The United States of Shalrirorchia has published additions to the annual International Human and Civil Rights Blacklist. The List is essentially a who's who of terrorist, totalitarian, and abusive states who the U.S.S. considers to be major threats to world peace. Democratic and capitalistic states are rarely put on the list.
