IC: My nation has discovered a island that has a large gold and uranium deposite. My nation already has many deposits so is not intrested in this one. I have seperated the island into 8 parts. They Are:

2*Stone Mountains
3*The North
4*The North-West
5*The Conyon
6*Central State
7*East Coast
8*Gooldlandy
Please post your claims the the part of the island you want

I am not willing to stop the selling of the island. But i am willing to give you 10% of the total profit. And I ask you kindly to remove you forces from my waters.

Tremalkier does not deal in one time gains. We are a GDP driven nation. We do not accept bonuses. We do not accept bribes. We accept only long term investments. Unless we are to be granted at least a 5% perpetual gain from all minerals mined on the island, we shall take said resources for ourselves.

However, if you do accept this proposal, we can promise you that no other nation will be able to coerce you into any kind of profit-sharing venture. Some may call this protection money, we call it a wise investment. Furthermore, seeing your present rebel situation, we would be willing to redirect our forces at those areas of your country in disarray, and put down the rebellion for you. We cannot promise that we would do so nicely, but we would do so decisively.
