A single ship dropped from T-Space about 250,000 Km from the homeworld of Sephrioth. It released an object and then faded away as it Uplifted back into T-Space. The object floated there for a few seconds before it began to transmit a message to the planet below on all frequencies.
This is an official attempt at recovering a monetary payment for a
debt incurred against the Nation of Sephrioth. The charges are a direct
result on an attack against the Empire of Balrogga on the listed date.
In defense against your attack, 64 Grav Torpedoes were unnecessarily used
to drive off your attacking ships. You will have to make restitution to the
Empire of Balrogga for the unnecessary usage of these supplies. In addition
there was a communications array that was damaged as a direct result of
your hostile actions which needed replaced. The array was replaced and the
expenses will be attacked to this claim. There are also the energy charges
incurred for the use of the ships used to drive off your vessels. The
depletion of core fuel for both the ships and the shield generators is a
billable expense. The clean up of the shrapnel left by your retreating fleet
and the cleanup of your crew’s remains is also attached to this claim as well
as several citations for polluting the interstellar tradeways with said debris.
All billable expenses have been covered by the Nation States Insurance
Company, which has in turn forwarded the bill to your nation.
This debt collection is legal in any nation of the Nation States Communities
and failure to reimburse the Nation States Insurance Company could result in
legal actions against your nation. The legal actions could include any and all
of the following; garnishes against your GNP, seizure of property of at least
the value of the charges, incarceration, or other legal penalities.
It is in your best interest to rectify this situation in the timeliest fashion
possible to avoid further action.
