Official Release From The United Socialist States of Neo-Soviet Russia

Planning and revision, and reorganization has brought forth a fact that is unsettling to the USSNSR government. The fact being that the Armed Forces are underfunded, undersized, and unable to protect the ever growing civillian population. With that stated, the Military Council of the Neo-Soviet Russian Grand Soviet is at work planning a new layout of how to organize men and machines. An expansion of the military has been issued before this but now we are in the search of weapons and arms. With that said, the USSNSR is looking for the following:

Air-based:
Support aircraft (AWACS, Refuelers, AEW aircraft, etc)
Strike craft (bombers and whatnot)
Close Air-support aircraft
Transports
Fightercraft
Navy-based aircraft

Land-based:
Command And Control vehicles
Battlefield Engineering vehicles
Transports

Water-based:
Taskforce-related navalcraft
Security craft for coastlines
Shallow water naval craft

We await all possible offers and shall consider each.

You already have a discount from the International at Halladi Nationalized Arms Manufacturing, perhaps you'd buy from there? If we became your main military supplier, we'd give you a larger discount.

The Democratic Union of Asia and the International Fleet would nodoubt be interested in expanding it's customer base - but we would want to know what your stance is on the current occupation of the Japanese People by China and our the 8-district Declaration of Independance from oppresive, communist China. China has not responded yet.

The International Fleet of the Democratic Union of Asia would still require the minimal requirements of joining the IF as a member state but IF Defense Systems would be available to you - which you will find well suited for your nations defense needs.

Letter from Lasatanian State Defence Industries Export Department:

Sirs,

We note with interest your recent request for information from potential contractors for your rearmament programme. As a supplier of quality air defence solutions and a number of other systems, we would like to provide you with the opportunity to browse our catalogue, located at this address:

http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=364832

As a major supplier of arms, we are able to ship orders in times considereed virtually impossible by others. In addition to the products listed we also supply an upgrade service on the majority of ex-Soviet aircraft and can supply you with quotes as to the cost of this service. As well as this, we are currently developing a number of new projects, including

The LAS-F4 - An affordable strike aircraft based on a revised MiG-23 airframe and featuring improved performance and avionics through technology manufactured by LSDI.

and

The LAS-ASM2 - Short range cruise missile, with a Mach 2.5+ top speed, camera control final guidance and a choice of warheads.

We have also just recently introduced the LAS-XB2 'Bedbug' stealth bomber, featuring performance superior to that of the Northrop Grumman B2. Details of this bomber are at this address:

Forty examples of this aircraft have already been sold and we are expecting much interest in this technology.

In addition to these products, we are also able to offer a lend lease service, whereby the price of a purchase can be repaid over 15 years with a total 20% surcharge added. However, large scale orders for which payment is immediately made will attract a discount on a sliding scale, for example:

1xLAS-F6 'Fullback' = $35m

10xLAS-F6 'Fullback' = $315m (10% discount)

100xLAS-F6 'Fullback'10 $2.8bn (20% discount)

However, should you possess any designs of your own and wish to produce these on a larger scale, we are more than willing to retool our factories to produce your designs. This service is for large scale or long-term contracts only and precise details shall be negotiated prior to commencement.

We hope that you will take serious consideration of our proucts and services when choosing your contractor.
