Essentially, we have recently mobilised our army and made strategic troop movements throughout the Empire. Through negotiation alone we have managed to regain Iraq, the Dutch Antilles and Kashmir as parts of the Empire. However, as many nations will have observed we have another extensive list of colonies we wish to take control of once more in the future. Subsequently, this peace summit is for the nations that feel their interests/national security are at stake so that we may sort out an appropriate deal and plan of action. We invite any nation that feels this way to send an appropriate representative so that we may commence as soon as possible.
