Mississippi Issues Final Ultimatum to Hogsweat Regarding William Fabus

Decisive Action
14-10-2004, 04:15
"Since your nation demanded a withdrawl of Mississippian forces from The Burnsian Desert as the condition for the release of William Fabus, and since we have withdrawn our forces and reached an agreement over the embassy issue with TBD Interim government forces under General Craig... Therefore we are puzzled as to why a citizen of our nation is still being held against his will in a foreign land not by a terror group but by a government entity, the leader himself..."

"We are going to allow seventy-two hours for his safe return to Mississippi, alive and well, after which time we will activate our alliances, and take securing his release into our own hands. If anything happens to William than a Crusade and a Jihad will be declared and they will not be able to be recalled until all Hogswetin unbelievers have perished for the harm done against William. All this can be averted by releasing William as per agreement."

"I will not hesitate to raze Hogsweat to the ground if they harm or kill my brother William, the sovereign and rightful king of TBD. He needs to be in Mississippi with his wife Sylvia, who is currently carrying his child, the future of the Fabus line for TBD. His release must be immediate and without further conditions attached or else we will make moves to secure his release with or without hogsweat authorization."

"We remain on Def Con 2 and the Armed Forces remain on full alert."

"This is Joseph Mladic of the White Peoples Radio and Television Network... We have approximatley one thousand Hogsweatian Prisoners Of War from various allied nations, soldiers that we captured ourselves, and other sources... The Czar has stated if William Fabus is harmed in any way, the prisoners will all die, and that if he is not released in seventy-two hours, we will begin executing one prisoner every thirty minutes until either we run out of prisoners or William is placed alive and well on a plane bound for Mississippi or one of any of the Mississippian possessions."

Though the issues of leaders is an intresting one, did you not attempt to kidnap the leader of Feminany? This action is hypocritical and debased, especially seeing as you decry terrorism yet are willing to execute soldiers in a manner employed by terrorists?

Hogsweat is our long term and faithful ally, and we hold our alliances dear to our hearts. Any offensive military action taken against Hogsweat will result in re-active Momanguise military actions against Decisive Action.

Comrade Field Marshall Birgroff,
Commander in Chief of the Momanguise Armed Forces.

"We did no such thing with the leader of Feminany, and besides, she was and is a war criminal. William Fabus has not done a thing to harm anybody. The soldiers we have captured were involved in illegal combat against a non-combatant (William and Sylvia Katrina), thus they are illegal combatants and are treated as detainees, they have no rights under any laws."

From what little knowlage I hold of the Feminany situation, I have seen no evidence that would put the leader in the ranks of war criminals. Prehaps you could justify your comments for me.

Futher more, it concerns me not that your government chooses to disregard international conventions. I have expressed my support for my ally. That is all you have to worry about.

"You are correct, they are 'our women' and as such we can regulate them within reason. Forcing them to become something they are not, that would be illegal and unethical. We simply demand they show modesty in public ans save their feminine charms for their husbands, or prospective husbands such as their cousins or brothers."

I was there for every announcement on the subject and for all the conferences. She never even mentioned death they would just be sent to another country. And why would anyone want to marry their brother?

OOC- I call semi-godmod. Where have you taken my men hostage? It is not up to you to RP them surrendering, and in any case they wouldn't surrender to you they'd die fighting. I currently ignore your claim of 100,000 captured soldiers unless you can provide solid evidence for their capture that I have RPed.

We were unaware that you withdrew all your troops from The Burnsian Desert. We will return William Fabus to Mississippi on the affixed date of 2nd December if you meet the following demands.
1.) Agree, in the name of your god, not to violate any nation's national sovereignty, in the exception that they launch an assault on your sovereign territory or declare war on your state.
I am warning you now, that if you step foot on Hogsweatian soil William Fabus shall be killed. Last warning.

Ooc- They were given to me by Doomingsland and a few other nations that had a surplus of Hogsweatian detainees. And there are just one thousand (1,000) POWS.

He can't have done, since that was all there was, and he gave them back to me. I think the amount you have would total around 40.
