Statement from Serafima

We have recieved from out intelligence team, that a large collection of foreign, possibly terrorist ships have been sighted.

This is becoming an increasing problem, we need to seriously review the immigration laws. There will be a NS global meeting at Oyem Conference Hall in Sparklemist.

This is also an excellent opportunity to discuss other matters that concern you, all nations are allowed to attend.

We would like to see a increase in the strictness of the treatment of economic migrants and a relaxing of the treatment of genuine refugees. However the main issue here concerns that of arms shipments. We believe that the only kind of legal arms shipment should be that carried out by governments as trade, private companies or individuals have no place in the oceans or the air. The reason for this is that it is too easy for terrorists to move arms about if there is free movement of them by individuals, then terrorists become harder to distinguish.

I agree, the immigration policies should be changed. I mean how do we know that 'refugees' are not terrorists, how do we know that their ID's and passports are real, i have heard some nations economy are significantly increased by their illegal activities

I think a board meeting should be called immediately....

The Republic Of Endenia's Immigration Laws have been stepped up since the recent Terrorists attacks on both Praetonia and Exetonia and even more recently rumors of a possible attack on Endenia. We try our best to inspect all immigrants coming into our nation and any illegal immigrants will be detained and sent back to their home nation.

Yes, we too have had a recent terror attack on the Eastern Lake, I think all nations should seriously consider modifying their laws. Any suspected immigrants can be accpeted by tracking devices will have to be inserted into them. If any nations have any ideas please reply to this post.

The Dumpsterdanian troops already present in Serafima will cooperate with the goverment to prevent any illegal arms shipments and terrorists incursions.

The 9th battle esquadron of the Dumpsterdanian Royal Navy shall step up its patrols. Stopping and boarding of ALL vessles leaving and entering Serafima national waters will now be standard.

I regret to inform you that our Dictator could not be present for this meeting, as he is in the midst of a rebellion. He has however given me detailed instruction on what he wishes to say:

When this rebellion is quelled we can finally begin developing our industry and economy, but first we must make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.
