The Aid Clause
The Emperial Goverment of the Alexian Empire is now officially Imploring the international community for MORE humanitarian and Economic aid.
Let us explain.The Empire had just gone through a goverment change in which the Emperialists deposed the corrupt and evil former goverment,and,in the midst of trying to rebuild,we were invaded by a malicious neighboor with the intent of expanding his influence.The Alexian People bravely drove off the invaders,but in their wake,the country was even more devastated than before!
We must ask for money to rebuild our poor nation.In addition,any humanitarian and or building type worker(I.e,engineers?) will be most gratefully accomadated.
A note though:No foreign military personel can be let inside our borders.Despite any noble intent they have,they would alarm the populace,and revive the anti-occupationist groups who would proceed to attack them,and ultimatly causing more harm than good.We assure you that all is under control,and any humanitarian/building personel can be fully protected by the local goverment forces.

We of SiamGus have heard your plea and are sending what little aid we have available to your assistance. I must congratulate your people on the deposition of your corrupt government. Throwing off the shackles of oppression is never easy.
Within our convoys will be 300 hard-working Peace Corps, 15 doctors, 45 nurses, a handful of psychiatrists, 75 retired law enforcement officers to assist training your citizens, several tonnes of building supplies, heavy machinery, fuel and electrical generators, not to mention fabricated buildings for our own housing until permanent arrangements can be made.
If you accept our aid, please inform the ambassador or his assistants accompanying the first convoy.

The Macabee Empire will be happy to fund the Alexian and SamGus workers with enemy money needed. However, we will need an accurate receipt of the money needed every month, and will pay it in montly installments. Additionally, since we have other things going on with our budget as well, we can only pay for half of the total cost.

A jet will be landing shortly in the capital's international airport with the alloted value (12 per cent of our country's resources) of construction materials, food, agricultural tools, aid workers, basic healthcare resources, tents, survival kits, et al, plus 3000 basquermarks worth of your currency, on board. The airplane will be guarded by trained marshals, but they will not disembark from the jet at any time.
