Hey guys this is going to be like our nations log board for this period in time. I think we should correspond through this instead of the Yafutoma log board, because mine and kyles countrys cant post without corresponding through our other nations. My advisor from the ministry of Keeping it Real (I didn't Know we even had one) gave me this audio visual clip and told me it was of grave importance to our current state of affairs. Today a carbomb was detonated in Havlandic. 16 Havlandic citizens were killed, as well as 3 Almendrastanis, and a Zawackistani. An investigation has been launched to find out who is behind this murder. Yafutomans need to come together in a unified fight against mindless terrorism.

You foolishly underestimate the potential of an enraged mind. However, if your words speak the truth of your desire to 'defend' Yafutoma from the Iron Axis Alliance, then so be it. Therefore, I formally accept your challenge on the following conditions:

3)The duels outcome shall be decideded upon first blood, and no armor or protective clothing other than ceremonial garb preapproved by both Lordships is to be worn.
4)The duel must take place in a neutral country, with only the two Lordships present. Each Lordship may bring one unarmed witness.
5)That any violations of the code duelo [dueling Code of Conduct] shall make the entire challenge void, invalidate any said conditions, and shall result in immediate and total war on the entire nation of the offending country.

I do have a friend out of this reigon, if I asked him, mabye he would let you duel there. although, he might say no, and I hate to voulenteer someone who doesn't want to.

2 F-16 squadrons, each having 6 planes flew over Ya Basta y Jah Rasta airspace this evening. Each plane was armed with 4 AGM-65 Maverick laserguided Air-to-Surface missiles, strategic military compounds were hit, as well as the capitol, Baron von Konquor has not yet been found by special forces on the ground, but they have gained control of what was the capitol building and the 260,000 troops are being brought into the capitol city and will be there by night fall, little to no resistence has been put forth, and troops are being met with men ready to take arms against the opressive right-wing government, there are few rebels, as the government did not have time to brainwash the population, most have been living in fear waiting for this attack to take place. The USSH Navy is in the Rasta Gulf and invasion forces are on the northern border. We are in contact with the left-winged government officials that are still alive after the revolution and they are prepared to take over the government when the conservatives have been irraticated.

WE GOT HIM!
As night falls over Ya Basta y Jah Rasta, USSH special forces have captured Baron von Konquor, a convoy was spotted running for the border toward Kintola, USSH special forces successfully stopped the convoy, and apprehended Baron von Konquor. 12 Havlandic Soldiers were killed and 6 were wounded, von Konquor is in an undisclosed location being interogated. "This has been a really lucky day for us!" says Private John Rinto, "We came in here and fell right on the conservative bastard himself!"

In retaliation for the seizure of Baron von Konquer, Hermann Goerningzkat, the commander of the Royalist Militia, has declared a state of "total war on the nation of Havlandic, and any of its active supporters." The Royalist militia, eight and a half million strong, has stormed its way through the nation of Havlandic, blazing a swath of destruction as it goes. Reports indicate that Goerningzkat has ordered the total destruction of any Havlandic inhabitants or infrastructure it encounters on its march to the nations capitol. Hundreds of thousands of socialists have died in the recent wave of retaliation. Waves of Royalists loyal to the Iron Axis Alliance have swept through the streets and outskirts of the capitol of Havlandic, killing any inhabitants that are encountered, regardless of denomination. Thousands of hostages are held in secret locations, to be executed if the Havlandic Nation does not comply with Royalist demands. In addition, a division of bulldozers has leveled inestimable numbers of orphanages, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabitilitation centers, town halls, schools, and other governmental/ social infrastructure. Farms have been burned to the ground. Citizens of Havlandic flee at the news of the advancing militia. As the army of Havlandic is currently occupied with the siege of Ya Basta y Jah Rasta, very little resistance has met with the militia of Ya Basta y Jah Rasta. Goerningzkat sends the following message to Gen. Harcladin of the Havlandic Nation:
"It appears that you choose to play hardball. If you were looking for total war, you have found it. The decision to so arrogantly invade our nation with so distasteful and pathetic of a force insults me. You show the true 'strength' of Socialism with a fearful array of 260,000 troops?! We have killed more citizens of Havlandic within the last sunrise than you can muster into a national army! You believed the left wing was strong, now you have fallen into the snare. Now it is time for you to see the wrought iron strength of the right wing. Surely you realize the bottleneck you've been forced into. You speak of strength, yet you only have the weakness of liberalism. I leave you with the following options:
Option A:
Clause I. The Lordship Baron Von Konquer is to be returned, unharmed, to the nation of the Kool Kidz Klub.
Clause II. The entire military siege of Ya Basta y Jah Rasta is to be terminated, and the immediate withdrawl of troops, airforces, and naval components under the command of the Havlandic Nation is to be effective immediately.
Clause III. The Havlandic Nation must tribute 35% of its nations wealth to the offshore accounts of Baron Von Konquer, as reparations for damage done to the nation of Ya Basta y Jah Rasta, and the Lordship himself.
Clasue IV. A signed agreement of unconditional surrender and neutrality of further conflict between the Havlandic Nation and Ya Basta Y Jah Rasta is to be delivered with Lordship Von Konquer upon his release.
Option B:
The total destruction of every form of capital in the nation of Havlandic at the hands of the Royalist Militia. No mercy will be shown. Nothing except the ruins of a pathetic empire will remain in the lands of Havlandic. All hostages currently held by the militia will be executed. The Kool Kidz Klub will unleash its full arsenal upon the entire Havlandic held lands.
There are the options. I will assume that you choose option B until otherwise notified. The capitol of Havlandic will be ours by the time you receive this telegram. The choice is yours: a bleak future or no future."

