They knew that the enemy would be launching a missile strike, and so the missile defenses were fully operational, spreading destruction in the skies. The fighters and Ratheian bombers were immediately marshaled into the air.

Zaitsev sighed exasperatedly. The enemy had killed 5,643 men in the Naval Bombings, but seeing as Ratheia has no Navy, it was superficial at best. The boomers were all far away, patroling the international waters. The air bases took minimal casualties, because immediately after the missile strikes commenced, most of the fighters were in the air. Nevertheless, casualties were taken.

Emperor Barbarossa had Planed the attack him self, He had picked the Best Genreal for the job, General Jin-Yu.

Jin-Yu watch the Battle start, 12 Bombers were shout down by the enemy, but the Fighters soon started attacking the enemy planes. Any enemy planes near the ships would be shot down by the SAMs, in fact, The ships started Fireing the SAMs.

while the Air Battle was being fought, The Troops soon started Landing, Protected by the Sivik Stealth Fighters and Curise Missiles.

Oh! The submarine "boomers!" I know all about them. Ohio Class and Typhoon Classes, right? I thought "boomer" was a mispelling of "bomber" when I read it!

And we'll send you some of our new PT Boats. They can lauch guided torpedoes at great speeds and are so small that aircraft and missiles have a hard time hitting them. We'll send thirty everyday for one (RL) week on an Lufthansa Cargo Airbus A380. Hataria: Don't make crap up about having spies in my country and shooting the plane down. It's a civilian cargo jet that normally travels that same route anyway.

One thing: It's just a matter of opinion, but I think your divisions are a bit small. For instance, if you go here (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=364348) you can see what's in one of my divisions, which is modeled on a Soviet motor-rifle division.

A draft soon started in all the provinces of the Empire, even in Japan. All men and Women, 16-20 years of age were to join the Hatarian Military.

In the provinces of Japan and Russia, they were sending their militias to fight in Ratheia.

OOC: As I had posted before, we already fired SAMS and AMRAAMS from 200 miles away.

Zaitsev sent a message to all countries.

"We are in a time of crisis and require assistance. Hataria has invaded our country and it would be grealy appreciated if anyone could assist us."

At this time the B-2 Stealth Bombers of Ratheia had just taken off, quiet and stealthy. They snuck over the enemy troops, half dropping MOABS on troop formations and the other half proceeding to drop versions of the Sunburn missile over the enemy fleet. Each bomber had either 2 MOAB's or 3 Sunburns. 10 MOABS were dropped, and 15 Sunburns.

The supersonic wrath of the SU-47's hurtled through the sky, closely followed by the MIG 1.42's. They had launched their first volley at the enemy and were proceeding with the second when the enemy missiles began closing in. They were ready and released their chaf before firing another volley at the enmy fighters. The Ratheian fighters were top of the line, but they still took casualties, be they minimal.

Not too bad to start, though an actual yorktown carrier made by IDF as i remeber, couldn't handle that many planes, also, to land a B-1 you need a crapload o room, so those things gotta be big as all hell. Also, your battleship count might be high, not too sure, and also use more smaller ships per fleet, and keep cap ships to a small count, so that way they're easier to protect. Again, not too bad a start, and also to ratheia, MOABs wouldn't overly work well, since they really just Uberly flame things. A better Idea, launch whatever non-nuclear ICBMs you may have. AEGIS systems and the like have trouble stopping them without modifications, but hataria didn't mention he had any, so he's basicly defenseless against them. Also, not too bad on the sizes both of you, and Hataria, one thing, instead of having carrier launched Stealth fighters, It'd be better to invest into a great highspeed carrier based interceptor. Others, support or contrast all you like, I'd like to see the response I get...

MOABS are my preferred choice because they have the largest explosive range of any non-nuclear weapon. I may go to clusters soon, though. ANd besides, Uberly-Flame Thingies rock.

