The Sethesh Goverment is soon to be modernising regions of its military, after a long and obscure period of inactivity and Con-Active Military Policy. The Sethesh Goverment is hoping to spend a total of 33Billion Initially on modernising its military, and a further 155 Billion in Later contracts, a total of 188 Billion is to be spent on Modernisation projects.
Sethesh is to actually Lower the size of its military, but continue the same monetary commitments. Sethesh is to be particularly focusing on navy and Airforce, though strives in the army will be pushed forward (particular updates on MBT, SAM and Ground radar Systems). It is for these reasons then, that Sethesh is to Offer out Contracts and Commission for the following regions for military development. (FYI i cba to look myself for all this)

Air Defense Crusiers
Destroyers

Carriers with suitable Defense!!!
Amphibious Assualt Ships
Carrier Born Aircraft

Advanced Early Warning Systems
Advanced Combat Systems
Attack Choppers
Also Interested in Some forms of strategic forces.
Sethesh has a strict "no bs policy" and will only accept realistic offers (cheaper or more expensive) so price your equipment right, no stupid claims like "this aircraft is invisible" cos thatll just annoy me :P
