Granite
Furniture
Maple Syrup (By the gallon)
Marble
Paper
Lumber
Machinery
Farm Products
Dairy Products
Grain Products
Farm Machinery
Books
Lobster

We are looking for the following products;

The Empire is interested in dealing with your nation. As we have vast supplies of uranium, we would be more than happy to sell to you at the price of 15 American Dollars per pound. We would also be interested in purchasing equally vast quantities of your most succulent lobster, and the best maple syrup your nation has to offer. We find these commodities hard to obtain in the Balkans.

Pentova finds your offer of uranium intriging. First we have a question. Is the uranium enriched? Our country would be pleased to sell lobster and maple syrup to your respected nation. The lobster will be $100 USD per crate of about 25 lobster. (In RL they are even more expensive because of their slow growth rate.) And the maple syrup sells for $10 USD per gallon. If you find these terms acceptable, we will send our first shipment to you very soon.

Secret IC:

Official Imperial Communique

To: Pentovan Minister of Trade, Zik Lophobilias
From: Chancellor Dmitri Rubellai

the Empire would like 200 crates of your finest lobsters and 20,000 gallons of your finest maple syrup monthly for a period of two years, upon which the contract will be re-examined and likely reaffirmed.

Regarding our end of the deal, we will deploy one-hundred of our finest nuclear science personnel to your nation to begin your nuclear program, aid you in constructing a nuclear reactor, commence discussions on nuclear material import and nuclear waste disposal, and educate your personnel so that they may eventually gain expertise in the subject, and run the program on their own. We shall also begin shipping you the necessary materials, so that our teams may begin work as soon as possible.

The science team shall be led by Professor Martin Van Nostrin, a German national turned Generian citizen. He is the foremost expert on nuclear research and development in the Empire, and currently directs our own personal nuclear program. We are sure his knowledge, and that of the rest of the team shall prove quite useful.

Upon completion of the initial program, under the condition that our people are sufficiently confident in the capability of your scientists to maintain and further your nuclear program, our scientists shall depart, leaving behind 20 as advisors to supervise your operation.

We hope that you shall find these terms acceptable.

With regard to your request for emergency arms, we will be more than willing to supply those as well. We shall commence drafting a separate proposal regarding equipping your nation's military with Generian equipment.

Chancellor Dmitri Rubellai,
Appointed Chancellor of the Imperial Congress,
Loyal Servant to Emperor Alexei II

My government and I assume these are monthly prices. Are we correct?

Our orders are as follows:
Six hundred (600) crates of twenty five (25) lobsters each - 60000 USD
Five hundred (500) short tons of granite - 250000 USD
Two thousand (2000) books - 40000 USD
We have decided to not purchase farming equipment and furniture from your nation
Please confirm these prices.

We will be able to export one hundred thousand (100000) barrels of crude oil
or refined petroleum at 47 USD per barrel each day. If a pipeline is built
between our nations and you provide for most of the costs of it we will up
this amount to a potential two hundred thousand barrels (200000) each day.
Over time, my government will increase this amount into several hundreds of
thousands of barrels a day upwards to millions of barrels a day. Hopefully,
our nations will grow close enough for that to be a viable option. Indeed do
many things come to pass.

Fortestan,
Your orders are confirmed at a grand total of $350,000 USD. But don't you want Granite?
We may be interested in making a joint pipeline, but first we have some questions.
1. How much will this project cost us?
2. Are there any environmental problems we may have with this?
3. What would it be made of? Because, if, say, a terrorist attack took place, would the pipeline be able to withstand fire?

After you answer these questions, we will be happy to buy from you. Your first order has been shipped out, please wire the money.

Generic Empire,
It has been decided, that due to the extremely high nature of this project, our brightest mind has been put as Pentovan Lead Scientist for this project. His name is Jonothan Jackstyle. He graduated from Pentovan, Opinnian, and Olochikian collages at the top of his class, and is very eager to begin work with you. He has 3 doctorates in nuclear physics.

We at the Guilds are looking for a reliable source of Grain products, we have problems producing such products in our homeland (unsuitable terrain and climate) and would be looking to trade material/knowledge for this. We would also be interested in importing small quantities of Maple Syrup and Lobster, since we do not have such delicacies here. We have Crude Oil and Information Technology to share with yourselves, however we are unwilling for security reasons to sell military technology.

Could you suggust a price for either, we will bargain from there.

Merchant Guilds,

As grain is in only small supply here, (We're in the North East, not much warm weather here.) it will be somewhat expensive. Lets say, $50 per sack of 5 pounds of grain. Maple Syrup is $10 a gallon, and lobster is $100 per 25 lobster. Information tecnology would be a valuable asset as we are trying to upgrade our nation. We would be willing to pay anywhere from $500-$2500 on this.(I'm thinking like home computers, you know, this is per piece of equipment. The $500 might be a little low, but look at Dell.)

After taking this offer to the Prime Minister, He accepts it, but I do see an unfairness. To supply that much grain for one (1) computer, is a folly for us, as we will soon run out, and then have only about 1,000 computers. We will accept this trade offer, but hope that we can come to a new agreement sometime soon.

P.S. OVER VERY SECRET CHANNEL
We have recently been in the stages of developing very fast growing substitute for grain in our labs. It just yesterday, passed our first tests, and because of it's easy manufaturability and quick growth rate, it is much cheaper than the real thing. The reason we didn't mention this before, is that it was still in production, and, in some test cases on rats, (1 out of 100,000,000 actually) a rat was poisoned and died extremely quickly. We have gotten this number down to 1 out of 1,000,000,000) but there is still that chance. If you would like to purchase this instead, it is called Pentograin, and is $10 per 5 pound sack. Please reply over secret channel.

Regarding the pipeline:
This project could cost in between eight billion (8000000000) USD and
fourteen billion (14000000000) USD. This depends on the path you take in
building the pipeline. The more you spend on the pipeline, the more oil I ill