Twenty Type II Toledo class SSNs slipped out of Sidi Rezegh, Macabee Freemantia. The Toledos were top of the line SSNs, using anachoic tiles and gaucho to absorb sonar pinging, and taking use of the MACM-1 cavitation absorber, used by most surface ships (although the official US name is way different) to absorb the noise of the bubbling, which was, in essense, cavitation. Each Toledo carried four MTL-1 Macabee Torpedoes, with a maximum range of sixty thousand meters, although it's accuracy at that range was in question. Each carried an additional twenty Principe III anti-shipping missiles, which were top of the line, and extremely deadly. For close combat operations with larger surface ships each also had two SS-N-19s, of Soviet build.

The twenty Toledos moved into the Tiberian Ocean, off the coast of Macabee Freemantia, and made their way towards Ratheia at twenty-six knots (nautical miles). It would take them forty-eight hours (Role Play time, people, not real time) to reach Ratheia and park themselves, spaced out, four hundred kilometers from the Hatarian fleet. The Macabee Government did not openly tell anybody of the movements, meaning that nobody knew that there were twenty SSNs in the water around Ratheia until they were picked up on sonar, which was extremely improbable, or until they fired their missiles.

Also, in case they were picked up on sonar they had a strict fire at will policy, in which the Macabee government went automatically to war with anybody who tried to sink the Toledos. The Macabee government had no concern about any other nation in the area, except Hataria. The Macabee government did not wish to see Hataria expand and influence other nations with its neanderthal political policies and such.

Moreover, in Macabea, the capital of the Macabee Empire, a much larger task force was being grouped. Termed Task Force Spearhead it was composed of a total of eleven Model class Carriers, each able to carry one hundred aircraft (70 Hawks, 20 Kondors and 10 Albatrosses), five Raus class Escort Carriers, each carrying 20 Hawks and 10 Kondors, fifteen Clauswitz class Frigates, fifteen Seydlitz class Cruisers, thirty Manstein class Destroyers, fifty patrol boats, and [b]one hundred assorted other shipping. They were to head out towards Ratheia in five (Role Play Time) days.

The Macabee Empire was about to exert military and political pressure on Hataria..however, Hataria would be weakened by a prior attack, to come soon...

OOC: I'll have to ignore that. There is not known metallic substance that can stand the friction of that speed, so that aircraft is godmodding. The top speed an aircraft can go is about Mach 3, in our atmosphere. In addition, if your using something like space craft material to maintain that speed your aircraft is going to be HELL of heavy, and is going to need a hydrogen engine to maintaine it..so in other words...NO.

On a missile base in Montana, a speaker tower began to scream loudly warning of a missile launching. The silo doors opened with little effort and small amounts of smoke began to trickle from inside the silo. Within 30 seconds, the loud roaring of solid-propelled rockets were louder than the missile launch sirens. The missile rose from its silo and fired quickly into the sky. Within 5 minutes, the same thing had happened at another 15 missile silos through the territories of Communist Louisiana

OCC: Macabees is right about a plane being able to go that fast. But, it is possible for metals to be able to resist that kinda Machs. The LGM-118A Peacekeeper ICBM's in RL have a speed approximately 15,000 miles per hour at burnout and can do about Mach 20 at sea level. Thats why it would be hard to shoot down my missiles going towards Hataria.

The Hatarians Start Launching 100 Miniute-Men ICBM's at CL, armed with Nukes! The Hatarian Missile Defenses were ready to launch and destroy the enemy missiles.

OCC: Hataria, first off, Ebola would be pretty much impossible to launch in missiles. Not only that, but I do not know of any anti-missile sites that can shoot down a ICBM with multiple war heads(in the peacekeepers case, 10 on every individual ICBM) traveling at speeds up to 15,000 mph. So if you do the math I think that would be some 160 individual warheads that could be projected at multiple targets within your nation.

With the attack on Communist Louisiana by Hataria the Macabees was ready to act. The Empire had tried to protect the Hataria homeland and they had just flung it into their face. It was time for the Macabee retaliation.

Forty MMA-C1 Albatross Heavy Bombers took off from Targul Frumos directly after the missile launch was detected and confirmed. The Albatrosses were given extra fuel tanks, in expense of having a smaller missile load. They headed towards Hataria at Mach 2.1, using their curveture as what would one day be known as Stealth Generation 4. The Albatrosses looked as if they came out of a sci-fi movie, but they did their job effectively.

