All USIH Military Personnel in Dr_Twist have been recalled to their bases in the country.

Fort Rook and Castle as well as Jenkins Air Force Base have been sealed off as IV Corps was advanced to DEFCON-3 as the fears of rioting spreading to near IH Military bases throughout the nation.
