Today, a new law has been passed stating that anyone who does not do a common sense thing, and it hurts someone else, than the first person shall be fined and/or placed in jail. This is a step upwards from the "Good Samaritan laws".

This is to encourage people to use common sense. Its just a 150% of damage caused fine, and if they can't pay, its jail time.
Seems like a fair law, which also encourages desciveness in important situations.
That's what the law was designed to do.

Outlaw Stupidity...that will result in a lot of tough decisions about what is an accident and what is just plain stupid. Like most car accidents for instance.

The USSNSR feels this law is in essense useless. We feel the nation of Crazed Marines, along with nations of the world, lacks the ability to deal with all accounted acts of stupidity. It is also believed that this new law will most likely overload emergency/law enforcement systems within CM