The Albatrosses were escorted by MMA-A2 Hawks for about three thousand kilometers, but the Hawks were forced to turn around due to low fuel levels, they would land on a carrier halfway home. The carrier let go of its own Hawks which escorted it another one thousand kilometers, before they too went back to Targul Frumos. The bomber completed the rest of the distance themselves.

Five thousand kilometers distance from Hataria the bombers dropped their full payload of three hundred Legionatus II missiles. The Legionatus II free fell for some forty feet, from their eighty thousand feet altitute and then the scramjet engines kicked in. Before you could count to four the scramjet was propelling each Legionatus II at Mach 6.5 towards targets prescribed by sattelites in Hataria. The Legionatus IIs had a 800 kilogram OctaNitroCubane Acid warhead, ONC being the strongest synthetic explosive known to man (real world nations still use Octagen... ONC is 25% stronger than Octagen). The missiles aimed for naval wharfs, docks and harbors, as well as missile launch sites. When they arrived some two hundred kilometers from Hataria their heavy jammers went to work jamming Hatarian radar, meaning that Hatarian SAMs couldn't lock onto the missiles. With such heavy jamming support it would take Hatarian radar, which was behind the times evidently, some two minutes to burn through the jamming devices. By that time the missiles would be some thirty seconds ETA from impact. Hataria, in other words, was screwed.

Seconds after the raid the Albatross Heavy Bombers turned around one-eight-zero degrees and turned on their afterburners, returning home at Mach 3.9. They would be reloaded by midair tankers halfway home...

There's truly no such thing as an anti stealth radar, and stealth aircraft aren't truly radar free, they just look like the size of a rather large seagull on a radar screen, but if pilots know what they're looking for, then they have no chance

The Macabees may have jamed the Ground Radar, but there were planes in the air, 200 Sivik Stealths, which can go to Mach 3.9, attacked The enemy Bombers, 150 stayed to bock the bombers from escapeing while 40 Fighters attacked the bombers, locking on with missiles.

OOC: Hataria... radar jammers block every radar that uses the same frequency, which would be all your radar... in any case, your aircraft radar is mostly directly tied to your ground radar, so it wouldn't matter much that you had aircraft in the air.... not only that but my bombers are over the horizon, meaning radar can't pick them up..that's the glory of AS-19 Koala (and my Legionatus II)... you can pick up the Legionatus II because they're heading towards you area, and they're soon under the horizon, however, with those powerful jammers it's going to take a while for your radar to get a triangulation on them.

The enemy MIG-25's were terribly outdated when it came to taking on MIG 1.42's and basically any other current Ratheian fighter. The SAMs and AMRAAMs that were fired took almost no losses and the Ratheian fighters easily outmaneuvered the enemy fighters.

Zaitsev issued an order to mobilize all bomber forces to drop heavy explosives on Hatarian troop formations as well as their naval formations. Deep in the heart of Ratheia the bombers rushed into the air, protected from high above by the MIG-31's. The B-2 Bombers returned to the bases to be filled with more explosives. At the same moment 100 Sukhoi T-60S Bombers took off and went to 50,000 feet where they progressed to Mach 2.4. THey flew over Hatarian troop formations and dropped 4 million pounds of free-fall cluster bombs on top of the Hatarian troop formations. 50 TU-160 Blackjacks were still in the air, headed toward the Hatarian Fleet with sunburn missiles in store. There were still over 100 bombers on the ground, being filled with explosives.

While this was happening Ratheia prepared for it's first ever ICBM missile launch at the Hatarian Navy. Five fully loaded non-nuclear Ratheia Class Missiles bombarded the Hatarian fleet while another five huge Atlas Missiles headed toward the Hatarian Capitol in an attempt to behead the writhing snake.

As the Hatarian troops headed toward the Naval Cities they were met with heavy fire from a hastily mobilized force of 25 MI-28 "Hind".

This was Ratheia's first war, aye, and they would not give up so easily.

