Concerned by the growing Drum Gods sphere of influence (SOI), President Tarumigan Aeii Gistarai is undertaking diplomatic and military realignments to shore up Shalrirorchia's positions in areas of the world affected by Imperial expansion.

"The free nations of the world have to band together in a defensive alliance aimed at arresting Drum Gods' burgeoning strength." President Gistarai insisted at a military demonstration of the new F-20 Wraith, built in part with gravcoil technology stolen from Weyr.

"Drum Gods has been picking off the smaller nations one by one. If they band together, I want them to know that the United States of Shalrirorchia WILL back them. U.S.S. funding and technology can halt this march of imperialism. We are obligated to take the rightful path and lead the world in forming this alliance." Gistarai boomed at his podium.

Although the President wrapped his appeal to the other nations in moral undertones, many analysts believe that the U.S.S. is attempting to stabilize the borders on the world maps before Drum Gods territory stretches all the way to the shores of Morningstar itself (the U.S.S. home continent).

If you were more observant you would notice we are holding a peace summit on the matter. Furthermore, our two nations collided as we promised to help another nation in its war.

With no funds going to Administration, welfare or health I wonder what would happen to your "great" Nation should you have a bad case of the "flu" hit your Nation.

Tanks and aircraft only function as long as the rest of the Nation can survive to maintain them.

Perhaps a nasty viral infection happens to your population and overtaxes your seemingly non existant health care industry. What happens to the sick and dying? How do you dispose of the mass amount of decaying bodies while preventing epidemic infections ?

I am afraid that its not all about Guns and Bullets when you must consider the strength of a Nation.

But foresight to predict the "threats" are to make sure you can counter them before they kill you.

Considering the military lives in its own confined highly protected region of the Empire they are isolated from such problems by and large. Furthermore, any attempts to use that type of technology will lead to the swift annihilation of your nation. Furthermore, considering the strength of our allies you would be severely damaged in the process.
On the point our main points of education are business, military studies and medicine. Business invests heavily in the protection of the military and so they are supplied by the best of the avaible healthcare which is high quality and aids the army. Furthermore, as most of the nation is involved in the military industry in one way or another they benefit from the presence of PRIVATELY OWNED high quality hospitality.
We have a superb health service.

So you are saying then your military is also responsible for the production/ fabrication/ transportation everything needed to keep your military running down to pumping and refining its own oil, (or the manufacture of what ever raw power source you use ??)

This would include the formation and processing of the pharmaseuticals and medicines that you stated are prepared for the military while the Goverment gives zero funding to the health and welfare industry under which these programs belong.

I am sorry but YOU must relay on the private sector then to maintain the your military strength because your military service people can not DO EVERYTHING needed to keep you military forces in operation.

Like it or not, you like everyone else must relay on the civilian population to keep your military running.

Yes we do rely on the private sector. That is why 40% of government spending is on the military while 60% is on business. As I explain private business provides us with our healthcare services. It does so for most other things. This allows us to focus upon our military. Business also invests heavily in our military so it is the best to allow the Empire to expand when it needs at which point the private enterprises profit.

We respect y'all don't worry about that. But that respect grows stale when you try and get things through force and although you are our ally we in our suspicious ways have been forced to move troops up as we see so many around us with imperialistic intentions. Not the least of which our friends Drum Gods.

As we have stated Drum Gods, do not rely on your past conquests as a measure of your current military strength. The Empire of Dracoinus and its soon to be formed Anti-Drum Gods Allies have considerable ability to cause you great danger. I would be weary of where you tred.
