Al Anbar had finally prevailed over it's enemy - Kuwait. With Saudi Arabia now under Al Anbar's possession, Al Anbar was free to tax the Kuwaiti tankers heavily, causing the Kuwaiti economy to collapse, as no one wanted to spend the money on the tax, since almost every trade was practically a loss. Kuwait now, grudgingly, relied on trading with Al Anbar almost exclusively.

Now, it was time to move. A delegation arrived in Kuwait City yesterday with an ultimatium: Surrender or be overthrown.

Over the last year, Kuwaiti and Iraqi agents infiltrated Kuwait, preparing to take over Kuwait when the order came from Al Anbar. The Kuwaiti government was fully aware of this, but had no way to combat it.

This morning, the Kuwaiti government held a conference.

"We are happy to reunite with our brothers and sisters in Al Anbar," explained one of the family members of the Royal family.

Thirty minutes later, Al Anbar's military entered the country. The Kuwaiti Army was disarmed, and Al Anbar announced that it's military was sent into Kuwait to defend the government. In fact, the Kuwaiti government was now marginalized. During the morning conference, the man announced the appointments of several people to the government - all supporters of Al Anbar. They now had control over the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior, Information, Foreign Affairs, Oil, and many other departments.

The take over was complete. Within twenty four hours after the delegation arrived in Kuwait, Al Anbar had successfully taken over the country.

The Arab Socialist Republic of Al Anbar will not agree to such an outrageous proposal. If you wish to purchase oil from Al Anbar, however, that is acceptable. We do not allowed other nations to build pipelines through our nation nor will we split the profits with any nation from any pipeline.

Very well, we wish to purchase 2,000,000 barrels a day for the next year. We also wish Al Anbar all the best in its colonial expansion.

Just dont cross the Zagros mountains and we won't ever come into conflict. We fully support this annexation by Al-Anbar if he agrees to what we placed upon the table.

OOC: To be honest I don't know about all these different Earths. We had Kuwait long ago and just recently claimed it another thread. You sort it out because as far as I am concerned I officially controlled. We could bump heads over it because I control Iraq too or whatever. I want this sorted though. I have claimed these areas since Jan 2003.

OOC: I'm on Earth. I'm not on any other 'Earth'. And I've claimed Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon since the time I was created, which was sometime towards the end of last year. In fact, I remember you RPing here. Between then and now, I've expanded to Saudi Arabia and now Kuwait.

So, I don't know what to do, but this is Al Anbar's territory. :/

OOC: Indeed, but I don't know how it would work. Since Iraq is my "core" territory. Al Anbar is run by Saddam, and the only way for that to work is if I still have Iraq. :/

I am sure we could come up with something because I don't want this situation to keep cropping up each time we're in the same RP and RPing with others. OOC: I don't know what to tell you. Iraq and Kuwait are mine. I've waged wars for Kuwait before and now I've finally made the situation "correct" for me to take it over peacefully.

But, in any case, these are mine. Al Anbar is made up of these countries and thats it. Whittier and others will back me on this claim. There is nothing else to do but ignore each other.
