Contractors sought for scrapping of warships

We are seeking overseas contractors for the breaking-up of a number of old warships now being retired from service in the Navy. These comprise:
20 Kiev-class helicopter/V/STOL carriers;
20 Kuznetsov-class ski-jump carriers
18 Kirov-class guided missile cruisers
18 Tarantul-III guided missile corvettes.
Bidding for this contract will commence at $500,000.

We would also like to purchase some of your ships (not all, that would bust our budget).
We'd take 12 of either of the Carriers. Whichever Hogsweat would agree to allow us to buy. $10.5 Billion for all 12.
We would prefere the Kuznetsov carriers.

Costa-Tula Shipyards has extensive facilities for the scuttling of Naval Vessels. We could scuttl;e all of the ships mentioned for 450,000 DR (1dr=1.60USD) and we could either dispose of the scrap for you, or return the scrap to be used by you if required.

As we said, we will purchase the ships, not scrap. That is why we are willing to pay $10.5 Billion USD. We do not care for what you do to the other ships we just want the Kuznetsov's.

We would like to buy two or three of the Kuznetsov class ships to bolster our navy. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
One Tarantul-I class corvette, please. If you agree, money will be wired. We will scrap some of the ship, but the skeleton will remain. We will replace the metal with a reinforced thorium skin.

We are surprised by the number of nations interested in buying these vessels, but we will endeavour to serve all wishes.
Artista will take twelve Kuznetsov-class carriers. The vessels will be sailed to Artista by a skeleton crew.
Callisdrun's request will be fulfilled. We will sail three Kuznetsovs to you in the same manner as those going to Artista.
Finally, the Tarantul-III Corvette will be handed over free of charge to Procco and then sailed to them.

The price will be hiked up somewhat, since they're coming fuelled and ready for service, but not too much. Each carrier will cost $800,000,000, but it will come fully fuelled, with all equipment operational, and with a full munitions load.
