Today I would like to propose a trade alliance the details are as follows:

All nations in the alliance would take down trade barriers and remove tariffs,

All nations would agree to common anti trust laws.

All nations would agree to set up a Commerce Court that could convict people of violating trade agreements and breaking the general commerce laws. All prisoners would be held in a neutral prison island or prison center.

All nations would have to have a certain portion of area declared Free Zones and allow all trade to be unrestricted in said areas.

All nations would set up commerce only airports and transportation methods.

All nations would agree to set embargos of countries that continually harass and opress member nations.

All nations would agree to share sea, air, and land assets to increase trade with each other.

All member nations would have to agree to certain commonly defined laws on corporate management.

All colonies of every member nation would be submitted to the same rules and regulations of said member nations.

Also hopefully all nations can agreed on unified inspections in several issues.

The defense force I have in mind would be as fallows:

5 Carrier Groups
400,000 Marines
200 Submarines
20 Air Wings

All countries could contribute troops. Also the defense force would only be called up by a 2/3 vote of all member nations. The defense force would also have a training exercise at a time designated by the member nations.

Would this so called alliance place tariffs and quotas on goods coming from non-member nations so that member goods become more competitive?

If the alliance as a whole wants it then sure. We will work towards each others economic aid while providing services to the world.