But just yeasterday it was "great" so the nationstates income calculator says that with my distribution of income i can afford the big guns even if actual fleet size is low. I am going to win this one, IT IS PAYBACK TIME RATHEIA!


Not too bad to start, though an actual yorktown carrier made by IDF as i remeber, couldn't handle that many planes, also, to land a B-1 you need a crapload o room, so those things gotta be big as all hell. Also, your battleship count might be high, not too sure, and also use more smaller ships per fleet, and keep cap ships to a small count, so that way they're easier to protect. Again, not too bad a start, and also to ratheia, MOABs wouldn't overly work well, since they really just Uberly flame things. A better Idea, launch whatever non-nuclear ICBMs you may have. AEGIS systems and the like have trouble stopping them without modifications, but hataria didn't mention he had any, so he's basicly defenseless against them. Also, not too bad on the sizes both of you, and Hataria, one thing, instead of having carrier launched Stealth fighters, It'd be better to invest into a great highspeed carrier based interceptor. Others, support or contrast all you like, I'd like to see the response I get...

31 Helicopters were shot down by the enemy, but 20 more Helicopters, The Deadly Cobrahawk-23 Attack Helicopters, come to help the Cobras, and attacked the enemy craft, fireing rapid-fire machine guns and Anti-tank Missiles.

At Airbase Hell's Gate, the 50 B-52 fueled up and have thier payload added. After 1 hour, the bombers have took off and got above the clouds. WTA in 3 hours.

34 B-1's came over and started droping Napm Bombs on the enemy forces. At the same Time, 10 Destroyers fired 34 Curise Missiles at the enemy.

[Sea War]
The SSNs which were located four hundred kilometers from Hataria's fleet, extremely silent, decided to act up. From their position one hundred and fifty feet underneath the surface of the water they prepared for the missile strike on Hataria's fleet off Ratheia.

The Toledo class SSNs released a total of two thousand Principe III Anti-Ship missiles. After the launch the SSNs rapidly dived to over eight hundred feet depth under water. All the while, the Principe IIIs flew at one hundred meters altitude, and then dipped down to three meters altitude. Flying at Mach 2.1 for most of the trip they began to slow down when they hit one hundred kilometers distance from Hataria's fleet, and then finally slowed down to one hundred and fifty kilometers per hour velocity seventy kilometers from Hataria's fleet - still well protected from sam raids. Then, all of a sudden, the missile capsule broke, dropping two thousand MT-1 torpedoes nose first into the water at 65 knots. The torpedoes then completed the rest of the distance at 65knots and with active sonar sweeps commited themselves to destroying Hataria's fleet off the coast of Ratheia.

Although the SSNs did not have the capabilities of knowing if they had successfully killed all the ships, they could guess that most of them were gone. A sattelite pass in about two hours would tell them the official damage done. They hoped it was a lot!

50 B-52 Stratofortress bombers have divided into 5 goups of ten then move into postion and about to be right over the Hataria fleet. They are still above the clouds.

51 500lb bunker buster bombs & 30 1,000lb bunker buster bombs on each plane. So a total of 2,550 500lb bunker buster bombs & 1,500 1,000lb bunker buster bombs have drop out of the planes. They are 10 bomber over 5 of Hartaria fleets, so 255 500lb bunker buster bombs and 150 1,000lb bunker buster bombs are being drop on the five of Hataria fleets.

34 B-1's came over and started droping Napm Bombs on the enemy forces. At the same Time, 10 Destroyers fired 34 Curise Missiles at the enemy.

The 17 MI-28's had been reduced to 12 but reinforcements were on the way.
The cruise missiles hit strategic locations killing 267 troops and 890 workers. The MI-28's went into full retreat, flying back behind the troops while the troops offered cover fire in the form of Stingers and AN-94's. The B-1's were fired upon seconds before they dropped their loads from high above by the MIG-31's, resulting in probable devastating enemy losses. The napalm hit the troops killing an additionaly 280 troops.

At that moment, the TU-160's had already returned to base and dislodged their sunburn missiles, seeing as the friends of Ratheia had already taken care of the Hatarian Fleet. There were still several loose ends to tie up though...

