the "issues" area of your nation page.

OOC: Which brings me back to the fact of how the hell I get a custom or wanted issue damnit!
