The Empire of Avadria is pleased to announce that it is opening it's doors to the international community. All embassies are located in the thriving city of Konigsberg, only a short train ride from the capital.

All embassies may be staffed with up to twenty staff members, as well as fifteen guards. We can guarntee that you shall remain safe in any given circumstances, seeing that security is fairly heavy in the region.

The only restrictions on the embassies is that they must only have a ten-foot exterior wall, no machine gun nests, or explosives of any kind are allowed on the premisies. As well no tanks, artillery, APC, helicopters, aircraft, or military vehicles of any kind are allowed on the premisies. Grounds for breaking these rules are heavy fines and the possible dissolving of internation ties with the guilty nation.

My wife and I can do nothing more on the subject of being tested for Sexually Transmitted Diseases than to refer you to the Fultonian Code for Foriegn Ambassadors Article 10 Section 25 Line 120... "No Foriegn Government will be permitted to perform tests on an Ambassador concerning Intimately Transmitted Diseases unless both the foriegn government and the Grand Republic make special arrangements concerning each individual Ambassador. Ambassadorial staff are not covered in this provision and are subject to such rules and regulations that previous said Foriegn government will make unless they are in direct conflict with Fultonian law concerning civil and personal rights."

The Ministry of Foriegn Affairs has granted permission for a conference to be set up if it is a matter of grave importance.

As far as our imprisonment is concerned our nation of Previous Residence was attacked by a foriegn power and is still under occupation. However, under an agreement between the foriegn occupiers and our previous territorial government many of my fellow citizens were allowed to immigrate to the Grand Republic and become naturalized. My wife and I took the oppurtunity and were immediately hired by the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs. We were arrested and my wife was tortured by the occupiers. We were arrested because I was the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the nation and she was the General of a Guerilla Outfit that combatted the Occupiers.

I would express an earnest desire to work with yor government and to set up an embassie within in your territory and allow you access to the Grand Republic and it's Territories both culturally and Economically.

But we won't turn down jews anymore, just because they're jews, but if they're a gay jew, or an ultra-militant jew, we'll turn them down. Same goes for some Arabs and some Asiatics, we're sort of easing the embassy regulations so we can have more diplomatic negotiations with other nations) :)

[OOC: We are requesting to have a Special Interests office in our Embassy to Avadria. This is much like the relationship that the US has with Cuba. I believe in the Swiss embassy to Cuba is a US Interests Section. So there will be a Mississippian Interests Section in our Embassy, to be used as an indirect line of communication between Mississippi and the FPCB should the need arise. The PCPB has rather "chilled" relations with Mississippi considering recent events, but because of their connections with the nations involved they are forced to have some sort of communication.]

EDIT: [OOC: And Fortulla is far from a "militant" jew. As noted, she is a secular Jew. She believes in G-d and goes little beyond that, her parents were from Portugal, and her grandparents from Poland. She is a normal example of a Brasilian immigrant citizen. She knows of what Mississippi is, but is reluctant to take the job. She however believes it is her duty as a member of the PCPB to serve as the emissary to the Commonwealth.]