From the distant and enigmatic nation of Zawackistan, highly trained soldiers mobilized by the Zawackistani powerhouse economy, drove out militant forces from the USSH. Fully mechanized, and adept at dealing with insurgents, Zawackistani forces composed of: 500,000 troops, 2,000 specialized tanks, 3,000 light armored vehicles, and 500 Elite Marauders, systematically and relentlessly swept through the untrained, unskilled, and under-funded militia forces. Zawckistani forces have not occupied militia territory, rather they exterminated any militia affiliant within their holding territory, and have set up a sound defensive parameter around the USSH and part of Yah Basta Y Jah Rasta. Almost no Zawackistanies casualties reported.

To My fellow Yafutomians,
First and Foremost, the strife that has afflicted Yafutoma is now peaking. I ask you- the nations of Yafutoma- What is to stop this strife from spreading to your lands? What's stopping it from harming your citizens? Well, right now it's noble countries like The USSH, and Zawackistan. When Baron von Konquer girst galvanized this conflict, a mandate of his intentions was heard from him. Therein stated that all nations not in compliance with the Right Wing Consumerists were enemies to them and liable to subjugation. In fact not to long ago, the Baron stated that all he wished for was the enslavement of Yafutoma. More said, The Baron invited foriegn powers into OUR region to sustain his maniacal stupor. Hell I don't want some chum coming into my neighborhood and pushing me around!! So I heed you the futility of neutrality. Unity is essential for the survival of Yafutoma. If Yafutoma, for once, would unite, such a conflict would no longer hinder this great region. Do not be afraid! The Barons threats are nothing more than smoke and mirrors! Chief Councilor L'Excaneir of the NathanStatian High council gave this statement from the top of the capital building today:

Abstaining will only draw out this war, bringing destucrtion and death to all nations, even if they do not openly fight this war."

He later stated that he "has no qualms" about the speach, then exclaimed, "Woo! Big word!" and proceaded to do his "big word dance".

Recently, Zawackistani forces have been gathering into an invasion force in the defensive line bordering Ya Basta Y Jah Rhasta. The massive mobilized army has set a trail through Yafutoma from Zawackistan in the far East. Many Zawackistani forces have imbedded themselves in natrual defensive positions as mountains, hills, and trenches. This expanse of highly trained, well armored forces is characterized as "A River of Steel". Lord von Mike, in traditional Zawackistani battle armor, has adressed Yafutoma in the next phase of the war:

"My supporters and noble warriors, a grand congregation of forces will be mustered on the great River of Steel- my impenatrable defensive line. I will give a time of 48 hours for Regional Alliance members to allocate forces, equipment, or any other contribution to my defensive line. As soon as the invasion of Yah Basta Y Jah Rasta is completed, western forces from New Babylon will lose their biggest foothold in Yafutoma, and place the war in favor of the Regional Alliance! From there it is only a matter of time before we drive all the foreign taints from our lands. But we musn't be too hasty! As was the case of the Kool Kidz Klub; and I was forced to teach him a lesson of homeland defense. Any confusions or questions about contributing to the Regional Alliance can be directed to me via telegram. Until then, let the world know of your glorious contributions and post it!

