Dear International Community,
Today I have announced a contract to reform New Zambuda's crumbling education systmen into a world class learning system. Currently the Emirate of New Zambuda spends around 85,000,000,000 shares on education. We are seeking international contracts and services to help rebuild and reform our once proud education system. Going into an election year this is my top priority. The Emirate will pay whatever the cost.
