OCC: On an international news station...
In recent news, the Vestal Ocean region has removed restrictions on member nations and welcomes all new applications for membership with an open mind and open arms. Generally populated by anti-United Nations members, the Vestal Ocean is now reducing its border guard and announced in a recent telegram:
"We realize that the bitter attitude we once held toward the United Nations was rather childish, and would like all to know that we are renouncing our position, but still keeping our hands out of the UN's matters. If you are a nation who feels smilarly, please consider joining us in our pleasant ocean region. We believe in true independence of nations, and would like to see a safe and secure area created to honor such feelings. While we are banding together in one area, that is all the ties that need be made. Remember, you are free unto yourselves."
While it is acknowledged that members of the United Nations will most likely be asked to leave, all others will definitely find a peaceful home in the Vestal Ocean.