Immediately following the attack on troops by the B-1's, Ratheia retaliated with their favorite tactic. One TU-160, armed with 2 MOABS and 5 Cruise Missiles took off, being closely monitored by over 10 MIG-31's. It's variable geometry wings changed to proper position for max speed and it barreled towards the Hatarian troop formations.

The MIG-31's detected enemy fighters within 300 miles of the TU-160, and so they locked on and fired. The TU-160 quickly proceeded over the enmy troops formations and dropped the entire payload. The MOAB hurtled downwards, the first hitting the tanks and the second hitting the main troop formations with devastating,flaming,demoralizing,agonizing force. The 5 Cruise Missiles hurtled downwards and impacted on pretty much all of Hataria troops locations. One of the missiles malfunctioned and crashed into Ratheian troops, killing another 100 or so who were lagging behind the retreat. Immediately after the impact, the battles commenced once more.

About 3 miles from the troop conflict, 5 IL-76's made a paratrooper drop of 300 Snipers and 300 Special Forces. They all together slowly advanced toward the enemy, the snipers taking up positions half a mile away from enemy troops and the special forces closing in. The ground battle was seemingly lost for Hataria, for it was much easier to defend than to invade.

OOC: also note that RL armies aren't even recognised in any other place besides the world in which you own the country, so essentially, they don't exisist in the world upon which you're attacking ratheia, although good try, and keep on tryin to improve. The bombers could not even make it deep into Ratheia before the MIG-31's launched their death from the skies. All of ratheias fighters and bombers were currently in the air and ready to inflict destruction on Hataria.

Out of the shadows came a large strange looking Helicopter with the designation KA-58 on it's side. It had located the spec-ops and was proceeding to unleash hell on their parachuting forms with it's huge guns and massive rockets.

The enemy tanks and helicopters on the front were about to have a nice surprise as Ratheian bombers closed in on their positions. The F-18's were sitting ducks to the SU-47's who locked on to them before the F-18's knew it and fired a SAM barrage. Ratheia had taken no bomber losses as of yet and all the bombers prepared for a massive barrage of death.

All these bombers were in the air and barreling towards the enemy formations with millions of pounds of gravity bombs inside them. The B-2 Bombers and the Nighthawks had, of course, MOABs, and lagged behind the regular bombers because of their slow speed and stealth. The Blackjacks were first and closely followed by the backfire and the Bears. The stratofortresses came last. The bombers were escorted by all remaining MIG 1.42's while the MIG-31's landed to get more missiles.

There was silence up in the sky as the TU-160's unloaded their payloads on the enemy troops and tanks. Following them were all other bombers who proceeded to drop the same thing before returning to their airbases. The T-60S bombers came seemingly out of nowhere and dropped cruise missiles en masse on the enemy troop formations. Almost 500 laser-guided missiles were dropped. The F-117A's and the B-2's were on their way.

The retreating bombers were protected by the fighters that lagged behind and released their chaf and flare systems, thus confusing the enemy SAMS into craziness. 348 MIG's were destroyed in the barrage. One Tu-160 took a hit but somehow kept on flying and landed with a crash killing all on board. Ratheia retaliated with launching all the MIG-31's into the air while they focused on reloading all other fighters who had just landed. MIG-31's were the only fighters left in the skies while the remaining ones reloaded. Following up with the original bombing spree, the B-2's and F-117's dropped their payloads on the unsuspecting enemy troops.

OOC: Dude. Those fighters are the equivalent of fast bricks with wings. They are also useless in air combat because even if you heavy tank armor, a single hit from an AMRAAM will take you to hell.

As the enemy Siviks swooshed through the air the MIG-31's locked on to every single one of them from high above and launched a hail of missile death upon them before they could even try to launch missiles at the Ratheian bombers.

MiG 31s feature the Zasion radar capable of 125 miles, not 300.

OOC: And no they can not go to Mach 3,1. Only the recon variant of the MiG 25 can do that irl.

You could have very easily shot yer own land. That's what testing ranges are for. Cheaper, less dangerous, and no chance of another nation getting pissed at you for unprovoked attacks.
