The Emperor announced the addition of a new clause to the constitution of the Empire of Itinerate Tree Dweller. The clause would make all forms of Marxism and communism crimes against the state, punishable by torture and death. Following the announcement there were celebrations in the street as citizens rejoiced about being free from the Marxist menace.

Well, in order for you to investigate this nation you would need to either:

a) Officially ask politely to investigate why they have done this, however it needs to be said that the very action of askign for an investigation when they have already volunteered the reason would suggest that you think they are lying.

b) Officially demand an investigation in their nation, however this would require leverage which I personally doubt you have at the moment. They don't respect you and as such you would probably be laughed at.

c) Spy on them in order to get the results. This would probably be the more productive option so far... but the results of your spy being caught (more likely if you don't have any links to the nation or information about them) would result in a international incident, one which could, depending on the severity, result in war and loss of face in the international community.

d) Declare war on them and find out the information your self. This option is the stupidest of the options and would probably result in your nation being pasted for being so foolish and more importantly result in your nation losing face and earning a bad reputation.

Redavic National Inquire

Today in other news, Emperor Viplear has issued an offical notice to the First, Third and Thirteen Imperium Legions. Aswell as making a public annoucement nationally about recent actions that have taken place inside Itinerate Tree Dweller. When Secretary of Defense, Donny Sonju, was asked about the current location of the three legions, he responded with, "The Empire is about three days away from a state of emergany, I am not authorized to speak of any legion forces aswell as Imperium State Guard Legions"

Aswell as the legions being mobalized to secret locations with in the nation, Quatic and Rediva ISG Legions were mobilized and sent abroad. A total of three Orlan Amphibous craft left the port at Vasudeva aswell as twelve Vogor Wartime amphibous crafts left from the port at Govidia. Although their destination is unknown it looks to be a friendly one due to the light amount of escorts that left with the fleets. A combined number of seven escorts left from the port at Govidia. The seven escort ships were two kuzent carriers, three Koni Frigates, and two Kashin Destroyers.

In Southern Vic, the annual parade to honor the great General Vic, the greatest military commander yet in the Imperium, ended with a violent explosion in the crowded downtown streets of Samana. No word yet on who is responsible or who is at fault. These actions are suspect to be terrorist but it is still unknown at this moment. The Kamala First Urban Cohort was dispatched from the Armored city to Samana to keep the peace and will be excercising marshall law authorized by the Emperor himself.

Secret In Character: Given the latest news coming from the media in The Redavic Union as well as satellite intelligence reports from the few satellites which passed over the nation once a day from their polar orbits, tidbits of information were streaming in about the nations latest mobilisations which were becoming quite sizable.

The Iuthian military command knew that it would be almost impossible to hide a mobilisation of a force large enough to threaten invasion of another nation... afterall, while it isn't easy to track the movements of individuals it is much easy to notice significant naval movements, convoys and large troop concentrations. Not only that but their media would also be conveying bits of information to further point to the simple truth that this nation was preparing forces.

Even if they couldn't be sure it would be a simple matter to track naval movements and work out their likely heading. An invasion would require a serious advantage in order to succeed due to the sheer scales of the logistical problems at hand. The nation would need to have supplies for their forces and the forces themselves would have to land... in order to land large numbers of troops they would need deep water ports; amphibious assaults were all very well but they were limited in their size and cability... without ports any sizable force deployed in that manner wouldn't be able to have enough supplies brought to them.

Due to the number of vessels required to carry those troops, escort the ships and not to mention supply those ships would be easy to track. One simply couldn't surpise another nation in these days of modern technology, unless they were physically next to them, even then it would take effort.

As such the Iuthian Satellite network made changes in orbits in order to have a greater number of eyes in the sky to watch the affair incase of foul play.

The main command center was a large circular room, with a large map of the nation, its cities, and military bases, marked on the map on one curved wall, the map was, in truth, a screen, and could be changed to display a the map of anything the archive possessed, or any satellite imagoes being received, or it could be divide into many, multiple images. Around the room were rings of computer monitors, technicians, Intelligence Analysts and other various intelligence services personal manning them. These people we’re in charge of assuring the nation it had advance warning of an impending attack. In the center of it all said a holoprojector, it displayed a globe, easily meters tall, with various red lines encircling it, and tiny blue dots traversing the lines, each with a name displayed next to it. Coming from each blue dot was a blue cone, descending towards the earth. This displayed the various Transnapastani Spy Satellites in orbit, their vectors, names, and operating windows.