My military forces that i had in Ya Basta y Jah Rasta were miniscule, two special forces teams of 26 soldiers each were parachuted in. The elite 4 squadrons of my highly trained Red Air Guard have been guarding Havlandic borders and are armed with 20 mm Vulcan cannons, and AIM-9 Sidewinder Missiles. These are the best trained pilots in the land, we have not lost a elite 4 squadron pilot since the elite 4 squadrons were chosen and trained 12 years ago. There are also 4 E-3 Sentries are flying routes to detect any incoming aircraft. E-3s can fly for 8 hours without refueling, and can monitor far from Havlandic Borders. With these 4 planes in the air, i can effectively monitor air space as far as New Babylon. With that said any strike by air will be met and destroyed far from Havlandic. Any ground assult will be met by the Zawackistani peace forces on the border. Anyone that makes it onto Havlandic soil will be met with anti-personal bombing raids by the well trained Red Air Guard, non-elite squadrons. As for Baron von Konquor, I can not allow him to be freed. Kool Kidz Klub, I trust that you have the sense not to throw the entire region, including New Babylon into a nuclear wasteland, because as a final assult, all 36 of Havlandic's Nuclear Missiles will be launched, as well as the 14 that are orbiting the planet. As for my offer, I will turn over custody of Baron von Konquor to Zawackistan, and my men will return home to their families. I have never wanted war, but under the circumstances there was nothing I could do to prevent it. I have completed the task that needed to be done, the Baron has been captured. I now play defense, and with my superior Air Guard as well as the space-age anti-nuclear weapon defence system, My country is not fearful of the events that may happen in the future.


On a side note, Havlandics borders are closed to refugees. Many people have been coming to my country in search of the rich social welfare system, but i cannot allow foreigners to come into the country for the time being.

:headbang: THis is total crap. there is no way a nation with a developing economy can afford all this shit. Mike and I can afford these things, but we are the only ones who can. There is no way in hell Havlandics economy could support satalite launched nukes and around the clock spy planes. Even regular nukes would be pushin it. We need to discuss how this is going to work. Or just dont bullshit. Stay within the parameters of your nations capabilities. If those economies can support that then I could say that I built a force field around my country and I have a ray gun that will kill everyone but my allies all at once.

OOC: We have duiscussed constructing a map of the region before. We should do that before this fight goes any further. I say we stop fighting until we get things straitened out. We all have different Ideas about how it should look, so if we attack we dont know how far they have to go and such.

OOC: Weve all had the issue regarding military funding, and I chose space-age weaponry, star wars kinda thing. Im sure you all have seen that choice, and i chose it. Furthermore, I have checked the prices on all aircraft that I have said that I have and they fit in my budget. I was not just pulling stuff out of my butt, its all researched and my country is fully capable of having said equipment. Nuclear Capabilites can come from anywhere, i chose to have nuclear power which puts out enough radioactive materials to make quite a few bombs a month. Im researching my shit KKK.

John and Joe were once going to tackle this issue, but a flood of nations made it impossible. But as of now, I am going to change the Yafutoma password so we can sufficiently map out the region uninterrupted. I agree that the conflict should be delayed until we can assert a realistic approach to the matter; i.e. a map.
If a map is to be made and published, integrating a more hands-on type of warfare is possible. Axis and Allies can be replicated into the map. With it we can produce data on countries based on their Nation States characteristics. The geography of a nation along with it's traits will give it unique strengths and weaknesses. But this is all easier said than done.
I talked to David Smith in math, and he conferred on the notion of making a forum on his web page. This would be a great Yafutoma resource centre, and open up a myriad of channels for Yafutomians to trade, war, or philosophise. In that we can begin the organization and discussion of a nations borders and attributes.
A couple of ideas I had were to make a Cartographer Assembly (for mapping), a Regional Market (for trade), and a Directory of War (for warring).

NOTE: THE CONFLICT IN YAFUTOMA WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL METHODS OF WARFARE ARE MORE AGREEABLE AND ACCURATE. :headbang:

I coulden't agree more, and thusly, I say that all nations in the regional alliance should be able to pool there economic values, as they do their millitary forces. this should prove effective, and quite fun to watch, too.
