It has been 5 years since Admiral Ramirez and the Flagship Delphinus followed The Imperial Navy back to the planet known as Earth. It is still sinking in that life exists on other planets. Many on the planet arcadia still even in the face of proof refuse to accept the existense of other worlds.

A beutiful new land for The Valuan Empire has been established on one of the many lands of Earth. Our people were amazed at how big the Earth is (Being the size of Jupiter in Nationstates), and scince all ships comming to Earth have been fitted with silver moon stones for extra power. Using the Hyperspace gate The Imperial Navy built in our home sector, reaching Earth is a breeze.

The entire Valuan Armada has since been fitted with space technology, and are now ready for any space action.

5 Million of our citizens so far inhabit our Earth Nation, although this will most likely increase. Although many Arcadians are planning to move to Earth, The Valuan Empire will still be ruled from Valua, within the Grand fortress.

We hope Earth will be a friendly, accepting place for our people.

The Imperial Navy is glad to allow you safe passage through our hyperspace gates.

In return, we ask that we be allowed to set up a base on Arcadia, and have access to the moon stones. There is plenty for everyone, and we wish to research how these 'moon stones' create power from nothing.

who knows... we may be able to adapt the moon stones into better technology, that we would gladly share with you.

We must admit we find your airships... impressive. Thats another point. we want to research how there is no land beneath the islands, and how the islands float. we have the understanding it has somthing to do with the gravitational pull of the six moons.

The Empress is a little suspicious of your motives... but you are free to set up a base somwhere in the desert region of Nasr. You will have access to any moon stones you wish, except for Yellow moon stones. Welcome to Arcadia.

If you need supplies while on Arcadia, you can vist Nasrad, the capital of Nasr, or you can visit Maramba, a city near the ancient temple of Prynin.
