CONCERNATION pact.

Ouerziland, as some of you may be aware, is involved in Peace Keeping Operations in Albania.
Therefore, the nation of Ouerziland would like to offer foreign nations the chance to train their troopers through first hand experience.
On Immediate signing of the pact, nations will be required to send a minimum number of infantry, navy and airforce units to help diffuse potential situations. This provides nations with the oppurtunity to:

1) Make the world safer
2) Gain first hand experience of warfare- thus giving any army, navy or airforce the best training

Before any major conflict, the Concernation member states will telegram each other and thus a vote will be passed whether we insert legionnaires, as they will be collectively known, into the combat zones.

Please note that this alliance does not conflict with any other alliances you may already be a part of. Nations are still free to invade/do what they like- but without Concernation support. Such support is devised through a vote system, as described above.

Members must also place concernALLY in their signatures.

We look forward to working with nations in the future.

So for example if we stated that if your nation does not surrender to us within 48 hours we would annihilate you until you have in that would constitute a threat that would require the help of your proposed alliance?

Could you clarify that? It doesn't really make sense...

If I'm right...

Well, obviously a nation is well within rights to defend itself. If a concernation is attacked, then it's obvious that other nations belonging to the alliance help the besieged nation immediately...

Things that go bump in the night.

Come on. Someone must want to join up!

Perhaps once our own . . . vicissitudes . . . are concluded, the Democratic Republic would support this alliance.
