Excalibor has recently developed a problem with over-zealous NAZIs and communists demonstrating and protesting for their parties. These protests have often become violent and are carried to extremes that make them a public nuisance. This prompted the Excalibor Ministry of the Protectorate to take measures to keep the public safe from these ruffians, who were, until recently, tolerated under the Free-Party Act. Since we do not wish to revoke these parties rights to their opinions, and since these parties have breached the confines of this law, exile is the disciplanary action chosen by the Protectorate. We are looking for any nations that would be willing to accept these people. We will be exporting approxiamately 75,000 NAZIs and 60,000 communists.
