The Arctic Badlands

The following letter has been issued by the Arctic Badlands Ministry of Commerce:
To all nations whom are interested,
For the past 6 years, a government funded organization has been developing a series of supercomputers faster than any known computer in the world. The project has cost several billion dollars. However, the leader of the project argues that it is "money well spent."
Chief Science & Technology advisor Dr. Guy Wung announced Monday that the organization has developed a supercomputer with a total 0f 640 terraflops! This supercomputer is currently the fastest computer in existence. As well as it's ultra-fast speed it has over 120 Terabytes of memory. Only 7 of these remarkable supercomputers have been developed. Four of the seven are being reserved for use by the government & military for classified purposes. The remaining five however are up for international sale!
Each one costs $20,500,000. All who are interested should immediately contact the Ministry of Commerce. This is a rare oppurtunity which should be taken advantage of.
Sincerely,
The Dictatorship of The Arctic Badlands Minister of Commerce, Raymond Jones