“Sir, we’ve run today’s list of received news reports through the computers, having them search for any mention for us, or allies. It is the desire of the government to keep the pressure on the ITD to end political oppression, torture, and executions, but the Democratic Republic of Arturistania does not support the threat or use of force in order to achieve these ends. In order to prevent an escalation which could jeopardize any attempts for a peaceful end to the issue, the Democratic Republic of Arturistania urges the Leadership of the Redavic Union to cease its military build up and return to a strategy of diplomacy. As of 6 pm yesterday evening 60,000 marxists and communist sympathizers have been arrested and sent into the reeducation camps. There have been numerous instances of resistance, but they were put down though the use of crowd control weapons and the use of capsaicin, the active ingredient in pepper spray.

In international news, the Emperor has sent a letter to every media station in the Imperium aswell as Imperium States. Due to legal reasons we are not aloud to publish this international, but we are aloud to publish bits and peices of it. The Emperor seems very uneasy with the situation in ITD aswell as her calling upon her allies to aid her if the stand off turns hot. He made note that the forces that were sent out of the country will be returning with in the next week(RL 2 days). In his conclusion he made a statement that has shocked the nation. The Emperor has announced his failing health and has yet to announce the heir to the throne. Of his three sons he had announced a couple of years ago that his first born was not fit to rule and since that speech at Union Hall in Govida, his son Able has disappeared all together.

The Marhsall Law esbalished by the Samana First Urban Cohort that was set in Kamala just a week ago has yet to weaken. So far hundreds if not thousands have been killed for not obeying the strick code. It has also been said that all night long military trucks are seen leaving and entering the city. No word yet on what exactly is going on inside of the city.

About an hour after the ships were sposed to arrive an old corvette used in the civil war in Reformed Texas showed up and ordered everyone to leave the port ASAP or leathal force would be used. The order was then repeated a second time with a warning shot fired into the water. A few scampered off but most stayed. Then the ship open fired and kills 17 and injuring 29 people.

The Emperor then made a statement after the crime against the Imperium civilians stating that it was not an Imperium Naval Vessel. That all vessels used in the war had been sold or scrapped. He then gave an annoucement of war against ITD. With the annoucement that the 5th and 6th Legionary Cohorts are now inroute to ITD with a massaive armada of naval vessels. The port and amount of ships being sent was kept secret. The 1st,3rd, and 13th Legions were also announced to be departing with in the coming night fall to ITD aswell. Each legion consist of 10,000 troops and 400 tanks, 200 artiliery peices, and 100 AJ. An AJ or an Assualt Jeep is just like a hummvee. It is lighter, fast, and more fuel effecient. Although it lacks in armor, they are recyclable in any condition. They can be equiped with a rocket launcher, a moble sam pack(10 missiles), automatic machine guns(4), AA guns, mine layer, mine sweeper, or a moblie medical station.

the Urban Cohorts consist of 400 tanks, 300 artiliery peices, and 200 AJ. Aswell at 12,000 troops. Troops in the Urban Cohorts are specially trained for urban combat. It is said that 1st, 3rd, 13th legions will be making the first beachhead assault.

The Second Naval Fleet will be assisting in all aspects of the invasion and will be supported by the Fitfh Naval Fleet in maintaining the momentum in the war against ITD.

a.withdrawl all laws against communism/marxism for one year and a day(NS)
b.force out all communism/marxism supporters, in a nonviolent way of the Imperium approval, to nations that will agree to take them in.
c.allowing Imperium forces to assist in anti-terrorist measures.
d.allowing a Imperium Senate be established in ITD for one year and a day(NS) to make sure that your peoples human rights are not being violated.

The Emperor beleives that these terms are by all means fair.

Today in the capital city of Plano, several freight truck bombs went off, luckly only 16 people were kills and anouther 56 were injured. Marshall law will not take over the capital, but rather Citizens Legionary Urban Cohort Militia number One will take command of the defense. The Emperor has demanded all Govenors to recruit enough male civilians to create a single Legionary Urban Cohort Militia for the defense of each city. Who ever joins and serves out their term will be granted citizenship in the Imperium.
